The best restaurants serving British food in Central Worthing South East

Love this place so much…. We visited Kiosk last November on a visit to Lyme and were very impressed by the quality of the food, friendliness of the staff and the stunning location. We returned for a weekend away with friends this November and convinced them that this was the best place to get breakfast in Lyme.. they weren’t disappointed.. the breakfast bagels were first class , we had lots of delicious choices and we were pleased to be able to have the gluten free option as well. Thank you so much… we will definitely return on our next visit to Lyme!

A really enjoyable evening in an eclectic mix of people. Jon and Jo made us feel welcome in their home, delicious food accompanied by delightful singing! We were greeted by cocktails then moved on to a three course meal with additional treats. A donation was made to a very worthy local charity fir homeless people. A misy relaxing way to start the bank holiday weekend. Thank you both very much!

Great selection of craft beers. Loved the atmosphere and the music. All the staff were friendly and informative. Make the visit!

Popped in here for the first time in a few years and it is now run by two lovely ladies . Reduced menu at the min due to cooker / fryer problems but still a nice choice . Hubby had beans on toast and i had a gammon ham sandwich . Nice hot beans and 3 rounds of toast for him and my sandwich had really thick gammon ,nice thick fresh bread and bread actually buttered !!! And really good value These ladies have just taken over and we will be back . Wish them well for the future

Been here a few times over the years and never fails to satisfy. Proper traditional caff, not often I go to Worthing but prefer to go when this place is open. Great food, quick and efficient service and a nice atmosphere and really good value.

Super quick service and always with a smile! Especially Kerry behind the bar who was so welcoming! What a place 😀 will be back for sure!

My son and I had a really lovely breakfast here today on Boxing Day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was great. This cafe is a real jewel in the crown for Worthing

Wonderful breakfast, lovely sausages and bacon.service was great and very accommodating. There were 11 of us and all wanted different things!!! Highly recommend

I have visited this cafe once before and the Break was in all honesty ok. However all my good will to them has diminished somewhat. Myself and a friend have tried a couple of times to pop in for breakfast at 10 am when ( as it says on the door it’s open) both times it was closed up and didn’t look like it was about to open . The first time we waited for 15 minutes and it was still closed. The second time the same . Not a good way to run a business by not sticking to your business hours. My friend and I won’t try a third time we’ve gone elsewhere.Shame.

Date 13/07/2023 Returned many times to this establishment during our holiday as my wife and I love the gluten free burgers, the flavours are balanced perfectly. The staff are professional and the waitress named sian who took my order was very kind and professional, she was a true asset to the stores atmosphere.

Our company had their Christmas Party here last night. The food was great, the rooms were festive and the atmosphere in the space was electric. Kudos to the staff for all their hard work

Very disappointed we thought under new management we would try we used to frequent tgis restaurant a few years ago. The staff were very friendly but a lot on the Menu was not available.I hope for the new owners it will improve.

Unfortunately the the two functions took priority today, as we waited over an hour for basic, mediocre food. Couldn’t cut the roast beef, needed a steak knife! The bill still included service charge! Not good. No warning when we arrived that there was a delay in the kitchen. 3 different excuses given for this. What a shame!
