The best restaurants serving British food in Blackpool North West

I went to no.90 for Sunday lunch with family. On arrival, we received a warm welcome from Maxine. There is a set menu Sunday lunch, and it was so hard to decide what to have as I fancied all the dishes on there! After a delicious starter, I went for the roast beef dinner, which was superb! I do not think you could get a better Sunday lunch that gives you the choice and price and the personal service from the owners anywhere else in the area. Must also give a mention to the lovely young man who was also serving, very polite and professional. From start to finish, they have this so right. If you are in the area, it's well worth a visit Many thanks for a great experience .

Pequeño café del pueblo amable, precios muy razonables en comparación con los cafés de cadena. Comida fresca por encargo. El personal nos conoce tan bien que están haciendo nuestros pedidos de bebidas cuando ven que viene en la puerta! Los perros son bienvenidos, en interiores y exteriores. Hay asientos adicionales arriba, afuera y atrás. Es un pequeño centro comunitario adecuado, donde sientes que la gente está genuinamente contenta de verte.

Restaurante increíble! La comida era excelente, muy sabrosa. El servicio era genial, los desiertos eran deliciosos! Todo junto todo era muy, muy bueno, recomiendo este restaurante y sin duda volveremos! La mejor comida de la zona😊

Best fish & chips I have had in years. Service was excellent, fish was cooked fresh and was melt in the mouth. This place is a few streets back from the front so you wouldn’t just come across it. It is well worth finding!

I rarely write reviews however with Briardene Hotel, I have too. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave the hotel and staff are far above what I would generally expect. Every staff member was friendly, polite, full of local knowledge if you needed it. And they take time out to make your visit special. The food was amazing, perhaps my general food is tasteless as as soon as I had the breakfast I was shocked at how good a breakfast can be. The hotel, every time I sat down and just looked around, I realised how someone had taken real time and effort to make everything work. It is far beyond a normal hotel. On a negative note. Briardene owners are asking for trouble though, a beautifully run hotel at a price that idiots like me can afford. Not clever.

Had a lovely meal here a few weeks ago. Staff were working hard, I hope they get the credit they deserve everyday even if they make minor errors during service.

Friendly staff good menu choice, opens early 8am which is a bonus. Scrambled eggs were nice Today had a nice beef roast lunch 😋 Hot roast beef bap with onions & gravy is nice too This has become.e my choice for Breakfast & lunch in Blackpool

I would give more than 5 star if I could ! From the moment we arrived the customer service was on point ! The lovely lady at reception showed us around our room ! Very personal .., loved that ! The room was beautiful see the pictures ! The BED !!! Let me tell you this was one of the best nights sleep I have ever had ! I NEED THESE PILLOWS 🫶 The breakfast! The pictures speak for themselves! If you find yourself in Blackpool! Don’t stay anywhere else !

Very frienfly, low key, down to earth place. The lady serving at the counter was super friendly and helpful

Just a lovely quaint café in Blackpool with lovely ladies looking after you and cooking great breakfast and other food. Off the beaten track so to speak relaxed atmosphere by the beach which is just a stones throw away. Highly recommend.

Well, there is more than a reason why I have been going to eat at Quilligan's Cafe Bar almost every time I am in Blackpool. They have a very extensive Menu, therefore there is something for everyone's taste, and the quality is always spot on. Amongst the rest, I particularly like their Sunday dinners that are served in very generous portions, and I also love their breakfasts: last time I tried their American style pancakes, OMG! And there's is also another very important motif why I keep going back: the staff is so welcoming & friendly, and their service absolutely impeccable: 10/10.

A party of 8 oap went one if our ladies with Parkinsons We pre booked so that was goid as very busy. We all went for the 2 for £11.99 4 hunters chicken 2 lasagne 1 scampi I gammon and pineapple So a varied selection. I went for the lasagne severed with side salad and garlic bread piping hot really tasty. The hunters chicken went down a treat no complaints there. Ham every bit eaten and good Scampi I was told top notch. 8 happy customers. The staff were brilliant and very accomadating. I'm sorry but when we all go out i usually collect a tip for them but did not have time as our taxi ride home came Rest assured next time apologies for not doing this Thank you for a wonderful night.

Just had the most awful meal from this chippy. The chips were dry and tasteless. I remember the first time I tasted frozen chips decades ago. It was at a motorway service station. They tasted like they had been made with dehydrated potato. That’s just what these were like. I can’t say for sure that they were frozen chips, not fresh, but I suspect that is what they were. Now have stomach issues. Won’t ever waste my money going to this place again.

Gran lugar para visitar para un rápido Y comida fácil a un precio razonable, vino a cenar y me alegro de que lo hicimos. Sin duda volvería de nuevo.
