Absolutamente amado todo especialmente el sushi y gyoza. El tamaño de la porción es enorme y el precio es muy asequible.

Esto solía ser una joya escondida en el área de Bermondsey con los dueños anteriores. Todo estaba recién cocinado. Desafortunadamente, ese ya no es el caso, hay muchos pings del microondas que se escuchan cuando se come. La comida se recalentó claramente - se secó el rendang, se quemó el ayam penyet y el sambal fue insípido. ¡Es una pena! Solía ser el lugar al que ir para la comida tradicional de Indonesia.

Intenté quitar de este lugar ya que tenía excelentes críticas en todas partes en línea. Gyoza vegetariana ordenada que parecía tener algo como carne que pudo haber sido tofu. Sin embargo, la descripción del artículo no incluía tofu. El fideo vegetariano era salado y tenía muy pocas verduras. La cantidad tampoco parecía proporcional al precio. No ordenaré de este lugar otra vez.

I wouldn’t have a sit down meal here- but wow the food is good value & delicious! Will happily return

We had seen this place had good reviews so we thought we'd give it a go to try somewhere new. Disappointing. First red flag was when we collected it was empty and there were clearly very few collection orders. Overpriced. Food was overcooked and then appeared reheated as opposed to fresh. Taste was mediocre. Hoping it doesn't reappear. Go somewhere else.

I wanted to like this place. Heard it was authentic and stopped by for a late lunch. Felt like I had walked into some place I shouldn't be because there was no one there. Empty restaurant. Then one guy comes out of the loo and seems surprised I'm here. He assures me that the restaurant is open and gets me a menu. There was ample seating indoors and outside. I opt to sit inside. Within a few minutes I make my selection of the beef dish with shrimp chili and rice. Another older man appears and they begin to work in the kitchen behind the counter. Apparently, they thought we needed music. Dude turns in stereo and a song plays. Some hip hop ish repetitive song. Then the song ends. Same song plays again. I'm like what? I rummage through my purse but am annoyed to see that I must have left my earbuds at home. Ugh. Song repeats THREE more times before my food is brought out to me. By this point, I'm losing my mind. I politely ask him to turn on a different song (anything was better than listening to the same trash song on repeat) and gently remind him that I had asked for water. He turns on a different song and goes back into the kitchen area. I begin to eat. It was... Not the best. It was served with a "kale soup" on the side. Didn't expect that. I love kale don't get me wrong, but I didn't know what to make of this. It tasted like salty bath water with some kale in it. Gross. I couldn't eat it. I turned my attention to the beef redang. The food looked appetizing, but it was just ok. Rice was a bit dry and tasted old. Veggies on the side were sparse and unseasoned. Chili tasted a bit bland, honestly. A bit salty, a bit sour. No real kick or flavour. The beef was perhaps a bit too salty and the sauce was a bit weird. I didn't enjoy it and it was made worse by the fact that, when the dude changed the music, he evidently switched it to another annoying song (this time very poppy) that also played on repeat. Are you serious?? Has this man not heard of Spotify?! I normally don't eat very fast, but I was shoveling my food in my mouth now to get out as quickly as possible so I don't have to hear another garbage song play on repeat. Dude has clearly forgotten about my water so I'm just choking down everything that is edible. I get through the beef, half of the rice, and the veggies and beeline to the counter so I can pay. For some not great food and a terrible atmosphere, it sure was expensive. Total came to £11.50... I gave him £12 and told him to keep the change as I ran out of the restaurant as quickly as I could. I won't be back.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Tucked down a side road, and easy to miss. Definately worth seeking out!

Great indonesian and japanese food in one place, with warm service from the owner. Would definitely revisit this place in the future if I go visit London again.

We booked a table and when we went today at around 7.15pm ,we were given a very small table for 3 ,when we asked the gentlemen who was working there said that they don't have extra tables but to manage till the customers who were next to us to leave ,Then we were approached by a very rude lady called Juliana approched and she spoke that she doesn't care about anything and told us to sit outside ,she had an attitude that I have never experienced before at all ,My brother who took us actually recommended this place as he has been here twise and he mentioned the lady who normally works there which he believes is the owner was not available,my point is this ,First of all they shouldn't have given us a booking if there aren't any places,Because it can accommodate only max 20.And the customer service by Juliana was a horrible experience that no one should experience . Over all ,I will never ever recommend anyone to go here in the future .They did not gain trust rather they have miss guided us ,we came all the way from east London,All we experienced was is just rude customer service and lies

This restaurant is off the beaten track - however it offers excellent Indonesia food. We had baby egg plants with chilli sauce and prawn crackers to start followed by an amazing "nasi" special that included beef rang dang, spicy chicken, egg, rice and an amazing tasting kale curry soup! Both the owners of the place were super friendly. Do not be put off by the location - fantastic food at fantastic value and service.

If you like good authentic Beef Rendang, Japindo is the place. Really good Indonesian cooking, I didn't try the Sushi side of the menu but it also looked excellent. Full marks.

First come to this place is very unfriendly, dirty place is not neatly arranged, the food is just ordinary and the price is ok. I would think twice if going back to this place. Better try somewhere else

Had a good dinner with friends this evening. We all ordered the ayam bakar set which was very tasty! The soy sauce dip was sweet but I guess that's why it's called kicap manis! We also had another piece of ayam penyet which was good but i thought it lacked a bit of sugar to balance the taste. Service was decent, considering there was just 1 waiter. Would recommend!

We tried Nasi Special which includes rendang, egg balado, fried chicken and kapau kale curry. All is delicious. The chicken is crispy. The rendang has original Indonesian taste and the curry too! Feels like home! Very recommended..
