Order was 40 minutes late. Driver did not wish to come to my flat to deliver the food. Driver was arguing and rude. Curry box was barely filled. It was basically halfway empty. Curry had very few chicken pieces. Food arrived cold. Tasted average. Horrible experience!

Went in around 20:30 was able to get a food for one , was seated to a table made my order with a helpful waiter. 1 star less from 5 because I was not offered any complimentary starters but a group of 4 walked in and they were offered what seemed to be the usual complimentary starters that every guest will get , other than that my hot came out hot which was nice portion size is good I was told it is spicy but not a kick to it for me anyways … everything else was good will go back again As you can see I’m editing my previous review because this time I went just after the gym had my gym hat and clothes on and riding a bike. I was reading the menu on the window outside when the owner came to the door looked me in my face and locked the door with the key . I thought he opened the door so I brought the lock down and it was locked he then looked at me and walked away . Another member came to the door and opened I said sorry yu guys open and he said aggressively no we open at 5 and closed the door this was at 4:55pm I feel discriminated as I when I previously went I was not in my gym clothes but formal attire this place is 5 mins walk from me and I had good hopes but after this I wouldn’t recommend.

The evening started on a negative. I had wrongly assumed that if you booked into Ting, you would be welcome into the other bar/s for a drink beforehand. At the entrance, this turned out not to be the case. We were told that we could use the sky bar but they wanted a £30 per person minimum spend for the privilege. I had booked the 3 course meal for 2 of us. When we arrived, it transpired to be a 3 course 'festive' menu. We raised this with staff on arrival and were offered the a la carte as an option. The service, to be fair to the restaurant was great. Unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired. We had the game terrine and the crab for starter. The game was tasteless and well under seasoned. For main we both had duck. The fat on the duck was rubbery and if you removed it from the half breast we each had, the meat was tasteless. The desert was probably the best part of the meal, however, the mousse we had was tasteless and it came with goats cheese ice-cream which in all honesty was just like eating goats cheese and took over the rest of the dessert. The other option was nice enough but was like a large mince pie. We raised all the issues with staff as things happened. One member of staff came over to advise that it would have been better if we'd had the a la carte.... which didn't go down well as the food should be good regardless of what menu you choose. I asked the desk when leaving about whether we should at least have been able to use the sky bar before our dinner. Considering you can just walk down the stairs to it. He advises if we had a reservation, they should have not put a minimum spend requirement on us should we have wanted to have a pre drink. We had wanted to try Ting ever since visiting aqua shard years ago and was so disappointed. Really did not live up to expectations.

Setting is ok, service was fine, food was extremely expensive and very disappointing. Food arrived almost before we finished ordering which was an immediate worry. They didn't have the dish I wanted, so went for chicken and cashewnuts. Nuts were ok, but nothing on the plate tasted of anything, chicken was tender but the batter was soggy and salty. Partner's food looked nice, so thought I chose badly, but afterwards they admitted it was the worst food in at least the last ten years, and the pork belly ( which is pretty hard to overdo) was tougher than my leather boots. Crackers we're nice, but came from a packet, and had no siracha flavour, just crunch. 40 quid each for what was basically really bad Thai street food, and a bottle of wine between 3 is very disappointing. We actually felt embarrassed for all the people pouring in as we left. Thailand is supposed to be known for taste explosion, I would not bring anyone that's been to Thailand within a 1000ft barge pole Of this place. Just stick with Expensive Borough market!

Cibo tailandese da gustare tra i vari stand del Borough market… Pad thai buono e abbondante con gamberoni, anche la porzione di riso large con carne e verdure è stata apprezzata, molto abbondante. Costo per questi due piatti: circa 26€

I made orders with “Golden Poor service Chinese restaurant in Queens Road Peckham“ On three occasions and they completely messed up my Orders and time by giving me the food with key ingredients missing.I actually gave them 3 chances. They have poor customer services with rude body language. Don’t waste your money and time👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Really nice food and service. Quantity was good too...would love to go there again. We had noodles and rice...both were quite good and freshly cooked

My boyfriend and I came here for supper last week after buying a voucher from wowcher- £19 for a 5 course carribean meal. Like some of the other reviews I've read- we almost missed the entrance as it isn't well lit nor even looks open from the outside. The restaurant itself is huge and we were only in there with about 4 other people. The food was fresh and tasty- I really enjoyed the jerk chicken starter as well as the sunshine fish which I had as my main. It was slightly disappointing that one of the starters and one of the mains were sold out as it made the menu slightly more limited. I would say worth a visit but if you're looking for atmosphere then this isn't the place for you.
