Tasty Bean Cafe in Watford

I went there early afternoon this past Sunday. Unsurprisingly it was busy not not overly so for a mother's day. Customer service was non existent rather than bad. I did not see any staff member acknowledge anyone in the long queue. Not even a hello, apology for the delay or even something radical like offering the menu to look at. I gave up after being ignored for 20 minutes. Either the staff don't care about customers or need training. Not sure what the 3 members of staff behind the bar were actually doing!

The food was at best mediocre as was the service. Also a bizarre conversation with the waitress about how she has a sibling who is half or quarter Asian. All in all a twilight zone experience, will not be rushing back.

Great place to eat...Charlie our server was great and even organised a free of charge cake for my daughters birthday

Truly deserves 5 stars in all aspects. Delivers what it says on the tin. Great ambience, bright, airy and modern in beautiful setting. Great cafe style food and wonderful service. Rocky our waiter was wonderful - very attentive and friendly. A hidden gem I would say.
