Staff weren't friendly, had to send meal back, service was poor, table sticky , toilets needed a good clean. Food very average. Would not recommend really disappointed.

Rosa’s Thai was an amazing restaurant in a beautiful area near London Bridge. The noodles were just perfect level of spice and sultry - great for a day out with friends. Kasir provided a great service too!

A huge thank you to Kasir for the fantastic service. We had a delicious lunch of Thai Red Curry and bubble tea. Will be returning again soon!

Good food but restaurant experience was poor. Table facing serving area on way to toilets, table was not laid and had to ask for a) cutlery b) napkins c) plates when the dishes were served. So despite paying £170 this place is more cafe than restaurant and better value could have been found elsewhere.

Krittam served us and was very friendly. The food was delicious. We had curry chicken and cashew chicken. Everything excellent.

Rosa’s is a cozy place! I've been coming here for a while now. Lovely people work here, and they have great recommendations. The food is banging. This last time Kasir, suggested the Rosa’s fried rice and it was amazing, he lovely always makes me feel welcome!

We went on a trip to London. This is our first day dinner place. Food was great. Pad Thai according to my mom in law was stir fried with fish source. We also ordered party platter for 2, Pad See Sew and pork rice (forgot the name) However, the food was a little salty, still tasted not bad. The green tea my wife ordered was particularly real good. Service is not bad. However the store would not have an atmosphere. Feels like a place to just eat and get going.

Absolutely lovely meal, service is so fast!! Food came in about 10 minutes of ordering. Green curry absolutely delicious. They didn’t have the new crispy chicken available which was a shame but apart from that great meal.

Just had lunch at Rosa Thai, and it was my 6th time visiting here!! Still an awesome experience✨ The place has a chill vibe with cool Thai decorations. I tried the Massaman Curry and Tom Yum noodle soup—both were tasty. The curry had a balanced mix of flavors though todays a bit salty.. Service was quick, and the staff was really friendly!! Definitely coming back!

Amazing food in the middle of hustling city. Tom yum was definitely must try! The prawn was too good. Forgot what’s the pork dish we ordered. But they were so good. Definitely must visit if you miss the taste of Asia when you’re in London. And don’t forget to eat with rice. Very comfort food 🫶🏻

Kasir was very patient and helpful. The food is amazing. Must visit.

Everything was fine apart from the service and the kids soup were inedible. Apart from the guy that initially seated us. Everyone else was unfriendly and inattentive. I had to ask for my order to be taken after 20-30mins of being ignored, even though it wasn't that busy. Then I had to ask for another dish twice. I'm pretty sure one of the waitresses swore at me in another language for getting in her way for a split second whilst passing the workspace area between the toilet and entrance. Overall I wouldn't say this is a family friendly or friendly space to go. Wouldn't recommend. Maybe you need to pay your staff more as they don't seem like they want to be there. I don't know why I paid service charge.

firstly the staff is extremely polite asked to use rest room and they were happy to let us use it. food looks great and i think is also halal. nice peaceful spot in the middle of chaotic tower bridge

Came in yesterday and had the most delicious meal. Food amazing. Service 5 star. The manager, in particular was so amenable. He made my disabled friend fell incredibly welcome. I would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.

I love Rosa's Thai... Normally.  This one is awful, been before and not great and it was worse now. The decor is in real need of repair and there was lots of dust on the light fittings, under which we were eating. There was space and we were seated promptly and then ignored for 20 minutes, compounded by other diners arriving later than us having orders taken and drinks delivered. Eventually had our order taken and drinks arrived - then immediately our starters. However our server knocked sauce all over the table - offered to bring a new one but not to clear it up. We ended up clearing it up ourselves with our serviettes - and had to ask for more serviettes. To be fair the food was lovely as ever but the cocktails tasted strange based on our memory of others. Overall a really disappointing experience, still like Rosa's Thai, just not going back to this one again

Food was ok. Not worth the cost of the wait. They took the order, which took ages to come out. When it came out, they had made the wrong meal, but we were in a rush. The pork was 90% flobby fat and not a pleasant experience. Service was minimal, but they were not scared to ask for 12% tip for one visit to the table. I will not bother going again.
