Delicious, great portion size and food was hot

Food tasted very nice and was warm. Disappointing that I scheduled a delivery but it arrived quite a while after that and seemed to take a very long time before the order left the restaurant.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, Khaled was a great help with getting our food ordered and was entertaining the family.

Good service from Khaled as usual. He's always very friendly. Salad bar was depleted - it had obviously been busy and was being filled up. One grumble - when you ask to swap something, why is it a big deal? Why is kitchen stock such an issue?

Food and staff were every attentive. The staff, named April and Artan made sure everything was perfect the children were well looked after overall a really loveky fanily meal.

Visited 15/03 as a table of two, one of the meals was fantastic, no issues at all. Sadly one wasn't up to standard, (to note this was a busy saturday evening with a few larger parties in the restaurant so things can and will go wrong occasionally, i get it!) spoke to our waitress who was fantastic and dealt with the meal with a professional and understanding attitude and went above and beyond to rectify the situation (big thankyou to Amy, you were honestly great!) I have based the rating on the service/other meal

Went to Harry Potter World and was told to book here for a meal afterwards. Steak was dry and tasteless and the cider was flat. Terrible. On top of that, got stung for £100 parking even though it was pitch black and i'd never heard of having to pay to use a pub car park.

I walked in and Sean greeted me at the door in the nicest manner sat me down made sure I put my number plate in and he served me in the nicest way will be coming back we had the best time with sean he always asked if we wanted more drinks made my day so nice for the end of my night made sure we was all comfortable on the table will want to be served by him again

Went last night Saturday at 7pm Place was very busy but plenty of car park space. Stall were really busy but we're fast and fantastic. Food was excellent. Must say I was really surprised. Honestly 5 stars is not enough.

Server called Jake - Young lad , want him to get his plaudits as rightly deserved. Very polite, well spoken , thoughtful and brilliant service. Cannot fault him and hope he is highly valued member of the team. Food also very good. Best steak I have ever had in a harvester, for the price.. brilliant food. Overall a very pleasant experience, didn’t wait for long atall.

This place is amazing the staff are lovely and the food is top quality everything is fresh 😍 I highly recommend here it is one of if not the best harvesters around the area the atmosphere is great and staff make you feel so welcome I will definitely be returning here !

Was seated by a drafty table. I'm not normally cold in a restaurant. The food when it came was awful. Burnt jacket potato and cold, 1 piece of broccoli which was hard cold peas and slimy chicken. Ordered a decaf coffee, which was horrible 😫 and the price of food was high. Not good value. Won't be going here again.

I came in for a quick pint on my way home from work. was greeted with the worst attitude from someone called Sean I walked straight back out the door

We are regular customers but tonight the service was not what we normally receive. When we arrived it was busy and we were shown to our table. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to meet us and order our drinks. At the same time we ordered our food. It then took 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The food was delicious though. After we had had our meal it must have been 15 minutes before the waitress came over to us to see if we had finished. Also she never came to see if we needed any more drinks while we were having our meal. Normally we also have a dessert and more drinks but this time we just wanted to leave as the service left something to be desired. All in all very disappointing. Not the usual great service we get from the staff at Garston

We went for chicken Tuesday. The chicken was good. Our waitress, April was fantastic with a sunny disposition. She was busy but did her best to ensure we were happy and well taken care off. Thank you April.

Food arrived cold. Also ribs looked under cooked compared to previous orders. Had to cook again before eating it. Disappointed as not ordered from harvester for a while due to poor standards / service. Will not order again.

Came here just now and waited to be seated. On at least 4 occasions the staff saw me and walked past, ignoring me. I waited, and waited and waited. Finally I gave up and left! No one asked me if I needed help and I was ignored and felt unwelcomed and unwanted. I only live down the road and am a regular but will now consider other options as this is really unacceptable.

Not been in here for food for over 10 years has had gone so down hill. Wow what a change. Aetna the manager has transformed this place. Food and service excellent. Best harvester have been in now by far. Well done to all the team including Alfie the barman who is fast and great at his job.

Food was ok but the service made the day for me, Khaled who served us was very friendly and made jokes with us.

Lovely harvester, clean, modern, welcoming. The food was particularly good and our waitress Becky was really good. Hope to be back soon! Would have been 5 star on the food if there was a dairy free ‘build your own sundae’ option on the kids menu for those kids who are dairy free!

What can I say we turned up straight to a table ordered drink hadn’t even opened the menu then as if by magic drinks had landed service from vicky amazing 10/10 and the food banging salad bar fresh and well stocked all mains cooked well presented well . We don’t use are harvester by us in Redditch as it’s terrible! But these guys do it right

Our waiter Jake was very polite, consistently checking in making sure everyone was ok, very informative when I queried about things on the menu and overall the food was delicious would definitely recommend !

I go for lunch to the Harvester at Garston on a regular basis. The food is very tasty with good size portions. Today we were served by Khaled who was very friendly and helpful.

Myself my daughter and my wife love coming here! The food and service is always great especially from Khaled, he has a great sense of humour and is amazing at his job! Would recommend this place to everyone

We eat here regularly. The staff are so welcoming especially Angela Becca and Jake. Food is good. Salad bar is much better than other sites but its the service that makes Garton Harvester home from home. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work.

I had a nice evening. Food - ordered a medium steak and it came out rare. Happy with my burger. Services - Server smiled and understanding when the order came out rare they brought it back medium. We had a voucher, told we couldn't use it on the sharing platter, but when in Hemel branch we could. Salad bar not having all options available when it was not overally busy. Atmosphere - it was quite evening. I hope that helps.

Went here for a meal with my nanny and grandad and the food was great value and good quality! Our waitress Chelsea was very lovely and attentive and she also saved us 50% off mains by telling us about the deal on the app! Her service was amazing. Would definitely be back again.
