We are from Austria and we were visiting London for 5 days. We had dinner at this restaurant on our 2nd day on the 15.10.2024. The food was amazing and the service given by Babi was exceptional. She was very caring about our requests and very kind. 🙏😊 What can we say else. WE ATE A LOT. 😅 Thank you for everything. For sure we will come back to London and to Rosa's Thai Cafe. Dining at Rosa's Thai was a delightful experience. The food arrived promptly, piping hot, was some of the best thai, i have had in a long time. Each dish was definately enjoyed by all. Jon, our host, was fantastic—warm, attentive, and his friendly banter made the evening even more enjoyable. His personable approach really stood out. It was my birthday yesterday so I decided to celebrate with Rosa's and I had a very excellent experience with them. The food: fried rice with chicken and prawns and flat noodles with prawns/ chicken and pink bubble teas🎉🎉🎉..The manager and staff were so lovely to us.The manager was all smiles when I told him it was my birthday and offered me a very very good service on the house. The ambience of the atmosphere is uplifting peaceful and vibrant. Even though we order for take away, we felf welcome to sit down and wait. Food was delivered quickly and weii packaged. THANKS YOU for making my birthday a memorable one.🥳🥳🥳

Bobi was awesome and attentive. I felt the chicken soup was a bit bland. My husbands Tom Yum was tasty. All and all, my service and the atmosphere here is way worth more the trip.

The thai basil, chilli and minced chicken was great. The environment is a bit packed and loud, and the tables separate groups of two a little by being on the wide side, but the food was great! Our server Babi was very attentive and friendly and improved the atmosphere for sure.

John is a legend! Same name as me

I’m Thai and tend to make thai food when I am not lazy. I have had Rosa thai twice since living in London and on each try I have been disappointed. Thai food is a simple cuisine which is hard to get wrong and unfortunately the food has been westernized to lose the taste be very minimal and not offer any authenticity. Many core ingredients are missing in the dishes and the Thai curries lack any consistency - A curry shouldn’t be similar to drinking water :( There are only a few limited places which offers good Thai food and unfortunately this isn’t one of them I hope for any Thai food lovers to try and experiment other places and try to avoid the western chains :)

It's my first time trying out Thai food, and I must say, they are delicious, hot, flavorful, and for those who love a bit of spicy, you'll sure get it here. It's a busy restaurant, so you'll need to be patient for them to get your food ready.

Food was amazing, Kasir did an amazing job.

I had a very below average experience here. Didn't mind waiting a few minutes for my seat but the fact that we waited for over an hour for our food while other tables with larger parties had come in, ordered, got their food, ate and then left, made me sure they had forgotten our order. We didn't receive an apology for the delay. I enjoyed the drinks, the fried chicken and the flavour of the tom yum noodles but the way the lemongrass was cut so finely made it a hassle to avoid in the dish, it felt like they want you to eat the lemongrass slices? The chicken rice was terrible. I could make better - the rice was plain and not flavoured at all, they forgot the bowl of broth on the side and overall I would not recommend this place and would not come back again.

Nice place off the beaten path with outdoor seating, had excellent service. Their beverages authentically good as was their cuisine. They only take a plastic card for payment but it is worth the charge.

For a friday night, we noticed it was quieter than we expected, we were greeted promptly by a young waitress who took our order. Then we never saw her again right until the end when we asked for the bill, I don't blame her as much as she was busy alone serving the rest of the restaurant. We asked for coffee to who we believe was the manager on duty, this never arrived, no one ever approached to do a check back on our food or ask if we needed anything else, we also order to share and had to request side plates as these were not provided, when we also ask the other server for more napkins, he literally disappeared and we never got them 😅, and when we made the girl server aware of these, she did bring us napkings, but nothing else was done about it. I also mentioned in the booking that it was my girlfriend birthday and that it was a special occasion, however nothing was done about this, not sure the purpose of requesting these details 🤔. In the end we just requested the bill and asked for the service to be removed, we where then held there while the manager removed it, we had to get up and almost leave before having to pay. Perhaps we visited in a wrong day, but won't be trying again to find out. Ovrall: Food: Flavours are decent, and reasonable priced, I would recommend ordering online as it seems it's a more delivery driven place. Service: Its a hit and miss, more staff needed or a solid team well trained, also the entrance door kept opening and did not close all the way, so I would suggest seat away from the door. Atmosphere: its welcoming, but I would not recommend for a special occasion, it's more for s casual bite and drinks or group meet ups.

Really cute spot for lunch when you’re in the area, close to the Tower Bridge. Kasir was super friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and delicious. They have lunch specials till 5pm for £12 which is a great deal, and the Thai iced tea is super good. If you like Thai food this is the best place!

Simple food order takes 30 minutes to come. They have noodle in Tom yum soup. Whoever eaten in a Thai restaurant knows that it’s a soup— not noodle soup. Mango in sticky rice were sour— it’s supposed to be a dessert.

Charming service especially from Krittam, excellent food and warm inviting atmosphere even on a wet Sunday night. We could’ve eaten much more but had to stop ourselves at a couple of mains, vegetables and a dessert. Obviously a couple of pints of beer too 😁
