Il ristorante di Waren House e’ di una ricercatezza che finora non avevo ancora trovato in Inghilterra. Aperitivo e caffè sono serviti in salottini distaccati dalla sala da pranzo principale, gli arredi sono assolutamente eleganti – a prescindere dai gusti personali –, il servizio al tavolo è impeccabile. La carta propone piatti tradizionali rivisitati nel gusto e nella presentazione da accompagnare con uno dei vini scelti nella interminabile lista. Costoso, ma con un perché.

I love Dena and her team. All super welcoming. It feels like home from home (without any cooking or tidying up). Food is fab and reasonable, and they remember what you've had before ie allergies or no skin on cucumbers. Whether you have Dena, Aunt kitie of the other team members all just super lovely. We've been going for years, and even though Myles has almost outgrown parts of it, there is still lots he loves, the board games, the activities etc. Highly recommend and will be going for many years to come. We stayed on the attached Campsite while attending a wedding locally. What a find this place was. Excellent campsite with facilities on pitches, very well kept by Mark. Site security was excellent. Cafe onsite offered variety of food including fantastic homemade cakes made by Helen. Throughly recommend this place to stay over or just visiting the Cafe. Good selection of plants as well.

This is possibly the most welcoming cafe in Hitchin, which is why we return regularly. The staff are great, the food is lovely (such a selection) and the price is not typical of Hitchin pretentiousness! Highly recommended.

Asked server if I could swap the rice for chips, was told by her I wanted extra chips, explained 3 times then she called another server over and said I wanted a curry I said I didn’t want chips and same again, cancelled order and was asked if I wanted the curry still very poor service won’t be eating here again

Went for a Sunday lunch as had a personal recommendation from a former client. And we are really glad we went along it was only ten miles from where we live and often pass it on the A1 but never been in this time we made the effort and it was well worth it. All home cooked possibly with exception of the dessert but the roast and vegetables all local sourced and freshly cooked and what a treat, service was brilliant and friendly. They had only just opened up for lunch but we were happy to wait the plates nice and hot food with a separate gravy pot as well. would highly recommend ideal for families, couples, business people. clean modern and not a transport cafe so do not pass this one,

Had an excellent Sunday dinner here with family. There was 6 of us and a baby. Staff were really attentive, the food and atmosphere was great. We will definitely be coming back. Burgers were amazing and I had the pork tenderloin and was just really cooked and presented - Be back soon and the menu is refreshed. First time at the Fox & Hounds - won't be the last travelled from north Essex 👍🏼

Excellent service at Bridge St on May 1st, as was the food (Halibut) and wine. My wife and I really enjoyed out time there, and this made a wonderful part to our Anniversary. Thankyou all. We will be back!

Best pub in the territory and probably best pub in Luton/Stopsley area...dog friendly....quirky atmosphere...always warm no matter how cold is outside...The owner he is a real welcome friendly person...always ready to cook for you and put drinks for you....my heart is always in the right place there....Thank you Guy......

Went to Woodman 19.4. 2025, ordered sirloin steak, the meat was very tough,couldn’t even chew it. 1/2 tomato, 1/2 mushroom and some green salad leaves and it was £28. Won’t be visiting again.
