Unfortunately the taste of the meal was not very good, the chicken that had sauce on look ok but when I tasted it, it was dry and very hard to eat and did not taste nice and the rice looked ok but the same thing the taste was so bad and very stodgy. Very disappointing as I have had better from this restaurant in the past.

False advertising, filthy tables, and terrible service â we walked out We booked a table for 8 at Sonar Gaon based on their advertised 50% off buffet deal, valid until the 21st of April. The booking was confirmed a week in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no table reserved for us. Instead, staff tried to split our group across two separate tables, which we were not happy with. We were told to wait, so we did â while some of our group were still on the way. I used this time to ask the manager about the buffet price, and to my surprise, he quoted the full price despite the promotional offer we had booked under. Very dishonest. On top of that, the tables and the floor were filthy, covered in food left behind by previous diners. It was clear cleanliness wasnât a priority. We were kept waiting for 45 minutes, with staff constantly saying â5 more minutesâ but making no real effort to accommodate us. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave. A very disappointing experience â misleading advertising, poor hygiene, and appalling customer service. I wouldnât recommend this place at all.

Rude staff! Feeling rushed picking the toppings and then your food sits on the counter getting cold, for 10 minutes while you wait to pay. Queued for 20 minutes, to find out most toppings were out of stock and we had around 4 options to choose from. Sides also limited due to being out of stock. Don't serve seafood at all, so don't be fooled by the sweet chilli prawns on the menu. Staff (especially 1 guy) rude and unhelpful.

Because it's now under new management, I thought I'd give it a chance, and I'm so pleased I did. I had a vegetarian special 'Dall Mirchi Mac' with an aloo paratha and it was as good as I've had anywhere. Really tasty and very generous portions. If you're put off by the older reviews, check out the latest ones. Would definitely recommend and will be going again. PS I'm not affiliated with the restaurant in any way. I just wanted people to know how good it is now.

J'ai récemment déjeuné au restaurant Camille et mon expérience était globalement agréable. Le cadre est charmant et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le service était attentionné. Les plats étaient bien présentés et savoureux, avec une mention spéciale pour le dessert qui était exceptionnel. Cependant, certaines portions étaient un peu petites pour le prix. Malgré ce léger bémol, je recommande le restaurant Camille pour une soirée agréable et une cuisine raffinée.

Absolutely avoid luke the plague! We booked this hotel as it said it was pet friendly and after a phone call to the hotel confirming that there was no extra charge for my 2 dogs . After a 3 hour drive we arrived and went to check in and was "greeted " by a very aggressive Asian man shouting that he was busy and i would have to wait. After a few minutes he slammed a pen and a form on the counter and simply said complete this. I filled in the form biting my tongue more for my wife's sake. I handed him the forms back and he demanded ÂŁ120 which i questioned as we had already payed for our stay with booking.com. For the dogs he shouted and i explained that I had already confirmed with the hotel that there wouldn't be a charge for this. ÂŁ120 must be paid for the dogs he demanded in a very aggressive manner to which i replied who do you think you are talking to? He turned away and disappeared! I spoke to another member of staff after waiting 10 minutes and he told me that the man i was speaking to was the manager and he had left the hotel and didn't know when he would be back. We had to book another hotel at short notice and eventually got our money back through our credit card as both the hotel and booking.com refused a refund.
