Best sausage and bacon bap I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty). Went with my family and we’re made to feel very welcome by the lovely staff. Beautiful settings surround the dining area outside. 100% would recommend to everyone and a good excuse to come back to Tilgate park.

We regularly visit the CB parsons pig. Ever time we are greeted warmly. The service is always attentive even when they are really busy. The food is consistently good, specials are great. You can take your leftovers home without feeling guilty. Highly recommend

I had the makhani curry and it was watery and the quality of the chicken was poor and I think they needed to get the scales checked out as my wife's 10oz gammon was nowhere near the 10oz on the menu and I am a butcher who deals with weights all day, the food did arrive promptly but wished we had gone elsewhere but we have eaten at premier inns in Manchester,Leeds,Newcastle,Edinburgh and another in London and never had a problem.

Ordered platters of sandwiches for 50 people for a wake. Platters arrived at the agreed time all nicely boxed. Sandwiches and wraps were super fresh, tasty and enough for the 50 people and reasonably priced. Thanks very much to Jane and the Team. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food! Good portions Staff were lovely and super helpful. Tea super hot which meant it stayed hot throughout breakfast, served in a good size mug too. I had poached eggs on today, eggs were cooked perfectly, lovely runny yolk. The bread was a thick cut crusty bread - delicious! Husband had a set 4, plenty of food and well cooked. Sausages were very tasty!

Had an excellent experience at the Coaching Halt today. Went with a friend who has allergies. We were looked after by Laila and she could not have been more friendly and helpful, particularly re the allergies. Additionally, Nicole also looked after us and, again, was particularly helpful re my friend’s allergies. Food was good, the restaurant is comfortable and welcoming and the staff are brilliant. Thank you Laila and Nicole.

We stayed at Premier Inn at Gatwick's North Terminal and enjoyed dinner on two nights at Thyme Restaurant. It far more convenient to dine-in than go elsewhere or suffer the limited, bad-valued terminal food. It is advisable to book dinner as you check-in, especially if you enjoy eating early. The meal deal can be a good value, but in our case we didn't save really on the first night so just paid menu prices on the 2nd night. With the meal deal, our 2 drinks, one naan bread and chicken added to my Thai curry came to another £19. The food was very tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Chicken Makhani curry! I do find the food a little pricey for what it is. The second night we just had 4 appetisers, one wine and a soda and that totaled £39. But, it is a hotel and the other options in the terminal really would cost twice as much and not taste half as good.

Use the Heathy for lunch regularly with friends. However this time the food was overpriced for what it was. The steak was fatty and as a result they took it iff the bill. Only people in the place so no atmosphere. Staff was friendly and attentive. Also i drink soda water which is usually no charge. This time however i was charged £2.50 for a soda water and lime. Unfortunately will not be going as regularly in the future

Each time we stay at Premier Inn at Gatwick's North Terminal, we have dinner in-house at Thyme Restaurant as it is far more convenient than going elsewhere or suffering the limited, bad-valued terminal food. This time we booked out dinner slot as soon as we checked-in. for 5pm. From experience, if you simply show up you can expect to be accommodated in the restaurant after 9pm as they are always crazy busy. We had a meal deal. We hadn't realised that kids eat free breakfast so it's better to just pay the menu price for kids' food. Our extras with drinks totaled another £30 but that was okay. The meal deal is something to seriously consider as £30 per person for a dinner may not be worth it if you don't ordinarily order 2 courses. We don't usually have an appetiser so it turned out to be not good value for us as our mainstay is usually a fish n' chips. The food was fine. But what stood out to us was the service. Mandalin, our server, was on-point and provided exceptional, attentive service! Thanks to him, our meal went from okay to amazing!

We were booked into the Hilton the night before our flight and decided to try the Garden Restaurant. Our food was excellent, every dish was enjoyable and well prepared. There is a good choice for both meat eaters and vegetarian such as myself. I really enjoyed the goats cheese and asparagus starter and the beetroot Wellington certainly did not disappoint. The highlight though was the above excellent service from Raji. He is a credit to the restaurant. He was attentive and explained every dish we asked about. He was helpful and went above and beyond to offer helpful advice and provide a great experience. I would have no doubts in eating here again. Thank you.
