The best restaurants serving Asian food in Scotland

Having previously eaten here before attending concerts in the past I didn’t think twice about booking again. I booked a table for 2 last Monday with the intention of eating before a concert at the Hydro. I was disappointed to arrive to a closed restaurant and no explanation as to why; I was particularly frustrated since I replied to an email the previous day asking me to confirm I would be attending my reservation. An email to explain circumstances and allow us the chance to book elsewhere would have been the least I would have expected. It was a disappointing start to our evening.

Saturday 18th June - Had the takeaway set meal for two last night. To be really honest the only thing that was fine were the popadoms and the onion relish ! The nan bread tasted like cardboard, the chicken in both my main dish and my husband's main dish was tough and over cooked (tasted like it had been cooked earlier and then warmed up), and then to top it all my husband later had a really bad attack of diarrhoea. I contacted the restaurant and they were very apologetic and said hygiene is their top concern. Apart from apologies no refund offered. Will not be coming back.

We stopped here as it was one of those nights where we just wanted to eat and couldn’t be bothered to think too much about it. You can choose from Rice or Noddles, a meat/soya and some veg. Add some sauce and that’s your meal. It’s about as good / bad as you make it really. Dr Noodles are quite generous with the noodles and veg, but the flavour is not going to win any awards. Tbh if you want quality rice / noodles then go to your local takeaway, however if you want a quick bite and don’t care what it tastes like, this place is for you.

Two days back we came for Dinner the food was nice and the staff was really sweet spoken and friendly. So we came back next day but the other waitress was rude and annoyed. Yesterday was our last day at Edinburgh, we went back for dinner and the girl served us day before was there, she was extremely kind and her voice is so sweet dealing with customers.

Such a great spot , the staff were so friendly and the food was just awesome. Had such a great time would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try Korean cuisine

Disappointed in today’s lunch. 2 members of staff behind the counter who both struggled to understand a very basic order. When my chilli chicken salad came, it was more cheese than salad leaves. Most certainly not worth £7 or £8 for a little extra avocado. Glad I’m not likely to be in the area again.

**Order Number: 813E7** I ordered from Jollibee through Uber Eats, and once again, I was incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and both experiences have been awful. The food arrived cold, with half-cooked fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was not only cold, but the bun was rock hard. I also ordered the 3-piece spicy chicken, which was just terrible—hard, cooked in what looked like old, black oil, and cold as well. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and I won’t be ordering from Jollibee again. They seriously need to step up their food quality for delivery.

Very bad experience, the boss has a very bad attitude, and the business hours are completely inconsistent with the announced hours.

As a chronic gambling addict who is signed up to ssense. This place's security measures are awful compared the Grosvenor competitor. Never ask for ID and of course I succumbed to losing a ton of money. Again. Also one staff member in particular, brown hair and glasses, was extremely rude to me as a new player. I wouldn't recommend going to any casino as they are all crooks but this one is the worst of the bunch. Shout out to the one staff member who correctly did his job by checking my I.D and refusing me entry, older Scottish guy, think he had a moustache. Don't know how the staff sleep at night, although that applies to any casino I guess. This place ruins lives. Shame on Genting.

Great service, especially with my 8 year old who has never been before. Safe to say you’ve got a new fan! Thank you!

Ordered BBQ ribs, seaweed and special fried rice. The bbq sauce had the strangest flavour. Smelled like burnt paper and tasted no better. The seaweed was very sweet and my special fried rice came covered in the bbq sauce, so didn’t enjoy. A shame as the meat and rice was cooked well.

Great food curry is really good

Peshwari Naan was dry and thin.

Great place for a drink, roof top terrace was really good and well heated. Good choice of drinks, music and places to sit. Def recommend going here
