Belisily Kids Cafe in North Hertfordshire

I go here regularly with my son and my Mum/his Nanny. Dena always gives the best service be it busy or not. She ALWAYS remembers your preference of drinks and will check this is what you're having before making it. The food she makes is tasty and reasonably priced,....and always has a great selection of sweet treats. Nothing is ever to much for her and we love it. Keep doing what you're doing Dena, as it really works!

One of our favourite places to go! Warm friendly atmosphere with no entry fee. Allergy aware staff with a great range of food for my allergy kids. There’s a cute garden area in the warmer weather with seating and toys which my kids have enjoyed recently. Lovely play area with a great range of toys for babies to older kids. Even a games shelf, Lego and colouring for the older ones to sit up the table and enjoy. Great if you have multiple aged kids. I’ve had both my daughters parties here too and Dena has gone above and beyond to help. Definitely worth a visit!

Such a great play cafe! It’s my go to when I’m in Letchworth with my toddler. My son especially loves the toy kitchen, but the layout here allows me to have a drink whilst it’s still hot and I can see my son having a great time from my seat. Dena is beyond accommodating and there’s a great selection of food on offer, and her coffee is 👌🏼

Always a lovely visit. Can become extremely busy but that’s a testament to what a great business it is and how friendly staff are. Wish I could go here more often x

Had my daughter, Hailey’s, first birthday party here, it was the perfect venue for us! Really private and personal. The team were amazing and so helpful, they thought of everything and made all the family feel comfortable, couldn’t recommend or thank them enough!

A wonderful idea and well ran, especially considering there is only one staff member. Our son thoroughly enjoyed both the play areas (inside and outside) and food, and my wife and I didn't feel worried leaving him to play whilst we ate. It was a nice and rare occurrence for parents to sit peacefully and eat, knowing their kid is safe and having fun. Keep up the good work.

Such a lovely discovery! A truly welcoming place. My little girl loved meeting other children and playing with the play kitchen, and I got to have a great cup of tea. Lovely touches like free fruit show how much thought has gone into the cafe.

Brilliant cafe with a great selection of food and a play area. Fantastic friendly service, always feel welcome, my son loves it. We’ve been coming since he was little and he’s now 3. There is a great variety of toys for all ages and he always gets a chocolate treat.

Belisily is my absolute favorite place in the world !! I can’t imagine what I would have done with my time without Belisily during my maternity up until now. This place is not just a cafe but also a welcoming community of down to earth people. My son and I have made really great connection here. Was taken here by my partner who is good friends with the owner. The place is really cool. Great relaxed atmosphere and friendly to all from adults, children and even dogs. Food is lovely and the play area is cute They have a cool little garden area for kids also. Will be going back!

I came to the cafe for the first time with my 15 month old. Having only been to Hitchin play cafes, I didn’t know what to expect but was so surprised to be greeted by the lovely owner Denna. The play area was clean and safe for babies, and more importantly, the coffee was perfect! There was a good variety of kids meals with clean high chairs. The bourbon brownie was UNREAL Lovely cakes and a warm atmosphere with plenty of friendly parents and grandparents. I will definitely be returning after such a great experience. Our new favourite cafe!

Small cafe in the centre of letchworth. Excellent place to take toddlers who can play quite happily while the adults can have a peaceful coffee. The coffee is excellent by the way. Well worth a visit.

Found this place by accident when out for a walk with my granddaughter. Lovely cafe to take a little one where they can play & you can can have a coffee in peace & quiet. Lovely coffee too.

This is loveliest cafe and the owner is one of the nicest women I’ve ever met, she played with my toddler for ages whilst my baby napped! Lovely food for the kids and toasties and coffees are lovely for the adults!

Love this place. Kids can run around free whilst you have gluten free cake/ sandwiches etc. all allergies catered for. Friendly owner & clients.

I love having brunch dates with my under 2 however, I often find when she’s finished that means so am I! I end up having to take my lukewarm coffee to go whilst she tries to wriggle out of her high chair in a busy restaurant/cafe! Not here! Once she had enough of her meal she played very happily in a safe environment (with tots close to her age) right beside me whilst I enjoyed my much needed coffee and chatted to like minded mums, a refreshing respite for both parents and children alike! Highly recommend, we will be returning🌟😍

Lovely cafe, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. My toddler had lots of fun and even ate her lunch there- very well priced food too it was about £3 for the kids lunch (half sandwich crisps and veggie sticks). I’ll be back for sure!

Love this place - have a cuppa in peace whilst your child happily plays! Owner is super friendly. Feels like an extension to your living room: friendly and relaxed!

I had my little girls 3rd birthday party at belisily and I can honestly say the service was superb 👌. Denna went out of her way to cater for everyone including a guest who was diary and soy free and a meat free. She still ensured to include them with the birthday cake and had him a dairy free cake to take away. We had 14 children in the cafe and adults and I was a little worried about space but there was plenty on the day, Denna had moved tables and chairs to the side and decorated the place in our disney princess theme with banners, balloons, tables cloths, even napkins ! She really went above and beyond and there she topped it off with a little gift for the birthday girl!. Would highly recommend for hire and just general coffee and play.

If you are looking for an awesome private hire venue for a children's party, look no further! We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday here & it was perfect! Cupcake decorating, an arts & crafts table, music & games, buffet lunch & drinks and snacks available for the parents too! The venue was decorated before we arrived & all the stress of party planning was just taken away! Thank you so much Belisily! Everyone had a wonderful time & we couldn't be happier!!

Great idea, good selection of toys, puzzles and colouring to occupy small children while their parents have a sit down. The food is reasonably priced and the coffee looked great, nice to see decaf options too. There is free parking nearby in Morrisons car park or the parking near the brewery is reasonably priced.

Went for a birthday party for a friend's 3 year's old girl and we had a great time. Very friendly and clean place. The adults all enjoyed the proper coffee, whilst the children had plenty of fun activities. Thank you 💗

Lovely little Cafe, perfect for parents and children of any age. Parents can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat while children play in a cute little play area. They have a kids menu available as well as bits for the grown ups. They also offer take-out as well! Highly recommend stopping by.

I LOVE this place. So clean, safe for the kids, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and as for the coffee, well, you have to try it for yourself - fantastic! Add to that the staff are always so nice, friendly and helpful. I cannot rate this place highly enough. I generally dread going to indoor play places, but this is a genuine treat for myself and my little one. Will be along for a coffee next week :)

A lovely welcoming family cafe. Lots of toys for little ones to enjoy, a lovely little selection of drinks and food. I popped in for a takeaway today coffee because sadly I didn't have time to stop for longer. Better coffee than the big chains, compostable cups, and a warm smile from a team who care about their customers. ❤☕

Belisily is such a great place. My little boy loves the toys, it is safe, secure, clean and the food is delicious. The service is always friendly too.

Great place to have a sandwich or coffee and even has a little kids area to play whilst your enjoy your food and drinks.

We love it here. My son enjoys playing with the toys and we enjoy the coffee. Is so rare for a play cafe/soft play to have good coffee but this place does.
