Food is good but the owner has a right attitude problem (because we took our own bottled drinks in she had a right problem with us) we purchased food with drinks and she began abusing us from the other side of the cafe, excuse me love but the drinks we already brought in was for medical purposes! It’s not like we didn’t buy drinks from her.. I’d avoid

Lovely little place, we went three mornings in a row for breakfast over Easter. Tasty food, decent prices. Served by lovely, helpful ladies who wait on the tables and behind counter. Definitely recommend

Good Friday and what absolutely cracking cafe, spotlessly clean & what we had a lovely friendly and welcoming greeting. We ordered the big breakfast and we can honestly say it was freshly cooked, hot and amazing, I had a pot of tea and Chris had a latte, which was hotter & tasted better than other well know "bitter" coffee shops. You will not find a better cafe in Blackpool 5 stars out of 5.

This is a little gem. 4 of us went for breakfast on Sunday. Not often do s food out somewhere go like this - quality tasty food, piping hot, served quickly, clean toilets and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. Recommend 100%. Definitely go back.

The "Jumbo" breakfast at the Peppermill Cafe came up looking fittingly jumbo sized, with 2 of most things on the plate. The sausages looked a bit catering grade, but they turned out to taste very nice. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially the blonde lady in charge, who made me feel welcome. The breakfast also had 2 runny eggs, two good rashers, hash browns, black pudding, mushrooms, toast, and grilled tomato. The tomato was a bit flavourless, but everything else was superb. Also a good tea. I tried various cafes for breakfast during my 10 days in Blackpool, and the Peppermill came out equal first with Hive and the Compass. But it was the best price of those three at £8.50, so hats off for that. You can't beat a proper Full English.

We have been going to the Peppermill for 30 years even before this family took over and we don’t think you can beat it. I think the current owners have been running it for about 25 years. They always greet you with a friendly and polite attitude and always pass the time of day with you when you come in even if they’re busy. They come and take your order at your table rather than you having to go up to the counter and are very helpful. I don’t think you can fault them in any area. The staff are all very friendly I honestly don’t think you can say anything bad about the staff, the owners, the food or the cafe. We don’t go anywhere else and all our family go as well. We have recommended it to people and there’s not one person who hasn’t loved it. People even come from away specially to go to the Peppermill and you can’t get a better review than that.

It's the first time i eat such horrible burger. I order a double burger the meat was over cooked and dry.Could not eat it.

The worst experience Went in for breakfast, food came and my egg was uncooked and the tomato was fully green and so was my mums , I suffer from anorexia which I stated to the staff when I sent the food back after a few mins the food came back still green eggs still uncooked and that staff wasn’t helpful at all. They proceed to lie to my boyfriend when he calls to complain saying we do this all the time when I haven’t been for food in the last 4 years as I have the eating disorder, finally starting to get out and this happens. Absolutely horrendous food and service wouldn’t recommend to anyone !! Will be taking this further

If I could give lower oh I would. Staff think it’s ok to give out unripe food, uncooked eggs and then the staff think it’s ok to argue with you when you tell them it’s wrong and when you leave you get stared at by all the staff, very uncomfortable. They openly admitted they have no manager in the shop which as a business owner myself I think is a disgrace there should always be a manger or a supervisor but no they don’t have any there. How can a business run without a manager, well it clearly can’t.

I have been going to the Peppermill cafe for many years, it's the best place in town to eat or just for a coffee or hot chocolate. Staff are friendly and service is great.

One of our favorite cafes. Been coming to peppermill for many years with my mum and family. The food is amazing and the salads are so nice too when I go with my cousin we always have the same chicken open sandwich, with chips to share 😁 Staff are really lovely!

My husband had to complain. Our food was dry, cold and unfortunately we left 3/4 of it. Peppermill is our chosen cafe but lately gone downhill. We were nudged by staff when eating / drinking with no apology.

Visited here recently, not that good ordered two toasties, surely a toastie is done in a sandwich maker with sealed edges no not this one toasted bread with a melted filling we got . Not impressed would not return.

Great service and didn't feel rushed

Very polite and attentative staff. Wait for food isn't very long either and is hot when served. Been twice now and it's consistently good. (Edit) Visited Peppermill again and the staff where as always, very helpful and made my family and friends feel very welcome. The breakfasts are delicious. This place never fails.

The food was all deep fried swimming in oil very off putting we could not eat the food 4 off us coffee was like hot milk I went up to speak to the older gentleman regards us not being able to eat the breakfast to explain what we felt about our visit there and food was not of a good quality he became very cheeky telling me I was not welcome back his daughter was there with him she was a bit aggressive also towards me like her dad tell all other staff in the place I was complaining about the breakfast it was a terrible experience from this place and shocking behaviour on there part

Lovely staff always happy and good customer service

The best place to eat in Blackpool. It's all ways a good place when the locals use it too. We have visited many times as a couple, as a family, brought guests and even work outings. Its not only got a huge choice but everything fresh, hot and sizable portions that will leave you happy and full. It's also good for the pocket, fair prices that will allow a treat throughout our cost of living crisis. It's got a charm, a sense of history and yet impeccably clean, well managed and fantastic attentive staff. It has a feel of a British restaurant on the Canary Islands but yet in the heart of Blackpool. A real must if your in the area. You wont be disappointed. They are very accommodating and will provide space for older people, wheelchair users and large families. The only negative is the toilets are up a great number of stairs and no disabled ones on the ground floor. However if you go down to the Rose and Crown pub they were kind enough to let us use the accessible toilet.

I must say 1st I needed the toilet as I'm disabled and could not make it to where I needed to go, a lovely lady said yes it would be OK I was not really hungry but I asked for a pot of tea and cup and sat and waited for the bank to open. Very friendly and helpful and nice smile 😁 would recommend this place.

Came in for a Sunday Dinner. Service and greating was first class. Food arrived and it looked worse than a Dogs Dinner. All processed and nothing looked Fresh at all. My partner finished his meal and lalthough he enjoyed it, he said that something wasnt right. Fast track 2 hours later, after not eating or drinking anything else, my partner became Violently ill and basically threw up the entire meal that he had eaten. Watching the staff and the standards in the venue, I am not surprised that a customer could get ill from being in your venue. I dread to see what state your Kitchen is in. Hopefully this is a one off, but please make sure that your standards are up to par. Health and Safety will be Watching.😡😡😡

Ordered a breakfast here the sausage was cheap the bacon was ridiculously salty hash brown was ok, and egg was ok. Staff were really nice, and really nice atmosphere. I just think for a £7.50 breakfast it would have been better quality . I left half of it on the plate
