Only came here for a pint, but received excellent service at the bar, loved the Christmas decorations, and look forward to coming back!

The fish and chips were great and the service was very quick! We also took some meat but it wasnt of excellent quality, but still good! Even the french fries were reeeally good. Overall nice and easy going place

The only one bad pub Ive been in London. In contrast to the usual good attention and quality yo are able to easily find in London in such kinds of rests, in this one the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, kitchen closed at 8:30, the don’t clean your table, they dont keep an eye on the line of you are waiting for a table, yo need to pay everything upfront at the bar like its a discotheque so no service at the table. Awfully managed and the first one bad experience Ibe had in London pubs after several visits last couple years. Food is TERRIBLE, nachos with Doritos, meat pie from supermarket and both put in microwave, nothing cooled at the moment. Very bad

Ordered the chicken BLT, took one bite and noticed it had a very off taste took it back, bartender & front of house staff agreed something was/smelled rancid. Woke up at 5am with food poisoning. £700 trip down the drain because your chefs couldn’t QA check what they are sending out.

Very good English lunch. At a very fair price. We will come back without any problem.

Stayed around the corner from this pub and we ate here 3 nights out of 6. Food was beautiful.... staff were welcoming and friendly and prices were not too bad. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Really nice place to grab a bite. It's a bit higher priced than many pubs but food was quite good. Service and atmosphere are lovely. One star off from general experience only for the fact that it can be quite hard to actually get food here (the first day I came, it was possible to order only drinks) and the prices. Will visit again if ever in the neighborhood.

We were helped by Pristi who was very nice and helped us a lot. The rest of the staff was also very friendly.

I tried twice to make a reservation for 9 p.m. each time it was canceled. If you can't secure your slots, simply don't offer them!!!???

Wonderful pub near Hyde Park. We enjoyed it so much that we went there for two consecutive evenings. Good food and great beer. The real strength of the place lies in the warm and welcoming environment.

A cozy place for something good in a glass. Children got cartoons to enjoy, and a good selection of drinks.

They have perfect nacho, the service was great but the best of all with this pub was the atmosphere (it was well decorated and very cozy).

Me and my friend went for a Sunday roast (chicken) and when the food first came out we were missing our Yorkshire puddings so we asked the server and they brought them out however because of the inconvenience they stated they would bring out some extras for the trouble, at first we only got one each (no extras) but we didn’t fuss and when the server came out again we told him we only had one each, he went into the kitchen and brought out 2 more which was nice of him but they were frozen and ice cold. the food already wasn’t great for what we were expecting we spoke to one of the servers again and let them know we were not happy with our food, they didn’t really care much and stated we ate most of our food (we only ate the chicken and the first round of Yorkshire pudding didn’t touch anything else and didn’t finish our chicken, really not happy with the customer care/service

Ordered the ‘Great British Crispy Fish & Chips’ - terrible! Huge disappointment, tiny serving of chips, no mushy peas as advertised & a very, very small serving of a soggy piece of fish - all for over 17£. Had to get more food later.

We've been a couple of times for both lunch and dinner and had a really great time! The place is very nice and the staff are young and kind. The food was very good, tasty but not heavy and the Guinness that is drunk here in Italy is unfortunately not available. Highly recommended! Siamo stati un paio di volte sia a pranzo che a cena e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Il locale è molto bello e i ragazzi dello staff giovani e cortesi. Il cibo era molto buono, gustoso ma non pesante e la Guinness che si beve qui in Italia non si trova purtroppo. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing atmospheric pub with great cask ales, great food, and great service! We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. Place gets busy for these reasons so try to get there early. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Was staying round the corner and was looking for a place to eat so we popped in here for a drink to think about what we'd like to eat,good choice of drinks quick service and it was busy,what I did like was even those was busy it wasn't noisy you could have a conversation with out having to shout,all in all a very good pub

Four of us went looking for a fun pub, had lots of people so thought that was a good sign. We had to order everything at the bar and pay up front. No big deal. Drinks were good, had draft and gin and tonic. The steak sandwich, burger and scampi were dry, over cooked and something straight from the freezer section of any grocery store. Would not recommend.

I visited this pub on a busy Thursday evening while I was on solo holiday in London. I had a reservation but had to wait just a couple of minutes for my table. Grunal made sure I got a drink while I was waiting and that the kitchen got my order before it closed for the evening. The atmosphere is nice but the service is the star.

Service was absolutely fine, but I expected a bit more of the "English Breakfast", especially when it is sold at such a high price (despite its appearance). Next time, I'll rather look for a restaurant specialized in this.

This establishment is good until 2200 GMT, then manager brings in outdoor chairs and tables and forces everyone out at 2305. Really?!? Try prince edward or prince Alfred for more relaxed experience in last hour. Behind bar staff good, so there is that.

We reserved a table including food and unfortunately didn't get anything to eat because there was too much going on. Total nonsense.

I asked the bartender if the pubs english breakfest had a time gap when they serve it in the mornings. The guy just stared at me and told me to look it up on Google. I said I tried but I hadn't found any info on it there and he just said he doesn't know and continued staring at me. The worst customer service I've ever seen in the whole of London...

Good food, great beer, cosy ambience. They let us know food might take 1h and then it came within 20mins afterall. Lovely little place.

Pretty average pub, due to it's location it is very touristy. Food was pricey but good. I would venture towards Paddington if you want to enjoy a Proper pub.

Perhaps it is not the most "original" of London pubs, but there is a pleasant atmosphere and the manager, who seems Italian, is a person who knows how to put customers at ease.

We came in mentioning we wanted to have dinner, mind you we are tourist. While waiting and not knowing we had to order at the bar, the host came up to as and said “ we have customers coming in and out if your not gonna order anything you can leave” while trying to explain that i wanted to order he cut me off and told me “he didn’t care for excuses and wanted us to leave. When we did eventually get the opportunity to get a word in we explained that we are tourist, and didn’t know that we had to order at the bar. He didn’t really care and ushered us to order. However, at this point i was done with the bad service and the disrespect.
