We were here for a friends childs birthday. The food was lovely and just what you want to give your children (sandwiches, fruit and a few sweet things to). They are very friendly and accommodating staff, adults all got a cup of tea. There is a small area in the corner dedicated for children to have a little play. Which keeps them occupied to drink hot tea! The cakes there look lovely. It's quite a small place and you wouldn't be able to fit too many push chairs inside.

I moved into the area a couple of months ago and noticed there are many coffee shops/cafes and decided to try them all, but I having got round many as this one is so good that I keep going here. Last visit I went with a friend with a small child who was given things for drawing, free juice and crisps. There is also a toy corner so children can be entertained whilst parents relax. I mostly come here without children though and it's just as pleasant for us as it is children. Food, service and atmosphere are great. Small complaint from my daughter was chicken in sandwich was thin packet sliced chicken not actual chicken.

Lovely little tearoom!! We attended a kids event with a friend, both children loved it. The kids menu is very reasonably priced, and there was a great selection for adults including yummy cakes! Brilliant play area to keep the children entertained, as well as gorgeous handmade crafts available to buy. Can't recommend enough, the only thing that would make this place better would be a buggy park.

A nice place for afternoon tea and cake. Very traditional ambience that catches the right mood for the cafe tea genre.

This wonderful tea room is well worth visiting, the food is all freshly prepared and have to say the cakes are some of the tastiest I've had. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them. You can also book the tea room for private functions so I booked for a family afternoon tea party and the catering was again 5 star standard.

A lovely atmosphere to meet friends for a coffee and cake or in our case celebrate the future arrival of my neice with a low key baby shower. The selection of cakes and sandwiches was lovely - I reccomend the chocolate orange if there is any left! The staff were great and interacted with my son and nephew which was lovely to see and they even went to the special touch of putting up baby bunting as we had booked in advance online.

We went for lunch with our little girl. The staff were very friendly, the food was great and there was a corner where our little girl could play. They also gave a free samwich and few crisps for our little girl. Will definately visit again 😀

So many so called local tea rooms have staff who rarely smile or interact with customers but not this one. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are treated very well. Great little play area for the kids to go in while waiting for food. Kids drinks of milk were served in cute little milk bottles. Tea served in pots with knitted tea cosies. Great value for money! Would recommend to all.

Visited here for lunch with my 3 year old. Lovely little tea room quiet I guess due to the location quite far our from the main Fareham shops but well worth the trip. Very friendly and welcoming, my little boy was happy as there's a kids play area too. Really good prices for a lovely lunch and my little boy was even given a sticker book as it was our first visit very nice touch! Will be back again soon!

Where do you take a 2 year old for breakfast on her birthday? We chose Table Manners because of their well stocked play corner. Great choice, they provided super food ( for adults as well) and lots of special sparkly touches on the table. Thank you Daisy, your friendly welcome and efficient service was just right.
