No steak, no calamari, no fish and chips! Slow service . don't answer the phone, won't bother again!

My sons gave me a voucher for my 50th birthday redeemed this on line when to Watford for a birthday Harry Potter treat so popped in to the Tudor Arms after accepting the voucher both staff and food were excellent can’t fault them at all anyone should visit this pub

Spent my lunch today at the Tudor arms. Really friendly environment and staff. To mention Antonio was very helpful and most importantly quick!

The other day my family and I went to the Tudor Arms for the first time for food and drinks we walked in and was very welcome by the bar staff. They were very nice and friendly and helpful so they said we could sit anywhere so we sat down looked at the menu. I went up and ordered the food and drinks it was straight forward with the bar staff Young bar staff call Tilly came over with crayons and paper for my daughter to draw on and colouring I felt was very nice and considered and when she said there was a playground outside in the garden so my daughters eye lit up and she went outside and played food came out very presentable and very nice hats off to the chef I would visit the Tudor Arms again

We ordered food and drinks. The food came and no drinks. We asked for our drinks and then we watched them sit up on the bar for 10 minutes before one in our party just went and picked them up. By this time the majority of the party was more than halfway through eating. While sitting and eating the lights went out over the table and no one ever turned them on ,noticed. No silverware or napkins etc on table - had to go source those ourselves from another table. Food was the worst we’ve eaten in the 12 days we’ve been in the UK. COLD FROES, over cooked burgers, gluey tartar sauce. This certainly wasn’t the experience we’ve had at any other Greene kings. I would avoid this location like the plague.

Disappointed to say the least. We are regu lars here but came in last night to have our drinks poured into plastic glasses. As we were told because the England Game was on. Which we appreciate. But clearly 3 or 4 customers that spend all there time in the pub were privileged with having there drinks in a glass. When we came to bar 2nd time we were told no we were not allowed our drinks in a glass.

I had dinner with my friends, and all was awful. We waited for 1 hour to be served, and the staff was rude. Never again!

A great local pub that is the hub of the community while being welcoming to everyone else too. I was there with Dean Russell's team today and hope to be back soon 🙂

Really great service, tasty grub and great value for money

Booked for 12 of us to eat. Staff were lovely, food was great, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended. We pre ordered food prior to coming, and there was no wait for food. It was close to Top Golf (3 min drive) so was an ideal place to eat. Big thanks to Malcolm for his help and the two barmaids who were friendly and welcoming (whose names I didn’t get).

Great cosy pub. Got the fish and chips on the midweek deal. Service was great from Antonio. Will be back for sure!

Absolutely delicious food cooked by Jamie-lee. The new chicken shawarma flatbread is a fabulous new addition to the menu, perfect for a summery evening meal. I'll definitely be coming back and ordering that again. The katzu chicken curry is also a favourite with us. The service as always os amazing. We go out as a family and our 8 year old daughter is so comfortable and always welcomed warmly even when the pub is busy. This is not our first visit here, and we will definitely be returning again and again

My son has recently moved to the area and took us for dinner here this evening. Lovely pub with loads of seating and great outside space with free parking. Extremely reasonably priced food with concessions for seniors. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and the service was attentive and on time. Would highly recommend this place for great food at affordable prices 😋

We often pop in for a pub lunch. The quality of the food and service is always very good. In particular the value for money of the pensioner three course lunch is excellent!!

The pub was very quiet so not a lot of atmosphere. The food was not the best, vegetables very undercooked. Lumpy gravy, potatoes were black inside.

We had a very enjoyable lunch at the Tudor in watford , couldn't find anything to complain about,

stopped for lunch and charge the car. charging is unusual in that there is a session fee of £2 plus the electricity, so not good for a short charge. you also have to enter car registation number in the bar to avoid a fine, so need to buy something

Such a fab local pub! The team go out of their way to make sure they deliver a good service and give something back to the community. I attended a kids Halloween event recently that my little one’s really enjoyed. The upstairs has an amazing space for functions and I’m hoping to hire it for my own kid’s party.

Came with my family for a Sunday evening dinner. Was served by the assistant manager Harry. The service and the attentiveness was impeccable. I shall be returning and recommend the Beef roast. The food was cooked to perfection and went down like a treat.

Had a great night out with friends, I asked the assistant manager (Harry)if we could have the rugby on and he was really polite and more than happy to accommodate this request.

Great atmosphere, and amazing service, couldn’t do enough for us. Had the Blue Cheese Burner. Which was beautifully cooked and tender. We asked Assistant Manager (Harry), if there was anyway we could leave a review for the great service and warmth we got from himself and the staff on the bar. I used to drink at this pub a few years back and the atmosphere and the alternative have changed massively. I will be returning and recommending

First thing I got to say was how hard the Assistant manager worked. He was like MR BEN in the kids cartoon I use to watch in the 80's. One minute at the bar next minute clearing tables and serving. 5 stars for him. Great job Sir. Meal was fantastic too.Great Pie and mash with drinks. No complaints. Lovely pub. I have been to TA a fair few times since moving to Watford in 2022. It has always been a pleasant time and the staff always been great. However the experience at TA weren’t great today due to 2 old cow boys being aggressive and confrontational towards my friend and I, just because I was cheering on Fiji v England in a RWC game. Obviously it is out of control the type of people that goes to TA but was slightly shocked and taken aback by that scummy behaviour. Always felt TA was a safe space but hesitant to return after those clowns today.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff especially Bradie hard working enthusiastic top bloke definitely deserves a pay rise, made me and my partner feel very welcome and comfortable was more than happy to brink us drinks food anything we asked for, any pub would be lucky to have a lad like that, seriously top bloke

Lovely pub with friendly staff. Food was served quickly and well presented. Very nice atmosphere until someone came into the dining area who then started to rearrange tables for a private function and kept saying it was reserved. We had a reserved table which was pre booked prior to our visit. The atmosphere changed and we were made to feel very uncomfortable which lead to us cutting our time and meal short. Such a shame.

Went in for a beer waited for 3 mins at one bar while staff kept passing me by - went to the other waited another couple minutes. Got bored and left - probably won’t come back How can the service be that bad when u have no customers and 3 staff on and only one other customer being served. *** u wasn’t there at the time Millie - I was just ignored by people who didn’t really seem to be doing anything apart from making sure they were ignoring the only customer at the bar. I get it your rammed at the bar but really that was piss poor ***

The staff are define- very friendly, very welcoming- as a great place to work sports with many TV around the pub- 2 great beer gardens. Better than any other pub in Watford indubitably!

Stopped here to have a coffee while waiting for my son (attending a job interview nearby). Absolutely lovely sitting outside. The coffee took a little while (I doubt anyone else within five miles would have ordered a hot drink when it’s 30 degrees outside - so fair enough, they had to heat up the coffee contraption) so I indulged in crisps while waiting. I arrived around 14:30. Little traffic or people about - a few other patrons among the outside tables in front. The staff were very nice and friendly. It’s 15:50 now and I’m still here! Coffee done - now nursing a lager. And sitting in a slightly shadier spot as I cooked nicely where I was (my own choice - topping up vitamin D levels). I don’t know what it’s like here in the evenings but I would definitely return for an afternoon drink or meal. Lovely place.

Reasonably priced, quick service and quality beer

Nice pub. Really friendly staff. Food only ok, my partner and my steaks were both overcooked and our meals took a long time from ordering to delivery, about 40 mins. Kids meal was ok. Nice outside area but needs to be cleared of dog mess.

Stopped for a family lunch on way during a trip. Carmelina looked after our table and was very helpful, especially as we had a toddler

Visited the Tudor and was greeted by Emma, who made us feel so welcome and looked after the children, better than any entertainer, plenty of facilities to keep children amused, if your out for a family Sunday dinner, would highly recommend the Tudor as the food suited all of us and great prices thanks again to Emma.. we will be back !

Great place for Lunch 14 off us turned up without table reservations we were able to re-arrange tables to accommodate us all.The majority off us were Seniors so it was Great to see they have a lunch Deal 3 courses £7.99 Service and Food was fab Great size portions Great Choice We Will all Definitely be back as we do lunch on a weekly bases. Fantastic visit today for our weekly lunch club 14 off us mostly seniors arrived without booking we were able to re arrange the tables to accommodate ourselves menu fantastic seniors menu great value and choice £7.99 for 3 courses staff very friendly and helpful Chef did a great job getting all the meals out to us super fast and piping hot Top Marks Chef we will definitely be back Thankyou

We went to the Tudor for lunch on Sunday, we got there and had 5 children and had a fantastic experience they had a play corner for the children and the lady ever went above and beyond her role to make us all welcome, would definitely go back ans the food extremely good and hot.. Will definitely be going back !

Went with thirty family members to remember my Dad who would have been celebrating his 100th birthday. Millie and team pulled out all the stops. Lovely lunch and afternoon. Thanks to you all for your hard work. We all had a lovely afternoon and you made us very welcome.

We popped in for an impromptu brunch and weren't disappointed the food was great, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed (apart from one very passionate man watching the cricket) play area in the beer garden is a touch if you've got kids, hours of fun with benches situated just close enough for us less limber creatures to take a well-deserved seat.

Me and my boyfriend came in for a few drinks, Bradie & Tilly were really great on the bar and managed to keep up a great atmosphere despite being really busy, thank you for the great evening!

This is a great place to come in, have a drink with your meal, food was great and came out really quick, Bradie and Milly were really helpful when asking about my allergy, they really pulled out all stops to make it a great all around experience, thank you very much & I will be back!

Don't forget to register for parking or you get a £100 fine for having a pint!

Average pub with a nice beer garden area

Absoulutely appealing behaviour from visiting this place. I would like to point out Brady, who offered shocking customer service. Pointed out whilst shouting to me where the sauces were, and also not providing cutlery, no check backs, and had headphones in which I find very rude as a customer visiting this place. Terrible service

Didn't realise tudor Arms has a camera in the car park so watch if you park in there and don't use the pub, £100 parking fine, my own fault I know, just so people know and don't get caught out,. Euro car parks camera's

Friday night visit, very noisy, some might say lively. Beer was good.

Worst pub I’ve been too. Ordered a drink that was so watered down might as well of been h20, then got some chips and waited an hour for them to show up just for there to be 5 chunky chips in the proportion. Whilst waiting ridiculously long for the chips I was sitting across from the bar/kitchen and could see one the staff members smugly eating chips. Overall awful service awful food and awful experience.

Came in with my partner for some drinks in the garden, honestly was the best experience I have had with The Tudor Arms, Bradie really went above & beyond with his customer service, they were very busy & still managed to keep us happy! Very impressed and will definitely be back, thank you for the great experience!

Food was good, but had to wait almost an hour for it to arrive. We were warned there was a 30 min wait due to a function but had to ask when after 45 mins still not arrived. Toilets weren't in a v nice state either 😕

First time ever being in the Tudor Arms as waiting for tyres to be fitted to car and wanted to have some lunch had a fish finger sandwich which was very nice very friendly people there would definitely go back again:)
