Popped in on Friday night for drinks with my friend who was visiting. We had the Perfect Girls Night! The bar was beautifully lit, felt cosy, and great atmosphere. The building was warm with fun back ground music. Prosecco tasted divine and chilled to perfection. Staff were so welcoming and attentive. We had the best night and no taxi’s needed! Will try the cocktails next time. Super happy we have Olio ‘s in our village.

Such a shame Harvester is closing, but I’m very glad the team will be back when the place reopens as Miller & Carter. And what a brilliant team it is! Everyone welcomes us warmly and goes to great lengths to ensure we have an excellent visit. The food is always great and the service is spot on - not in your face but there’s always someone there when you need them. Really looking forward to being able to go back in May.

A group of friends booked for Christmas dinner at this restaurant and I’m always sceptical about eating out on Christmas Day as usually it’s overpriced and mass produced and generally not a very nice experience. However, can honestly say the quality and amount of food was amazing throughout the meal and worth every penny. The staff and management were amazing so attentive, wasn’t rushed through the sitting and nothing was too much trouble which made it an incredibly enjoyable experience and because of that won’t hesitate to go back and also to highly recommend it to others. We’ll done team a wonderful day.

Lunch was horrendously expensive £14.00 for a Shepherds pie which turned out to be not only bland and tasteless but also cold. On complaining to a member of staff I was told that I was being unreasonable! A frozen shepherds pie from the freezer section in adjoining Tesco would have been warmer. Totally unrealistic and rip off. I have been very happy with service and prices in the past but not today! Could not recommend, very poor.
