Serving great breakfasts and lunches, with a very friendly staff who made us most welcome. Small outdoor seated area is great, when the sun shines.

Great stake and chips good with my dietary needs nice out side area with quick service with nice staff. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe off the place By x By the way I am dislexic so sorry for any confusion on spelling

Todo sucede por una razón y ahora puedo garantizar que volveremos. ¡Qué pub tan agradable en un entorno encantador! La comida era realmente a un precio razonable, así que tengo que decir que pensé lo peor, pero tenía hambre. Cuando la comida empezó a salir me di cuenta de que no tenía nada de qué preocuparme. Todo estaba arreglado con cuidado y atención y todo estaba caliente. No es una mala comida entre nosotros. Todos limpiamos nuestros platos. Normalmente no tomo fotos de mi almuerzo, pero el esfuerzo que se hizo para hacer esta ensalada de gambas y aguacate fue increíble. Puedo decirte que también sabía tan bien como parecía. También tuvimos un cumpleaños en nuestro grupo y todo el pub se unió con la canción de cumpleaños. En general una experiencia encantadora y siento que he encontrado una joya de un lugar.

My mother and I had a delicious lunch at Waltham Place. It’s a set menu and everything was delicious and the service very warm and friendly. We enjoyed a very informative and enjoyable 2 hour private tour (£40 total for a group of up to 4 people) by one of the estate’s very experienced gardeners, Tim. The gardens are stunning and set against the backdrop of the beautiful house. We had a fantastic afternoon and will definitely come back.

Following on from my collapse. I understand the punters and landlord maybe thouht i was drunk. The truth is i suffer from a condition that makes me black out for a certain time 10secs - 4-5mins. I tried to explain it to the landlord the first time i was there but he was ignorant and just thought i was drunk. During these episides i do not remember anything. This establishment i very unhospitable.

Lucky to get a table! Advisable to book - we were walk--ins and got the last table I think. Very welcoming to 2 strangers from the North. Food good and plentiful and reasonably priced.

A wonderful visit to the Dew Drop. Food was amazing - especially the Mussels and Crayfish. A lovely welcome, drinks and beer garden for boys to run around. We’ve already booked to return. This was a lovely relaxing experience. This is a small venue so booking, especially at this time of year is absolutely essential. The atmosphere was just right, comfortable and not too noisy The service was quick and efficient and the choice and quality of the food was good. As someone used to northern ways both the quantity of food and the prices were a bit problematic.

We visited Hurley today to visit our mums grave with my lovely sister then had lunch in the RISING SUN we were welcomed with a friendly happy landlady her husband shared some good memories of how the pub use to be 40odd years ago they both showed interest in the history of the pub and the food was really enjoyable good price and service was first class and didn't need to wait to long either I would recommend the pub to all

Amazing Spot , Amazing Staff , Amazing Food , Amazing Prices … I recommend the Olde Bell Highly ! I will be back for sure , Sticky toffee was lovely
