Fabulous service and food at Avenue 141 Christmas lunch today. Food was hot and tasty, the students were polite and helpful. Congratulations to the staff for an exceptional meal.

Nos alojamos aquí para una amigos niños cumpleaños. La comida era adorable y justo lo que quiere dar a su niños (bocadillos, fruta y algunas cosas dulces). Son muy amable y atento personal, adultos todos una taza de té. Hay una pequeña zona en el rincón dedicado a los niños tienen un poco de juego. Que los mantiene ocupados a beber té caliente! Las tartas hay un aspecto precioso. Que es un lugar pequeño y no poder colocar demasiadas sillas empuje dentro.

Had our I 40th wedding anniversary at this venue it was excellent the staff were very friendly and the buffet was very good and the price we paid for the hall was excellent with highly recommend. Also it's great for Sunday lunch.

Well, this came up on trip advisor and we just had to investigate. The Cafe is inside the main entrance of the assisted living building. It's very clean, well laid out and nicely presented. The prices are competive and the food was freshly prepared. If you are in the area and fancy a tea and a sandwich then this is definitely worth seeking out.

This is simply the best coffee shop in the area. Really great and friendly environment. Superb coffee and range of food throughout the day. Plus dog friendly.

Me and my husband would 100% recommend this treasure of a pub to anyone. Whether you're going for tasty food or a catch up with friend's, it's perfect. I would also recommend the Sunday roast. Gale cook's the roast dinner's to perfection. The portion's are very generous and there's plenty of mixed veg and even cauliflower cheese. Always a warm atmosphere and lovely friendly staff who always make us feel at home.

As always Diane was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious and quick to arrive. Would recommend.

Spotlessly clean and excellent service, however, I had the brunch meal from the menu and found the bacon and the beef burger of very low quality. The beef burger in particular was so fatty and greasy loveas to be inedible. Our dissatisfaction was expressed to our waiter who hopefully would report it back to the kitchen.

Lovely pick me up after a trip to the Undertakers. This is an awesome coffee shop with little nooks and crannies to eat in, indoors, out under the warmth of the long table with hot water bottles, blankets and patio heaters and then over the little bridge onto the grassed area too. Great menu choice attentive staff too. Gonna try the mixed platter next time.

Reservamos una mesa para seis el sábado por la noche - May esposa y yo y nuestros dos hijos y sus esposas. Teníamos el menú de la fiesta de Navidad y habíamos pedido nuestra comida. Para empezar habíamos elegido el salmón ahumado o la terrina. Para la alimentación principal teníamos ya sea el tradicional pavo, pato o lubina seguido de una selección de postres. Sin excepción todos nuestros platos eran absolutamente excelentes y cocinados a la perfección. La "guinda del pastel" para toda nuestra experiencia gastronómica fue el ambiente encantador del restaurante en sí y el personal brillante. ¿Disfrutamos de nuestra comida - sin duda lo hicimos. ¿Vamos a volver - sin duda! Darcy’s is a place I had never experienced before, but after the recent death of my grandfather, who used to frequent there a lot… My mum and I decided to go with some friends to have brunch and keep the tradition going. I had only ever heard good things, so was looking forward to brunching there. Once we had all decided what we were having, we queued and were met at the till by an unsmiling member of staff, with quite a frosty attitude…A mature lady with short grey/white spiky hair and make-up. I don’t know whether the lady in question had had a bad day… But the customer service wasn’t the best… It made me feel quite uncomfortable and like I had done something wrong, even though I was only trying to order my panini, coffee and cold drink… She was quite short in her answers and just didn’t seem very happy to serve. Apart from this, the food was very nice albeit slightly pricey and we had a lovely time. The only other small criticism I will say, is that when I ordered my coffee, I was not asked if I wanted sugar/sweeteners etc… And there was no sugar etc available on tables… As you can imagine from my experience, I didn’t dare ask!! I just paid and went. We will return in future to keep my Gramps tradition alive, but it would be nice to feel comfortable when ordering in future and be simply met with a smile and kind attitude :)

So-so. Average fried breakfast and mass produced american pancakes both of which would probably of been better if they were delivered HOT !!

This is a great pub. Frequented by locals but also welcomed if not a frequent regular. Not my nearest pub and everytime I go I always wonder why I don't go more often. Service is excellent, staff really friendly. Dog friendly and food is always good. Great beer garden and location is also good.

On my arrival, I received a warm & friendly welcome, from my, to be waitress Christina. I was accompanied by my wife & we both took advantage of the unlimited salad bar offered to us. We both enjoyed our main meals & our friendly waitress Cristina was very attentive throughout. As an added bonus, the meals were on offer at a 50% discount.
