Visited Saturday 4th, and it'll be the last visit. I removed the service charge due to the poor nature of the service and food, and it was as if I had as assigns sign then marked on my head. Service ignored us and served others beside, food was 45 minutes, when those beside us say and ate before we even got starters (come in behind us) and the food could have been cooked at home.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. However, the service could use some improvement. As first-time visitors, we felt rushed to decide on our order, being approached about our choices at least four times. This was a bit overwhelming. Additionally, our main course was brought to our small table while we were still enjoying our starters. Given the limited space, it would have been better to ask before serving the main dishes. Overall, the food was great, the environment was lovely, and the view of Tower Bridge was stunning. However, better attention to service would enhance the experience. Thank you!

Poor old Rosa, whoever she is, the original owner who sold her business and the new owners kept the old name, she would not be happy to see how far this chain’s food quality has fallen. My meal did not taste authentically Thai in the slightest. I had prawn doughnuts that had such a weird and gelatinous texture they were actually disgusting. The service was very slow, my cocktail was warm and my main course, chicken Panang was so gloppy and sugary that I’ve had better ready meals. The egg fried rice was delicious so that’s basically all I ate. So disappointing for the money, even when they agreed to take the prawn doughnuts off the bill it still came to over £30. I won’t ever go back.

Alway wanted to try some spicy Thai food so i went here today and had an amazing experience . The food was absolutely amazing and tasty. We Ordered Drunken noodle king prawn, Chilly Basil mince chicken and Clear soup chicken. The food came very quickly. Babi did a very good job. Thank you.

While the service was generally pleasant, the food, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. I ordered the Tom Yum Noodle Soup and the Papaya Salad. Both dishes were edible, but lacked the depth of flavour that Thai cuisine is renowned for. The Tom Yum, in particular, seemed to lack the punch of lemongrass, galangal, and chili that typically characterizes this soup. The Papaya Salad, while refreshing, could have benefited from a more pronounced balance of sweet, sour, and spicy elements. Overall, while the setting is undeniably impressive, Rosa's Thai at Tower Bridge needs to refine its kitchen to truly deliver an authentic and flavourful Thai dining experience.

I visited Rosa’s Thai with some friends and tried the green curry with a side of jasmine rice. The curry was marked as spicy on the menu, but I’d rate it a manageable 3/5 for spice, pleasantly warming without being overpowering. I enjoyed the curry overall, but for the price(£14.50), I do think rice should be included rather than purchased separately. Overall I would rate the curry 7/10, tasty, creamy rich but portion could be better and with rice. The service was brilliant, our waitress was lovely, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was another highlight, with great music and a welcoming vibe. The food also arrived in good time, which was appreciated. My friend had the panang curry but found it too sweet for her taste and preferred mine instead.

Waitress seemed overwhelmed. Food seemed interesting on the menu, less so when it came out. I had a chicken dish that was grilled thighs over a pile of white rice, 3 cucumber slices and some peanut sauce. My wife had the almond stir fry...and it was pretty good.

This Thai restaurant is still recommended, it is delicious and there are not many people. The waiter Babi has a very good attitude
