The best butcher I've been to?quite possibly. Everything is just quality. I love their mighty pork chops sometimes with a bit of kidney. All their bbq fare is spot on, and their seasonal faggots are incredible. The cheese counter is amazing too if you fancy some up market cheese with bread and wine on your hols. Local honey sold too. So more than a butcher! Family are lovely serving and and it's now sons and daughters on the sign 👍

Lovely, quirky cafe with plenty for the children to do. Very reasonably priced, popped in for coffee and cake and spent the whole afternoon there. Ride on toys, Wendy house, books, tennis, delicious cakes and plenty on the menu for all ages. Very friendly staff and parking not a problem.

What a find, we managed 4 visits here while on holiday. Breakfast was lovely, we visited another day for a toastie, and also just for a drink while walking. Each time we visited the service were polite, friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

Whenever we visit Southwold, we usually pop down to Suzies & are never disappointed. The food is of a v high standard & the hot drinks excellent. This cafe is very popular, so be prepared to wait & if possible carry cash , as sometimes the card machine can be temperamental

A really nice pub. Full of character. A lot about the man himself. One of the nearest pubs to the Adams brewery and the quality and range of cask ale is excellent. Also a good real cider. London prices though. Very popular so best get there early.

My husband and I took a punt on this restaurant as we were struggling to find anything inspiring on the menu in our hotel. 5-10 minute walk from the high street. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere and great food. Warm and cosy in February. Service was good. Food was delicious. Particularly good selection of different burgers. We will be back in the summer with our boys.

We went in here just for a sausage roll and coffee each. The young lady making the coffee was very quick and efficient. I didn’t even notice the sausage rolls being put on the tray, they just appeared. The coffee was one of the best we have ever tasted, with real chocolate shavings on the top, rather than the cocoa powder usually used (in other establishments). Tables were cleared efficiently and we were thanked, twice, on our way out. Don’t know what a fuller meal would be like, but would recommend for a quick bite and drink.

We have enjoyed Harris & James elsewhere in Suffolk & Norfolk, mainly for the gelato. This time we went inside for a coffee/tea and a cake. The coffee and tea were OK, the cookies and cakes reasonable and the donut small. Service was average and the prices not cheap. OK but nothing special.

Went hoping for a gluten free meal but was sadly disappointed when I was told that nothing could be guaranteed gluten free!!!! On the menu several items were stating gluten free. Extremely disappointed as this had always been a go to restaurant during the summer. Please get yourself sorted out soon!!

£39 for a 3 course Sunday lunch or £36 for 2 courses?! No veggie roast dinner option although I was offered frozen veg sausages or just a load of veg. It was VERY expensive for an average service and an ok meal. The carrots were hard and no green veg but other than that it was ok just VERY expensive for what it was. Also the front.l of the building needs some attention, entering is quite depressing with peeling paint etc Also we ate in the bar and a local came in and was chatting away to the bar man and frequently swearing at high wasn’t pleasant
