The best restaurants serving British food in Hammersmith and Fulham London

My brother and myself came here for a wedding.It was not an experience we are likely to forget. After the service we were ushered onto the patio for about 2 hours.During this time we were occasionally served the most inedible canapes which were about the size of a 10p piece. We finally got into the function room at about 7pm.However all we served with was a small role.No basket on the table. We were finally served with the starter at 725.It consisted of pieces of tomatoe with a white blob in the middle of unknown origin. I am a diabetic so I shouldn't go long periods without food.So starting to feel ravenous I approached one of the many organisers with notepads.I told him I was diabetic and asked when the main course would be served.He said 830.With that I decided to leave and find a restaurant for a meal. My brother advised me that the main course was served at 840. There was a choice of deserts.However put down a plate with them and told the guests to sort it out amongst themselves. I understand that the club are responsible for the catering.Assuming this to be the case they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

Muy sabrosos bocadillos. La comida es muy fresca y los precios son muy razonables. He ordenado de pollo, tocino y aguacate sandwich, preguntó si podía ser tostado que no causó ningún problema. :) hombre hasta era muy dulce y amable. Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante a todo el mundo que esté buscando comida sabrosa y fresca por la zona!

Came in for dinner the other day and we were served by Charlie, she was so lovely and helpful! The food and drinks were amazing, would definitely come again!

Omg, their Sunday lunch is unbelievable! Two weekends in a row we’ve been to have their beef and my friend their lamb! Truly the very best gravy, Yorkshire pud and crispy potatoes ever.. in the history of the world!! And the staff are a delight. Fave place in London ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was both my first experience with eating at a pub, and with eating at a place with a michelin star, and my expectations were met and passed! The Scotch egg was one of the better dishes ive ever had, and the deer for the main was so juicy and flavorful. The establishment had a very rustic and cozy aesthetic, and the staff was very friendly.

Food is ridiculously overpriced for the tiny portion served.

Amazing rebranding and reshape of this place to a healthy beautiful space with great food based on veggies, salads, healthy protein cakes, an much more. I will definitely come back soon! Now it is called Awake, love the name too!

The sole purpose of writing this review is to commend the staff. My brother and i were staying in the Millennium And Copthorne Hotels At Chelsea Football Club. We both had been to a local clinic for a surgical procedure and could not leave our hotel room to go for food etc so relayed on the hotel staff to bring items to the room. Both me and my brother would like to extremely commend MANASVI. The reason for this was each time i called she totally understood our situation and she always went above and beyond for us, her friendly and professional approach in my opinion is a true asset to your business. So thank you again Manasvi for your care and compassion during our stay you made it great! I would also like to mention Kane on reception he was also a very kind guy who was ever so helpful during our check in so thanks to him too!

This enjoyable pub is located on Overstone Road, near Hammersmith, just a few minutes from the Underground Station, making it very convenient to find. The pub has a relaxed and comfortable vibe, with plenty of seating available, including outdoor options. The staff are very nice and are happy to customize drinks based on your personal preferences. Their lunch menu is quite good, especially the red wine braised short rib risotto, which was rich and flavorful. The hand-cut chips were also delicious and complemented the meal perfectly. This is a great place for gatherings and meals with friends!

The staff are always friendly and I have never had bad fish and chips from there. I would definitely recommend.

Be warned, I got drunk in here once and talked to some random people, they're now my friends and I have to go in at least once a week to talk to them. The Guinness tastes better in here than in any other pub in Chiswick or Hammersmith, but if you ask the staff they have no idea why.
