Popped in for a pint🤷Barman assured about beer from 🇮🇹 (Moretti in particular),but it’s Heineken made unfortunately 🫣

Their pints are ice cold - absolutely refreshing!

We were passing through looking for a pint after lunch - a lot of the places in the area fall into the “tourist trap” category which we were keen to avoid. Luckily we found the Devonshire. This is a proper pub, with warm attentive service, and a great choice of beers on tap. Would visit again.

Good selection of drinks, prices and service, clean place, friendly clientele, quite compact so there may only be standing room at the bar.

Bit surprised at some reviews to be fair. I’m not even sure if it has tapas thing going on. Spanish? Anyway will ignore all that. Popped in on my Xmas crawl. Nice pint of ale. Friendly guy behind the bar. Under £6 by 15p so was near my maximum price of a pint. Last year I found some pubs under a fiver. This year I’m aiming for six. Good luck with that! How things are ruining ale drinking! Nice old pub. Not very big.

Excellent pub with friendly staff and good selection of beers on tap. Shame they don’t serve food however (apart from crisps).

This place is nothing special. Staff are not super friendly, and it's actually quite a tight place on a busy night.

Really smart corner pub, a short distance from Selfridges. Most of the other places off this end of Oxford Street are bars, and I much prefer this more traditional pub setting. Only two cask ales on at the time of my visit but I do really enjoy a well-kept pint of Harvey’s Sussex Best. Very good selection of craft beers, wines & spirits. A very nicely appointed interior and a small seating area out front too, great for people watching.

Great visit sheltering from the rain. Surprise find round a corner near Selfridges. Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks and great prices. Will definitely return when back in town.

Traditional London Pub. I visited here for the first time in around 35 years because I was going to an event in Hyde Park. In the mid 80's I worked around the corner & this was a regular lunchtime or after work meeting place. It was like stepping back in time. Friendly & welcoming staff. A good selection of beers & other drinks. We didn't eat but menu looked reasonable with choices that would suit most people. London prices (which are to be expected based on location just behind Selfridges & short walk to Marble Arch) £7.45 for a pint of IPA

Best rock/metal pub in Camden and London in general!

Visited for the first time during the incineration fest really like the vibe and bar service was quick and friendly will make another visit at some time.

Typical English pub, with great pub grub, easy to fix wrong order when served.

Great corner pub near Selfridge with limited sitting space inside but very cosy with lovely decos. Great selections of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Just be aware that they do not accept American Express.

I love this pub, if you're ever in Camden you should pop in. Has the true spirit of this part of the city which I love

Delightful traditional in the heart of London ... just at the back of Selfridges.... Great landlord... Ted the dog will eat you out of house and crisps.

Great little pub just outside selfridges. They have a little dog keeping everyone safe. The prices are reasonable, a pint and coke was £8. Clean toilet ✨✨

I love my rock and metal bars so this pub was great, I just didn't have a the best experience with the bar staff. A lady serving came across rather rude and snappy when she couldn't get what I was asking for... I was merely ordering a simple drink in my british accent over the music. There was no need for it!!

Tim, the owner is an excellent barman. His dog, Ted adds to the wonderful ambiance of this great pub. We did not eat here, but people seemed to be enjoying the food. There are a few places to stand outside to have your pint, but there is also great seating inside.

Lovely pub and even better staff

Beers were ice cold and served with very attentive and friendly service. This is a typically small London pub. There are a limited selection of draught beers available. You can just stand outside to soak in the sun as there is no beer garden! Toilets are very cramped but clean! Nice atmosphere.

I had been wanting to try this pub for some time and it did not disappoint. Lovely little place with a great atmosphere and drinks. The staff were great and they also have a cute little dog.

It is stunning after the refurbishment! The food is also better than ever before, and the staff is wonderful.

The place is vibrant and lively and the owner is very pleasant we were in The Newly opened one just higher up the street the old Henry Holland the difference was stunning it attacts a good crowd. Excellent Pub to try.

This is a pub that makes you feel so far away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street through its welcoming staff and choice of beverages! As soon as we we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff, guided to a table and made to feel like we were at a private members bar. We asked about the drinks menu and were recommended drinks that absolutely hit the spot. We only wanted to stay for one, but spent the evening there! The atmosphere was amazing, the staff were beyond attentive and there were tables talking and recommending their drinks to each other. This isn't a usual pub experience, you are absolutely in an environment that puts you at the heart of the experience, and all the stuff know exactly what to to recommend. After being shut for so long, we were sceptical, but we cannot wait to go back again. What an absolute jewell in central London's crown!

Lovely traditional corner pub, between Selfridges, and the delightful Manchester square. It looks like it’s had a recent refurb. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and smartly dressed. We had a lovely bottle of French rose and some punk IPA beers. We sat outside in the sun. It was a welcome respite from our afternoon at the shops. I shall be back next time I’m in the Bond St area.

Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place donc pas d'avis sur la nourriture. Par contre la musique a comblé nos espoirs et nous y sommes restés toute la soirée!

Nice pub, easy to find, decked out with wood panelling throughout, clean and tidy, Staff friendly, good choice of drinks, priced reasonable for this part of town.

We were staying closeby and popped in for a couple of drinks. Had a good time, good service and the drinks were as expected. I did notice they gave the wife a nice healthy wine pour which is always nice. :) Good spot for a quick drink. We actually visited many places and took a note on this place that they didnt have food. Maybe I missed it or other folks are reviewing another place by the same name. None the less, fun spot.

Despite what others have said, we (a group of four) found the staff welcoming and fine. We regrettably found the pub itself very disappointing, and even as it was not at all busy, there were very seats for weary travellers. We love London pubs and their wonderful traditional feel, but sadly this was not one of them.

We were looking for a pub not far from where we were staying and came across the Devonshire Arms about a 8 minute walk, we wanted to try the pubs fish & chips and we were disappointed washed down with a gin and tonic what else could you ask for.

One of the 1st places I visited on my trip around Europe. I ordered the fish and chips and a pint of Tea Time ale. Everything was very good and I had a great time. There quite a few nice shops right around the corner.

We used to drink there all the time when Pauline was the Manager as our office Manchester Square, was there a month ago as a reunion, one of the staff was so rude as we were friendly, ummmm, it held good memories for us. Sadly for me there is another reunion on 30th I just phoned to ask do they reserve table, he hung up.........

Locale nella norma. Siamo entrati perché in zona ma non trovavamo un pub libero. Siamo entrati e ci siamo piacevolmente sorpresi della scoperta delle birre inglesi. Il proprietario (credo) ci ha fatto assaggiare due tipi di birre che potevano essere di nostro gusto (avevamo chiesto due rosse) e abbiamo scelto la doom bar. Molto molto buona. Servita a temperatura ambiente ma davvero fantastica. In poco tempo abbiamo finito la birra!!!!!

This pub is a bit beat up and the service was not that great. It has seen better days and is not a very comfortable place to hang out in.

Popped in for a drink and a spot of lunch but they don't serve food mondays. Just had drinks and very nice they were but not cheap mind. Barmaid could have been friendlier but why should she care

Liten pub i et roligere område. Vi testet ikke ut menyen som hadde innslag av mange type kjøkken. Utvalget i øl var på det jevne. Han som var på jobb når vi var innom var blid og imøtekommende. Plus for de få uteplassene.

I agree with other comments about this pub, the staff are just outright rude. Definitely give this one a miss. There are much nicer pubs around during in this prime location.

Old fashioned (ie proper) pub no gimmicks good drinks, nice bar friendly staff. Selection of draft beers good be improved only 1 on on the night I was there but fortunately was one I like!

Been here a few times, and am continually unimpressed with the attitude and service of the staff. It is almost as if they are doing you a favour by serving you...... Would recommend people to go to other places in the area other The Devonshire.

Enjoyed a wonderful Sunday roast at Devonshire Arms. This pub is off the main roads on a quiet road in Kensington and has a nice outdoor seating area. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. They have a selection of cask ales that rotates each month, and when I asked the bartender to suggest one, he pulled out four glasses and let me sample each! Food was very tasty with ample portions. Will definitely go back.

Went for a drink with some work colleagues. Everything was too much trouble / an effort for the bar staff to do. They were doing us a favour by serving us. A young Chinese bar man was particularly rude / dismissive. Avoid, much better bars...

We visited for a quick drink while in the area - service was quick and we were able to enjoy ourselves and have a laugh with each other. I will go again when in the area.

This is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Oxford Street so it was quiet for a Lunchtime. We had a liquid lunch so the Rose was flowing, two glasses for £11.00. Barman very friendly. There are some steps down the side where you can stand and if you smoke there is plenty of space to do so. We didn't have anything to eat so can't comment on the menu but will visit again soon.
