We hadden er al eerder willen eten, maar helaas…er was geen plek, alle tafeltjes waren bezet. We snappen waarom… Het is een leuke plek, fijne en gezellige uitstraling. Vandaag hadden we geluk, er was een tafeltje vrij. We werden gastvrij welkom geheten door Teja! Het eten en drinken is goed verzorgd, de sfeer is goed. Je voelt je welkom. Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Een echte aanrader!

There are much better pubs in the area. Spend your money elsewhere! I came into this pub late where I ordered 1 pint at 11:20pm on a Friday. This was my first and only drink of the evening (here and anywhere). They said they were closing at 12am. As I ordered a Guinness, I rec'd it near 11:30 pm and they stopped serving drinks for the night immediately thereafter. I asked the manager then, "how long can I stay to finish this pint?" The manager quickly says, "5 mins." And this is at 11:30/11:35pm-ish. Then after I chugged my drink in 5 mins and was getting ready to leave, a table of 2 women behind me sounding inebriated ask the same question to him as he's standing behind me, "when do we need to leave?" and without skipping a beat he says, "15 mins". I turn and call him out on it: "ohhh cool, they get 15 mins now......and 5 mins ago, I only got 5 mins, hmmmm that's awesome!" He clearly looks embarrassed and says, "well, um a, a, um, we try to move people out the door quickly." I said yeah, obviously not all people. And I didn't feel like chugging my Guinness just now. Smugly he says, "are you leaving?" I said, "yes." He said, "ok boss, have a good night. See you again." I said, "I will have a good night." But unfortunately they won't be seeing me again.

The Service was a disater. We bokked a Tabelle online and when we areived they talked to us sorry but the Kitchen is already Colsed and we should Come one Day later. Luckely we stay some day more here. So we gone one day later and a was again a disaster. We Wait a Long Time if they agreeded That we booked yesteeday and it was a Long discussion To get our coutation back. The Food was ok. Not so much but ok.

The worst english breakfast I've ever had. Sausages are anemic. Hash browns like bricks. Scrambled eggs had the feel of an omelette they dropped on the floor, the beans were no better and the bacon, saltier, fatty and disghusting, like a mouthfull of a tramps man milk.

The only one bad pub Ive been in London. In contrast to the usual good attention and quality yo are able to easily find in London in such kinds of rests, in this one the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, kitchen closed at 8:30, the don’t clean your table, they dont keep an eye on the line of you are waiting for a table, yo need to pay everything upfront at the bar like its a discotheque so no service at the table. Awfully managed and the first one bad experience Ibe had in London pubs after several visits last couple years. Food is TERRIBLE, nachos with Doritos, meat pie from supermarket and both put in microwave, nothing cooled at the moment. Very bad

Ordered the chicken BLT, took one bite and noticed it had a very off taste took it back, bartender & front of house staff agreed something was/smelled rancid. Woke up at 5am with food poisoning. £700 trip down the drain because your chefs couldn’t QA check what they are sending out.

Really nice place to grab a bite. It's a bit higher priced than many pubs but food was quite good. Service and atmosphere are lovely. One star off from general experience only for the fact that it can be quite hard to actually get food here (the first day I came, it was possible to order only drinks) and the prices. Will visit again if ever in the neighborhood.

Wonderful pub near Hyde Park. We enjoyed it so much that we went there for two consecutive evenings. Good food and great beer. The real strength of the place lies in the warm and welcoming environment.

I tried twice to make a reservation for 9 p.m. each time it was canceled. If you can't secure your slots, simply don't offer them!!!???

They have perfect nacho, the service was great but the best of all with this pub was the atmosphere (it was well decorated and very cozy).

Me and my friend went for a Sunday roast (chicken) and when the food first came out we were missing our Yorkshire puddings so we asked the server and they brought them out however because of the inconvenience they stated they would bring out some extras for the trouble, at first we only got one each (no extras) but we didn’t fuss and when the server came out again we told him we only had one each, he went into the kitchen and brought out 2 more which was nice of him but they were frozen and ice cold. the food already wasn’t great for what we were expecting we spoke to one of the servers again and let them know we were not happy with our food, they didn’t really care much and stated we ate most of our food (we only ate the chicken and the first round of Yorkshire pudding didn’t touch anything else and didn’t finish our chicken, really not happy with the customer care/service

The night was perfect. Good atmosphere and good service. Knual was great! As an American coming to London, they have the best berry beer I have ever tasted.

We've been a couple of times for both lunch and dinner and had a really great time! The place is very nice and the staff are young and kind. The food was very good, tasty but not heavy and the Guinness that is drunk here in Italy is unfortunately not available. Highly recommended! Siamo stati un paio di volte sia a pranzo che a cena e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Il locale è molto bello e i ragazzi dello staff giovani e cortesi. Il cibo era molto buono, gustoso ma non pesante e la Guinness che si beve qui in Italia non si trova purtroppo. Consigliatissimo!

Ordered the ‘Great British Crispy Fish & Chips’ - terrible! Huge disappointment, tiny serving of chips, no mushy peas as advertised & a very, very small serving of a soggy piece of fish - all for over 17£. Had to get more food later.

Amazing atmospheric pub with great cask ales, great food, and great service! We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. Place gets busy for these reasons so try to get there early. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Was staying round the corner and was looking for a place to eat so we popped in here for a drink to think about what we'd like to eat,good choice of drinks quick service and it was busy,what I did like was even those was busy it wasn't noisy you could have a conversation with out having to shout,all in all a very good pub

Four of us went looking for a fun pub, had lots of people so thought that was a good sign. We had to order everything at the bar and pay up front. No big deal. Drinks were good, had draft and gin and tonic. The steak sandwich, burger and scampi were dry, over cooked and something straight from the freezer section of any grocery store. Would not recommend.
