The Beehive in Windsor and Maidenhead

What a delight it was, to go to The Milaanj today for Sunday Lunch. The roast dinner was wonderful, home-made and perfectly cooked. The complimentary spiced bun for starters was a lovely touch, and the service was very attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and one that we will definitely be repeating...Thank you so much!

Having been married forever we don’t really “do” Valentines anymore but living locally and not yet tried Milaanji we were intrigued by the valentine’s menu and they really did not disappoint! We shall definitely return to try the al a carte menu. The Indian fusion flavours were amazing, the staff welcoming and attentive. Thank you for a fab Valentine’s dinner 😍

Visited with family for Sunday lunch. Nice welcome, enjoyable baked bread and butter appetiser. Twist on the Kofta Scotch egg very well executed, as was the trout gravadlax. Kids roast beef very good as was the cod main and the Milaanj and chips. Kids ice cream and chocolate sauce good as was the orange and pumpkin baked Alaska, albeit the centre of the baked Alaska was dare I say almost too cold, but there is obviously a very fine line between melting and frozen. Good service overall with efficient delivery of dishes, Would return. As mentioned to the Manager however, opening the back door does mean that there’s a draft that flows through into the restaurant area, so the dining experience goes from warm and comfortable, to somewhat cold and draughty with the door open. I understand that there is a ventilation/extraction consideration for the kitchen, but maybe a long-term solution needs to be found in order to help the establishment manage its kitchen needs, heating bills as well as the diners experience. The Manager did say he would take my feedback on board.

This was our second visit for Sunday lunch since the pub became Milaanj and both times we had a delicious meal. The roast dinners were excellent and the baked Alaska for pudding was amazing. Staff are friendly and the revamped restaurant/bar areas are so much nicer than before.

We have not been here in years, so we had no clue on what had changed so we asked the lady at the desk and she was very helpful, kind and happy to help us with any questions we had while we were shown to our table and she even check up on us during owe meal. Unfortunately we had a problem with the lack of salad which was available and we were told it was a supplier problem. There was also a shortage or drink choices, with at least 4 not available. However, our waitress was lovely.

Visited the Harvester on the off chance. Was warmly welcomed and show a table very quick. As we sat down the sever was very polite and professional explained the menu and then left. We felt under no pressure to order a short time passed when our server returned and took our order Drinks arrived promptly and the food followed in shortly after. The food was fine and reasonably priced. Just wanted to point out that the service we received was very Good I believe the servers name was Nicola She was always polite and professional Thanks for a nice night.

Our server, Julie, is always so friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure when we’re seated at one of her tables. The food was delicious - haven’t had a steak for ages and my sirloin was cooked to perfection. Never disappointed with the salad bar, too. And did I mention how great Julie is?

I was going last night with my family in 50% discount offer. It was busy too much. They cooked the food perfectly. I enjoyed a lot there. The Service was top notch and the server "Sazzad" was giving us a excellent service. I really enjoyed there. Mostly recommended to try wing and wave becase i tried it.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Would recommend the BBQ rack of ribs and the Harvesters Original Combo from the main menu. Breakfast is good as well. This restaurant offers free parking.

Had festive menu, Prawn cocktail was very basic and bland. Festive turkey was OK. Gingerbread sundae was nice. Out of 10 probably give 6. Times are hard. Waitress always friendly. Salad cart was fresh. See you again.

We live locally to this restaurant, and was invited by one of my brothers. We were met by the waitress who showed us our table. Very friendly and took our drinks order straight away. The restaurant area was beautiful decorated for Christmas. The food was delicious and well portioned, they also bought us some homemade bread, the best I’ve tasted. We opted for the Sunday roast beef and it was excellent. We ordered a couple of red wine which was great value. Seeing other plates arriving to other guests would definitely want you to return and try them. Staff and owner introduced themselves to us and I must say they were passionate about their restaurant. We will definitely return with friends to sample more of their offerings. Well done guys really enjoyed it.

Brought from an Ap called Too good to go. Good price and the business treated us no less than the fully paying customers. They even gave us extra and were allowed to use the toilets. It was a great experience.

Yesterday, we had an unforgettable lunch at the Milaanj At The Beehive. We went with our close friends, hoping for a special pre-Christmas moment, and the Milaanj truly delivered. The atmosphere was magical, and the food was exceptional. The creative and tasty cocktails set the tone for the meal, which featured delicious and innovative dishes. I enjoyed the scallops and a vegetarian main course that I absolutely adored. We would visit as often as possible and highly recommend it to everyone.

In a few words - it was fantastic! It was my my first time dining at the Milaanj after a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. I thought the ambience and service at the restaurant was excellent, we were well looked after throughout the evening. For food, I decided to have scallops to start, they were delicious and paired brilliantly with the sauce. For my main course, I had the lamb - wow - no more need be said. Finally, I finished with the spiced ananas, something different to my usual, but beautifully fresh and importantly, tasty (especially when paired with the desert wine). It was a food lovers treat and excellent value for money. I was joined by 5 others in my party and each of us left with a smile on our face. Thank you to the Milaanj team for a great evening.
