Bagels are incredible. We will struggle without when back to the grind next week! Great location, friendly staff, served piping hot.

A shout out to the best coffee on the South Coast. Thank goodness Costa closed. Let’s hope this gives a larger percentage of the population an opportunity to visit The Kiosk which is 100% with great service always

Went there with “the boss” for coffee and snacks…it was busy, but that’s what you’d expect from the best coffee, on the front, at Lyme…I had a mocha and a bacon bagel…delicious, loads of well cooked bacon and a nice bagel…the mocha was lovely…her ladyship had a latte and a cake…equally as nice. The irony of a decent review is that you add to the people that visit…good for the venue but bad for me, because I have to wait…the place deserves a decent rating

This is such a great place to grab a fantastic coffee and sit on the beach in a deckchair . Does great hot chocolate too. Always a bit of a queue but efficient and friendly service. Fab sandwiches, bagels etc and really tasty cake.

Best food , I travel to Lyme especially to visit......watch out for the seagulls..... borrow a brolly! I was a bit disappointed today with a comment by a food runner..... they made an innocent name mistake, calling out Tracey instead of my name. Naturally I wasn't listening for Tracey. She carried on calling out Tracey. I stopped her and asked if it was infact mine... she said " you were too busy on your phone" this was very rude . I can use my phone and listen for order...... as I always do when I come, only my name isn't Tracey! The comment made spolit an otherwise perfect lunch.

This is an amazing place for breakfast on the beach. The quality of the coffee and the bagels is so good. We came for a weekend last year and were so impressed, we couldn't wait to return again this year.

Amazing bagels, relaxed atmosphere, very dog friendly and great coastal views from the deckchairs on the beach. Highly recommend.

Excellent coffee, lovely cheeky cakes and a real good vibe with some Ezra Collective playing in the background. Could have stayed all day.

Love this place so much…. We visited Kiosk last November on a visit to Lyme and were very impressed by the quality of the food, friendliness of the staff and the stunning location. We returned for a weekend away with friends this November and convinced them that this was the best place to get breakfast in Lyme.. they weren’t disappointed.. the breakfast bagels were first class , we had lots of delicious choices and we were pleased to be able to have the gluten free option as well. Thank you so much… we will definitely return on our next visit to Lyme!

We stopped by for coffee and breakfast at The Kiosk while visiting Lyme with friends. They had recommended it for breakfast and we certainly weren’t disappointed! Absolutely delicious bagels and really welcoming and friendly staff. Perfect location right on the beach with benches or deckchairs - casual, lovely atmosphere. Very accommodating to one of our party who is gluten free - thank you. We’ll definitely visit again!

Amazing breakfast by the beach. Had many a visit to Kiosk and it has never disappointed. My main concern is getting there in time (ie before they stop doing breakfast bagels each day)

Fabulous coffee in a great location. Recommended to us by so many people we had to visit. We were not disappointed. The Kiosk also goes a vegan granola, which is fab. The place has a great vibe.

Great beach side coffee kiosk with plenty of picnic tables and deck chairs. Wonderful coffee and hot chocolate. A great range of milk alternatives, vegan ice cream and vegan cake available. Also plenty of umbrellas to keep the seagulls at bay. We came many times during our holiday. Also because of the concrete path accessible by wheelchair and pushchair.

The bright and cheerful takeaway cafe on the waterfront promenade became our go-to meeting point during our two-day stay for its well-executed coffee menu and delicious bagels and sandwiches. The cheerful and energetic team was outgoing and engaging. Adjoining picnic tables and chairs had good turnover, so we were all able to snag seats. Dogs welcome! We noted plenty of regulars picking up “the usual,” which is always a good sign.

Father’s Day made even better with some amazing coffee and sandwiches. Will be back for another Iced Biscoffee pronto!

Good tasty ice creams. We had a strawberry and a mint chocolate chip. Good service, and you can sit on their deckchairs on the beach. Nice little spot .

Having discovered the kiosk on Instagram it was a must for a coffee whilst visiting Lyme Regis. Great coffee, other half loved the hot chocolate, the carrot cake was fresh and tasty. We had 2 bacon bagels, plenty of bacon and tasty but the outside of the bagel was very greasy so much so my hands were too greasy to open a ketchup sachet! A nice spot by the seaside and great coffee
