Not many places you get 4 or 5 staff giving you their full attention.

Really good, well-presented food, served in a really pleasant atmosphere.
The main 'Hardy' dining room, is big enough for large groups and was ideal.
There is a well-stocked bar and a reasonable win

We visited this cafe looking for some comfort food after the previous nights partying!!!! It hit the spot, nice beans on toast and a cup of tea, all hot sorted us out!!!
Got a takeaway haddock and chips twice..wasn't cheap and neither of us could finish as they were That bad ! Don't know what they were cooked in but they were completely tasteless and very greasy..t
Only a drink place ok staff really friendly and polite place does need a good clean to be honest seats a bit grubby but OK...was really airy as windows sliders were open
Booked an early table at 6:45pm as had children in the group. Ordered food within a few minutes of arrival but unfortunately took until 8:40pm before we all had our main courses which arrived a few at
Wanted to get myself and my mum a coffee, staff had a poor attitude. Left my mums coffee lid unsecure, could have burned herself had i not of noticed that the lid wasnt on properly.
Bad customer care. No one came to table to collect dirty plates ask about pudding orders.
Only to be told after waiting 40minutes to be told kitchen shut bar shutting soon at 9.10pm
