Pad thai was foul and completely inedible. Actually amazing that someone could get such a simple dish so badly wrong. Same for the chilli & basil chicken.

Terrible food. Edamame were very tired, crispy tofu was not crispy and tasteless, pad Thai had no peanuts and was sour, yellow curry was too spicy and no taste. Avoid.

Worst thai restaurant ever. Quality of food is very poor. Ordered noodles, soup and egg fried rice. Couldn’t eat half of the noodles because of excessive amount of oil. Soup had sands in it. After eating had to go to the loo for 6 times.

Ordered by Deliveroo, fast delivery, food was tasty and hot, and big portions. I do recommend it, previous reviews almost put me off, I'm glad they didn't.

Best UK Pad thai, excellent price/quantity

Not really a Thai meal. Tom Kha Soup was not made with coconut milk and the Massaman did not taste like a Thai dish. Clearly not cooked by a Thai chef.

Delicious, fresh and tasty food delivery. Really nice veg massaman curry, sweet and sour, noodles, rice and tofu dishes. Lots of veg in each as well as really tasty sauces.

Ordered the red Thai curry (vegetable) and the spicy prawn dish and both were absolutely gorgeous. My mum tried the curry and said it's the nicest Thai dish she's ever had. We will be ordering again. Good sized portions, full of flavour and and delivered on time. The containers were sealed and air tight. 👌

Finest spot to eat some food when in a rush. Their customer service is prompt, rates are reasonable, fantastic mood. Would recommend to others

I can’t believe the bad reviews, just finished our 1st order from Tuk Tuk, it was lovely and fresh, spice was just right, definitely ordering again!Order arrived within the timeframe given, was pipping hot (and we are 5miles away).We had Thai prawn green & jungle chicken curry, rice & spicy Thai prawn noodles.... Banging!

Chilli tofu was like mush and no taste of chilli. Seafood dish had unidentifiable pieces in it. Not tasty. Very expensive. Fried squid was full of soggy batter. We spent £50 and didnt enjoy any of it. Never again.

Collect. Do not go for the delivery option. Nearly an hour late now and still not here.

Not enjoyable food. The dishes where lacking in ingredients and flavour. Rung to complain and was told how the chef made the dish rather, rather than what they would do to solve the issue.

Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here ever again. To summarise: Delivery 1 hour+ late. Items missing. Food average. Restaurant incredibly rude.

This spot never disappoints. They have good dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the spot is loaded.

The yellow curry was great, as was the pad thai and pak choi. The curry did leak in the bag, but it wasn't a big deal. We got our food within 30mins from ordering on Deliveroo. I cannot believe the negative feedback this restaurant has, as our experience was great. Maybe we were just lucky? I will certainly give them another go to see.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Just ordered from this place and couldn’t even bring myself to try it. Muddy water and half chopped vegetables

Ordered at 7pm for a 8pm delivery. No one answering the phones to cancel order so eventually it turned up at 22.45. I say “it” turned up because I wouldn’t call it food. It was horrendous and went straight in the bin. 40 quids worth. Rang them today for a refund of some sort and was given an apology as the cook was also in charge of the phones. They offered me a discount off my next order. There won’t be one. Stay away

We ordered a delivery via just eat and it was meant to at 7:55 it was then changed to 8:20pm and at 8:30pm we were then told it would not be delivered till 9:20pm. It’s now 9:35pm and the meal never arrived and we cancelled The restaurant in all this time despite us calling never answered the phoneThey are a waste of space and I would use other restaurants before ever using them

The worst food that I have ever seen.

Worse Thai I’ve ever had. Crispy fish was disgusting not at all crispy just a sloppy serving of fish in a very sweet sauce. Would not recommend.

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this great restaurant. Well we enjoyed a wonderful evening and the venue was definitely the reason for the successful evening. The team collaborated in a gorgeous way, the meals were delicious and my guests were very pleased. We shall no dout return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

WARNING never order from this ‘restaurant/take away’ what a pile of dog poo! Would recommend no one ever ever ever order anything from here! Spent over an hour calling them and getting called back after CLEARLY receiving a red curry instead of a jungle curry....pile of nonsense! Not spicy none of the ingredients that go into jungle curry, their response was they had complaints previously so have changed the way it’s made....when I order a jungle curry I want a jungle curry! Not some westernised pile of rubbish....trying to be polite but absolutely fuming right not! Even the chicken was processed rubbish! Denied a refund by the ‘director’ wasn’t even asking for the whole take out to be refunded just the curry even though the rest was AWFUL!!!If you want authentic Thai food then Osmins are amazing and much cheaper than these cow boys!

Terrible food. We ordered: Beef with chilli and onions: spicy soup with huge onions, red peppers and boiled beef. No flavour, just chilli. Chicken with ginger: soup with inedible huge pieces of "chicken" and huge bits of onion. Barely any flavour, certainly not of ginger. Red Thai curry, vegetable: way too hot red soup with huge bits of vegetables thrown into it. Steamed rice: dry rice that was probably packaged yesterday. Fish cakes: unlike any I've eaten before, bizarre flavour. Overall, incredibly disappointed. The worst thing was the chicken. What was that?!

Everything I ordered was horrific. Rice was dry. Thai cakes were pepperry. Thai red curry was like a nascent bowl of soup, with huge chunks nod of vegetables in that weren’t cooked properly and the Ginger chicken stir fry ? you don’t want to know !!

I wonder if this is a member of Deliveroo dark kitchen hiding on Verulam Rd opposite The Ivy? The speed of delivery, the temperature and wrapping in cellophane would suggest a cook chill dish re-heated in a Rational oven - never seen one of those in a Thai kitchen!Flavour, colour and consistency of 2 sauce dishes terrible and would suggest the chefs behind these dishes don’t know even how to spell Tieland! Avoid

Placed a Thai order when friends came to visit as found Tuk Tuk on Deliveroo and rating seemed high. What a mistake... felt compelled to write a honest review here.Food was a little late but that’s fine, we were not in a rush to eat so that wasn’t the issue. It’s the food... bland and just really plain! Curry’s were without flavour or spice and noodle dish was just the most boring I’ve seen. Don’t bother with this place...

Cheap and not very cheerful. Their spicy salad was spiced with pickled jalapeños, the kind you put on your nachos. The Pad Thai had no peanuts in it. Vegetables looked like they’d been cut with a meat cleaver, very chunky. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Curries were very watery and chicken had no flavour. In general overpriced for the quality, you’re better off going for the Thai Rack next to the cathedral. One of the curries has way too much chilli it was inedible. The whole family agrees we won’t be wasting our money here again, do avoid.

Good food for once in a while ordering. Very greasy though.

Duck massaman was ok but missing peanuts and potato a little undercooked. Tiger prawn singapore noodles were bland yet overly salty. Too expensive given the portion sizes - £5 for three pieces of sesame prawn toast! Satay chicken only came with a dribble of peanut sauce.

Love the food from this place the soup 🍜 is just spot on! We order from here all the time directly and love it!

came in 15 mins and tasted amazing - i had the red thai chicken curry... it was amazing

The Delivery came and the soup was packaged so badly there was none left in the pot and it was all over the other food! The chicken is very low quality and none of the dishes we ordered were Thai style so not exactly a Thai takeaway! the food defiantly is not cooked by a Thai person.

Quick delivery but the food was not very high quality compared to most Thai restaurants I've eaten at.
