The best restaurants serving British food in Langley Green Crawley South East

I cannot give this restaurant and the staff enough praise. Not only was the food incredible, the service was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I have not had a more pleasant experience in any other restaurant (including the Michelin star ones I have been to). Thank you, staff, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant.

amazing customer service at reception, busy with a few people in front of me at reception but the team quickly assisted all customers and Elysia was amazing, very helpful and provided insightful knowledge (first visit to this hotel). Dinner, was yummy. Tasty lasagne and yummy wings. Shame the peri wings and the upgrade option is not available anymore. Had the ice cream sundae dessert but it was slightly melted which I fed back to the team so that’s why it’s not a 5 star.

Each time we stay at Premier Inn at Gatwick's North Terminal, we have dinner in-house at Thyme Restaurant as it is far more convenient than going elsewhere or suffering the limited, bad-valued terminal food. This time we booked out dinner slot as soon as we checked-in. for 5pm. From experience, if you simply show up you can expect to be accommodated in the restaurant after 9pm as they are always crazy busy. We had a meal deal. We hadn't realised that kids eat free breakfast so it's better to just pay the menu price for kids' food. Our extras with drinks totaled another £30 but that was okay. The meal deal is something to seriously consider as £30 per person for a dinner may not be worth it if you don't ordinarily order 2 courses. We don't usually have an appetiser so it turned out to be not good value for us as our mainstay is usually a fish n' chips. The food was fine. But what stood out to us was the service. Mandalin, our server, was on-point and provided exceptional, attentive service! Thanks to him, our meal went from okay to amazing!

friendly staff. Tonight we had 2 x large cod and susage with large chips. Delisious. I came from across town as we have bought from here before . No skin on the fish either ! great. Happy new year !

We decided last minute to go out for Sunday lunch. We were made to feel very welcome food was lovely and staff were very nice and friendly. We will be back

You get exactly what is offered and it is truly amazing value for money, especially with their special offer of 25% off your bill. The food was constantly being replenished and there was plenty of hot gravy and sauces. Staff all pleasant and the front of house manager was extremely helpful over a query I had. There are not many places around where you can eat meat and decent vegetables for the price they charge.

The Full Monty gets you: - 1 x sausage 2 x bits of streaky bacon (hard and tasteless) 2 x soft fried eggs (yolks hard) 1 x slice of black pudding (thin and dried out ) 1 x pot of baked beans (about 3 teaspoons) 1x hash brown (dried out) 1 portion fried potatoes (hard and dried out) 1 portion mushrooms (dried out) 1 x slice off toast with liquified butter from being keep near hot shelf. EIGHTEEN (18) POUNDS!! No servers to take order, use the app. Shown to table. Plates brought and removed. Smiles and hello’s? No. Unbelievably bad food and Incredibly bad value. Should have complained but too British, we just accept rubbish.

Ordered food the waitresses were great, the food was good, quite a lot of choice on the menu, overall a very enjoyable meal.

Possibly the worst quality food ever seen at any Wetherspoons. Granted i did not complain at the time due to time constraints and no wish to embarrass my business partner but after complaining online a week later, received a stock email saying they would do nothing to rectify the situation.

Fair enough....some people are not A persons yet if you are working around 5AM you have to be pro and offer friendly service and not being rude and offer bad service. My wife got very rude service but funny thing that changed a bit when the staff member saw her use a crutch. Of in the hell should that matter........... The food came fast and for the price we paid way way higher for breakfast than in Crawley and Brighton, the portion was small and the food less than average. We have had all over the world much better food and service in airports so I would stay away from this one.............

Went for dinner with a friend / colleague we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lux during our visit, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Lux made us feel welcomed and comfortable, was attentive without being overbearing. The level of professionalism and genuine care she provided made our meal unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have Lux as your waitress, you're in for a nice experience. Highly recommend!

I forgot to write a review and I just remembered as I was going through my wallet and saw the Jamie's Coffee Lounge review card. I went to Gatwick last year, I think it was August or September time. I had a nice pesto and mozzarella sandwich, I think, my mom had a coffee. Our staff that day were Kristina and Lucia, many thanks to them for a nice service and their positive attitude, very much appreciated. My sandwich was delicious and my mom enjoyed her coffee. All is good despite the prices, good old London haha.
