Went for quick refreshing drink sat outside in the yard area, unfortunately this pub is not the unique place it used to be as been done up to a modern standard and now called "the boat yard", more modern catering more for the young ,was very noisy outside with football match noise over the outside tanoys , really shame it's just same as all the other pubs in that area now has lost its warm friendly unique atmosphere karaoke nights used to be amazing ,been many times over the years, much more modern now and same as everywhere else .

Disappointing, wanted to try here for awhile after it was recommended by friends , chips were under cooked and looked white , fish fell to pieces when you tried to pick it up, peas were ok . On a plus side the staff were lovely and it looked cleaned but we took away .

Wow what a brilliant breakfast, this has to be the best breakfast ever will definitely be going back here for some food the staff were also very helpful and friendly

Lovely place , great food friendly staff , a proper taste of home whilst on your holiday in ingoldmells Best place by far after a long search . It’s going to be a regular after tasting the food thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Absolutely exceptional! Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The staff are super friendly and attentive, very warm welcome with lots of options to choose from. We come to this cafe every year and it’s our favourite place to eat by far.

We were extremely lucky to be able to stay the weekend in one of the new lodges on the fishing lake(which my partner caught his PB in!) The lodges are absolutely stunning. They are fully stocked with everything you could possible need and the space inside and out is immaculate. Being able to fish and relax with the hot tub is another kind of brilliance. From the momment we walked in all the staff were super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond for us. Before leaving, we stayed for a Sunday dinner. Which was lovely fresh homemade food! We met some great people and It was a brilliant weekend. Already planning on returning!

Hidden away a little but well worth finding. I can honestly say that this was the best breakfast I have ever eaten in a Café. Eggs cooked perfect, Mushrooms well done, Sausage cooked thoroughly and Bacon as I like it. even threw in a Fried Bread as I don't like Black Pudding! congratulations guys, see you soon.

Called to eat this year to find it is the middle of being demolished, inflatable bar at the rear at present, could not get answer to if it will be rebuilt, it was a spit and sawdust place but the roasts and other food was good, just hope they do put in a new pub with a very similar menu etc, time will tell.

Came and had Sunday carvery and wow 😍that has to be the best carvery I have ever eaten 1 thousand percent will be back here for a carvery it was beautiful

Came here today on our first day on holiday. We ordered a few cakes and some pastries which were lovely. We also ordered some hot drinks. My mum ordered a decaf black americano however we discovered that they had put milk in her coffee despite her having a milk allergy! We went back to the store to ask if they put milk in it and turns out they did. They didn’t seem bothered as to what they had done but little do they know this would ruin our holiday as our mum is now in bed ill. We explain how she can’t have milk and there was little empathy for their mistake. Our mum works demanding hours and was looking forward to this holiday especially as we don’t see each others much and now she has to spent it in bed feeling ill. Never coming here again!

Just awful overcharged us terrible customer service just avoid at all cost not worth a visit the pub 5 mins from here is a lot better
