Popped in for a bit of lunch Busy with lots of dirty tables Ages to take our order, although lots of staff milling around. Waited a fair while for drinks and even longer for two sandwiches to arrive. Messed up one order, which they did put right again it took ages My prawn sandwich was swimming in a watery thin prawn sauce, it was soaked watery it was running out of sandwich and all over the plate and the bread was soaked and not enjoyable at all Would kit come back and would not recommend

RestoBistro is Eppingās best kept secret, nestled at the southern end of the high street. The food is absolutely delicious, all homemade. An independent restaurant with extremely high standards. The chef and management put on various special themed nights which are always fantastic. I particularly like the Sunday Roasts which are the best for miles around.

I would not describe this as a gastropub. It does serve decent pub food . Nothing to complain . Play area is lovely and safe absolutely perfect for kids . Except - The whole pub garden was like a smokehouse . You could see and smell smoke in the pub garden even in the kids playground. There is no dedicated area for smoking . There were no signs encouraging smokers to seat away from the playground area. If you are pregnant or have young kids may wish to stay away from second hand smoke . Staff were taking order and delivering food to the table with a smile . It was busy .

Real home style cooking. Food is served pipping hot. We had the reasonable lunch special 3 courses under £20 and it was excellent value. The staff are friendly and approachable and give you time between courses. There's a mixed customer base from couples, families, those having a drink after work. Good selection on the lunchtime special and reasonable wine list.

Came back again 4th time in total. Fabulous service from the Waitresses & Barbara recognised me from the last visit, now that is special. I had the three meat triple this time & always have Horseradish, this time it blew my head off but I absolutely love it and would repeat it weekly if I could

We eat here every time we come down to see my 93 year old Dad. The staff are always friendly & as he doesn't eat much these days, are happy for him to choose from the kids menu. However, as a Coeliac, I have to give zero for effort on the dessert front with ice cream being my only option.

Ordered a cappuccino and a latte. Iām not a coffee snob but they served what tasted like dishwater with frothy milk. We paid over Ā£7 for two coffees. Absolutely awful. We couldnāt be bothered to argue over a coffee so we left and went across the road to Fratelli which is on the opposite side of the road. My word, what a difference. Itās a proper coffee. First and last time in Dellāmores. Really disappointing. If you use cheap ingredients and charge premium prices youāll lose customers.

Cosy little cafe with good food and friendly staff, the ideal place for a stop off during a bike ride. Traditional breakfast was lovely, will deffo return. Will be nice sitting on the terrace when the weather warms up again.

To celebrate Valentine's Day, three of us descended on TDH which had a special menu for the occasion, and we weren't disappointed. On entering the glass doors we were greeted with delightful warmth by Cimi, Arto, and all at TDH. It was wonderful catching up with Cimi and Arto, whom we've come to know for some years now, since the Olive Tree days, and the chat, banter, and laughter soon began. The decor remains unchanged: romantic, recessed lighting, light-coloured walls with quirky figureheads, a full-bar with seating on your left, and expansive sliding glass doors on your right which opens onto a covered terraced area for al fresco dining. We were shown to our table by Arto, and Cimi graciously supplied us with complimentary Proseccos - great. Then my wife, Angela, and my sister Gilda received a rose each, which was a nice gesture. We soon made our selection. Two went for the Prawn and Caviare Cocktail, and one went for the Asparagus and Parma Ham; it was all presented and prepared to perfection in freshness and flavour. For our mains, we all went for the Lobster Tail and Panfried Scallops on a bed of rice in a Bisque sauce, which was tasty, fresh, and beautifully prepared. This culinary perfection was baptised with a perfectly chilled Sauvignon Blanc. For our dessert, two of us devoured the Chocolate Tart, and one of us demolished the Sticky Toffee Pudding and ice cream. The singer/pianist Danny Mills was astounding: his vocals had the hint of jazziness which put a unique stamp on his renditions of certain classics, and he had a faultless phrasing on the piano. What more could one ask for for a Valentine celebration? All the elements were there: great food, great music and, above all, stupendous chat and laughter from all at TDH. Thank you to everyone at TDH for a truly exhilarating dining experience. Until the next time, keep smiling and be happy.
