Loved this place last time I went but I felt it had gone downhill. The vegetarian breakfast I had was lukewarm and felt rushed; uncooked toast, uncooked tomatoes… also, such a stingy portion for £14. The pot of beans was gone in one mouthful! I paid a lot less at another cafe this morning for a lot better quality and much more generous portion. I didn’t feel like any care went into it, and the same with the lukewarm coffee. Pretty disappointing after a brilliant time last time.

We often call in here on our cycle rides for a cuppa and bacon sandwich or full English - The food is always really good and well-cooked, and the welcome warm and friendly. A superb cafe!

On a cold February we called in to Arlesford after visiting The Grange. We thought that we just wanted a sandwich but were tempted by the 6oz cheese burgers at only £6.00. They proved to be the largest burgers we have ever had and were supplied by the local butcher. They were well cooked and tasty, the service was excellent, the ladies were chatting to everyone who came in and obviously have a great local trade. At £16 for two burgers and two teas we thought it great value. We’d definitely come again.

Our meals were lovely! It was nice and quiet on a Sunday afternoon. The Service was great too! For a family of four with one starter, mains and two deserts. We also had 1 small beer, cider, lemonade and a small apple juice. It costed us around £96. We would definitely recommend this pub!

This is our favourite place to go for a Sunday roast! They have great portion sizes, crispy roast potatoes and some of the best pork crackling I've ever had! They don't disappoint. Our server, Julia, was also very lovely and efficient! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fabulous roast dinner.

From the name to the decor to the smashed avocado style menu this place looked promising. But my mushroom and cheese brioche roll was stone cold and the cheese was that rubbery ultra processed sliced stuff they use at McDonald's. Staff weren't remotely interested. Can't believe they had the cheek to try and add service to the bill. Super expensive too. Soup was £8.50 to give you an idea. Not recommended.

Was very disappointed . We held our Company Christmas party here last year & it was very good so decided to book again this year . Our table was right by double doors leading to dancefloor and bar , last year the doors were shut whilst eating but this year open . We were freezing cold & 2 of us put our coats on in the end . The DJ played music so loud all the way through the meal so we couldn't hear anyone talking that wasn't sat right next to us !! The broccoli was practically raw .. We won't be booking it next year !!

How can you mess up a Ploughman’s Lunch? Come to the D&C and see. Microwaved half baguette that went dry, crisp and stale immediately. Cheese was appalling. The worst type of cheap, tasteless, doughy cheddar. Pork pie that was missing the pork. We will not be returning.

I found Piecaramba on google when looking for a non-boring place to eat given that we were only visiting Winchester for the day and i didnt want to go somewhere that i could just go whilst at home. Piecaramba did not disappoint. I booked a table and the staff were prepared, very welcoming, warm, friendly and just very tentative to what we needed. The restaurant itself doesnt look much from the outside but is bursting with personality inside and the food is exquisite. The fact that i was able to play the original playstation (which i very much played in my youth) with my kids while having pie and mash (not just a standard one either, really flavourful) and a cheeky spritzer was just amazing! I felt so at home here. Really cannot emphasise enough how much i loved this place, gutted there is nothing like this where i live. Really recommend. My kids had the best day! Thankyou.
