Again we were back at Minel. Food was delicious as always and the staff there are so friendly and attentive. Two course lunch at £13 approximately what is there left to say.? Lovely car park and again, desserts to die for. Like last two times ……. we’ll be back for more very soon

Firstly, I'm truly sorry to see you go. The East Coast has been the go to venue when we visit the area for some years. Many a family meal had been had here. Always excellent food, service and great value for money. It is a place I would (and have) recommend without any hesitation. I wish you every success for you and your team for the future. Thank you for your customer service and looking after my family and I over the years.

As good as the reviews say. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly. I opted for the big breakfast and an Americano coffee. Both were excellent, with the presentation on the plate very mouthwatering. Place gets busy. I saw one table was reserved while I was there. Place seems pet friendly, but dogs should be well-behaved as there is limited space. I will be back for more food!

Found this on Google looking for dog friendly places for lunch after a walk and it was fabulous. The sausage rolls were great, the amount of salad was generous, but the quality was exceptional. Everything was homemade and the attention to flavour was outstanding. The staff were welcoming in a way that they knew they had a great product and genuinely wanted us to share in it. Wonderfull place.

12 ladies enjoyed a wonderful meal, different meals and puddings. All cooked so well, served piping hot with lots of vegetable terrines. Cannot fault anything. Friendliness, short wait and very good choice on menu. Coffee, tea and mince pie all included in the price. Will certainly recommend this and would be nice to go again!

Found the cafe purely by accident, on the High Street, stopping in Loddon for something to do on a rather autumnal day. You will find it near to the take away and funeral services, but don't let that deter you...So glad we popped in! Wide choice of cakes and some savouries, including vegan and/or gluten free. Huge pot of tea! Pretty tea room, very well equipped single toilet. Family affair, mother and two daughters bake everything on site. Long chat with lovely Lisa, so enthusiastic about their business. We only tasted a quiche and blackberry cake, but goodness, so delicious, and if a hint of other produce from their fine hands, well worth a further visit or cake order. Apparently mum Julie runs craft classes upstairs too.. talented family. We wish you continued success and will hopefully see you next holiday.

Had my Nan’s wake today - staff were amazing - very tentative & kind! All the family & friends had a good time remembering Nan & spending time talking about & sharing memories! The Buffett was delicious & there was plenty of it! Thank you Jamie & your amazing team, you all made a tough day a little easier x

In my opinion our experience of this place was not good, I’m not sure if it has new management at all but the food certainly wasn’t good, the “five item” breakfast !!! £9.80 I have never seen such very small items !! The coleslaw that came with my food was in what looked like an egg cup, we have been to this cafe on many occasions over the years but I’m afraid this visit will be our last, it could do with a really good clean inside and out the toilet room is dirty, the tables outside were dirty too, I was also very surprised how empty the cafe was at lunch time, this review is our own experience at this cafe,

3 of us had lunch here. We all chose something different and each dish was great. Everything was lovely and fresh. The soup was homemade with a generous portion of bread. The sandwich from the specials was accompanied by two types of salad as was the sausage roll. The service was efficient and friendly too. I highly recommend.
