shrimp burger is amazing and so tasty as well as the mussels and the steak! last time i visited London the restaurant was closed! ad i was so disappointed! so happy to find out that the restaurant opens again!!

Stayed here for 2 nights and wow, best hotel in London, the staff are amazing, the rooms are beautiful and clean, very comfortable bed, the manager and staff make you feel really special and go all out to help and make your stay comfortable, great experience especially as it’s cheaper than many hotels in this area, will definitely use again when I visit London 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pub encantador con interior antiguo. El amable y acogedor personal recuerda lo que beben los clientes habituales: ¡es increíble! Bueno para una tranquila copa de vino durante el fin de semana. Las flores hacen que el pub sea muy atractivo y diferente.

Nos hemos alojado durante una semana en el hotel Radisson donde se ubica este lounge y lo cierto es que tiene un ambiente muy agradable. Se puede cenar en él, o simplemente tomar algo, y tiene un horario muy amplio, cosa que se agradece cuando regresas de un día de turismo intensivo por la ciudad. Damos las gracias especialmente a Carlos, por su trato siempre amable y atento, lo que sin duda supone un plus a la hora de decidirse de este lugar.

Review is in relation to booking I had which was cancelled - a very frustrating experience and put me off wanting to use their services again. Booking made for 10 people 5 months in advance, paid for and received confirmation email. Over a month later a message out the blue that they'd cancelled it. I asked to re-book and was told no as they'd changed policy and blocked out Dec dates. I had 10 people from various UK locations all agreed for that day and also booked nearby activities based around the Sixes booking, so simply changing to another day wasn't an option for me. Response I got was they'd dropped my booking to only allow 30+ party bookings and to wait until November to try and rebook (for a time they already knew had gone...). So basically a money grab for larger bookings rather than honouring confirmed bookings. I've now booked electric shuffle.

Cada plato estaba lleno de sabor, exquisitamente construido con sabores brillantemente equilibrados. ¡La presentación de cada plato fue hermosa! ¡Todos con los que hablé pensaron que era increíble! Felicitaciones a tu brillante equipo. El servicio fue absolutamente impecable también! ¡Bien hecho!

it was one of the better place we have visited in recent times with good options and valuable service .

Quick Bite and a few beers. Okay atmosphere. Service is not very friendly. But overall a good place if you're in the area and need a good beer and a bite.

The salt beef used to melt in your mouth. Expect to chew nowadays

Viaje en familia a Londres y nos coincide con el Madrid-Barça, por lo que nos pusimos en contacto para ver si era posible verlo allí. Nos contestaron que no retrasmitían LaLiga y cancelamos la reserva. Unos días antes del partido tuvieron el detalle de contactar con nosotros para informarnos que finalmente si lo echarían, por lo que volvimos a resevarlo. La noche de la reserva estuvimos ubicados en una situación reservada para ver el partido, mientras tomábamos cervezas en un pub inglés tradicional, con un ambiente esoectacular y saludable. La cena también muy buena, hamburguesas riquísimas. En cuanto al trato del personal inmejorable, con unos camareros muy atentos y simpáticos. Muchas gracias por todo, el día que volvamos a Londres iremos de nuevo sin dudar!

I must say I inadvertently reviewed the wrong pub, indeed. We had been to the Lamb & Flag last week and found it fabulous, but for some reason, I got the two - Angel in the Fields and Lamb & Flag mixed up. My apologies to the whole crew as this Pub is great with good food & plenty of ketchup!

Started off great - table was reserved as booked. After an hour or so, I decided to order a lager and pint of Guinness (this was about half 6/7pm) on the app. After 14mins, still no drink. So went to the bar where the tender apologized and poured my drink. The Guinness ran out half way through, so I pointed to the nearest lager to replace it, and was told 'its a pound dearer, so I will have to charge you' - I asked if this was a joke, he said no, its policy. I then asked what lager is cheaper than a Guinness, and was offered an Amstel, which I accepted. I then had to ask for my refund of the difference - obviously not policy? Really bad customer service - not sure if this was a the staff or Greene King's guidelines. The food was average - starters were small in portion. Would not go again.
