I love the place, it is nice and comfy, very homey. The menu is very good however what knocks it out of the park is the team! Ewa and the rest of the team really take it to the next level

I went there early afternoon this past Sunday. Unsurprisingly it was busy not not overly so for a mother's day. Customer service was non existent rather than bad. I did not see any staff member acknowledge anyone in the long queue. Not even a hello, apology for the delay or even something radical like offering the menu to look at. I gave up after being ignored for 20 minutes. Either the staff don't care about customers or need training. Not sure what the 3 members of staff behind the bar were actually doing!

I went today at 8/01/2024,I went as a friend had told me about how helpful the owners are with people who are struggling with the basics like food and it took a lot of courage to ask for help.However when I arrived and I arrived in the specified time I was not even able to explain why I was there when I was just told were closed and the person then completely ignored me,I know I'm not entitled to hand outs this is a service which they do not have to provide however because I came to use the service does not mean I am not entitled to be treated how they would like to be treated and from what my friend told me they were the most caring empathetic people who work there but this was not what I found I understand people can have a bad day but it made me feel embarrassed and ashamed that I had come.

We are at Cassio Lounge today,we had the best time. The food is amazing and there is plenty of choice for gluten free options here. I ate two Tapas dishes which were the GF hummus with GF bread and the GF patatas bravas. The patatas bravas were incredible,they tasted delicious,came to the table piping hot and were a great portion size for a Tapas dish. The hummus was nice and so was the bread. The cold brownie was delicious,so flavourful and a massive portion size for just under 4 pounds. A handy tip,if you want to order the brownie,if you just want the Brownie you need to clarify when ordering that it is the cold brownie on its own. However,if you want it warm with the ice cream and chocolate sauce you need to request it with that when ordering. My Sherbert lemonade was amazing but there was far too much ice in the glass. The atmosphere is lovely and the decor is lovely. There is a lovely area within the restaurant which has comfier chairs just tucked away by the bar and ordering counter. It is idea for if you want to really relax in the sunshine and have a more private space. The Toilets were clean. Cassio Lounge is a great addition to Atria Watford,it would be nice if Cassio Lounge expands into the former Côte space to offer more tables. The staff were friendly,the service was quick and my gluten allergy was handled well. I would highly recommend Cassio Lounge.

Came here on Friday during Easter for some beers and it was full of Watford fans, the bar had a great buzz to it and you could tell it was Watford FC based with some amazing wall art! Ordered some food too and that came out in good timing but also super hot which is decent for a sports bar! Overall great visit and can’t wait to return! Up the hornets :)

Fantastic venue with live music and a great atmosphere! Very friendly staff since the revamp and change in management.

Won't be ordering from here ever again after finding mouldy cheese in my omelette disgusting! Put me off for good never had problem with their food was always good until now!

Poor, 3 occasions. 3 bad experiences. Will not use again as if the service I experienced is a reflection of their food preparation and hygiene I can only assume that is as bad. Anyhow their loss and will still to the places I have used in the past and let them profit from my business. Well done

The staff were very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. The food came out hot and the presentation was superb. I have already recommended to my friends and family to go and have a great experience like myself. Thank you to the staff and chefs for making a lovely meal experience for me.

Bog standard food, even for weatherspoons, which came Luke warm to the table. Won't be returning
