Ordered on Uber eats 1.5 hours ago. No answer on phone number. Never again. Rubbish service. So annoyed right now

Please if you have any consideration for taste, DON'T GO HERE. Rude delivery driver and that was the best part of this meal. Chicken Chow main, Chow as in taste has left the dish. Egg fried rice, Where was the EGG. Chicken balls, more like an old Rugby ball. Unbelievable that the only taste this meal had was prior to being cooked. Im not even sure you can replace the Chef and the food would improve. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Please do not order from This place ! They remove negative comments from their just eat site! I have tried with this place a few times but this time I feel like they actually stole my 40 quid ! If I had gone and eaten from their kitchen bins I’d have had a more enjoyable experience!! Please taken note - this place should be shut down 😞😞

This place has gone downhill fast. The food was terrible beef curry had no taste wouldn't recommend this place unless you're constipated

I wouldn't feed their food to my dog! I have also requested a full refund from Just Eat as this food made me feel sick to the stomach. The meal should have been with us (four of us) between 9.40 and 10pm, it arrived at 10.27pm. The food was absolutely disgusting. Everything was so overcooked, we had to phone up twice to find out where it was. We were so hungry given we'd ordered at 9pm and waited 90 minutes for food that we just ate a bit of the main meal but the standard of food was disgusting. I have a video where I can bang the lamb cutlet and chicken satay against a plate and they can nearly crack the plate. It was absolutely vile and I would not make anyone endure that. The fact they're open as a restaurant strikes me. I have photos and videos of how bad it was and will be making an official complaint to Just Eat regarding the fact that they offer them as a service!

After years of not eating Chinese take away I decided to try. What a mistake that was. The food from this place was worse than disgusting. Any review above 1 star has probably been added by family and friends or a dog that knows how to use a computer! I just hope that the little I put in my body doesn’t give me food poisoning.

We have been ordering food from How Cha for about 3 years now always fantastic food, arrives very hot and within the time stated on the phone. Thanks again to your lovely establishment!! We look forward to more lovely food!! Thanks Tony and Sarah Rutland Crescent Luton

This place should not be open. I have only just seen previous reviews after having ordered from them this evening. The food was hideous. The amount of oil within the dish was according to the restaurant, okay. It was not and when I complained directly, they told me that there’s nothing they could do and to complain directly with Just Eat as I ordered via their website. After a Just Eat representative contacted them, they said that I hadn’t even contacted them. It was obvious that the fried items had been refried so probably old items and also tasted really bad so most likely refried in oil that had been used over and over again. Every dish tasted bad, literally no flavour, just grease. I attempted to eat some of the items and ended up throwing the entire order away. Awaiting an investigation by Just Eat but the representative was very much on side with the restaurant throughout the conversation I had. Please see the pictures below, which show that the food prepared by this restaurant is simply not safe for people to eat. I have never had a meal as bad as this in my entire life and that’s not an exaggeration.

Food was delivered almost twenty minutes late, it was lukewarm and despite charging me extra for satay sauce, the soupy broth they sent me was not satay. This is probably the worst takeout experience I've had in years.

Bywałem tam kiedyś kiedy była to jeszcze restauracja i poszedłem teraz różnica jest diametralna zamówiłem dwie zupy i nudle z wołowina na wynos , zupy miały być różne a była to ta sama zupa tylko do jednej dodali krewetki do drugiej kurczaka , miała brązowy kolor a była o smaku imbiru (obydwie smakowały tak samo ) nudle suche ogólnie nie wiem co to ma wspólnego z chińszczyzna ,

I went to this restaurant because it advertised it was halal. Ordered lamb which apart being more fat than meat (which was chewy) it didn't taste right. I suspected that it was not halal. However, if you are a halal diet person, please make sure for yourself by asking for evidence in the form of very recent invoices for chickens and meat. I personally would not be satisfied with a certificate by someone saying it was halal.

I visited at lunchtime on a Monday for takeaway. Service was quick, however the food quality was awful I had sweet & sour chicken hong king style, you could not taste the chicken in it it was over cooked so much that it was chewy and crumbly. I will never go Back

Food is average but large portion... System is weird cz u have to order while u get in thn they will let u sit after the payment.. So u gt very lil time to go through the menu as u ordering by standing at the counter.. Service is poor... Not a very good experience...

I took order from them for delivery... After 20 min they just cancelled the delivery, no explication given... Real anti-customer behaviour...

placed an order at 7:15pm got an email confirmation. No food by delivered by 9:15pm and no responce through telefon or email.

Off tasting seafood and upon checking this out, I found a poor history of reviews and food standards hygiene. They also didn't pay attention to my food intolerance.

This quaint restaurant is just outside of the main shopping centre in Luton, making it accessible on foot but not busy. It's quiet and staff are friendly.

The only dish I like here is egg fried rice with crispy fried chicken. Have tried many other varieties but nothing was as good as this. Staff are not that great when you are communicating your wants. I would say it's because of their lack...

So the only reason I get my food from this place is because it's the only Halal Chinese in town. Last 2 occasions they forgot 2 items in the home delivery so had to wait another hour for the duck! The service is pretty awful-...

Ordered a veggie selection for delivery - I don't live more than a 10 minute drive. It arrived an hour and three quarters later cold and for some reason wet?

How this place is still running is beyond me. Awful chinese food. How on earth they can call it proper chinese and fresh. Nothing fresh. Where do I start. On a Saturday evening around 7, I'm sat at my table having ordered a soup, spring rolls and chicken chow mien. First I get served chicken chow mien. Cold, no taste, I ask the waitress to explain the meaning of the cold food. She stuck her fingers through the noodles. And apologies. But brings another plate out where the chow mien is now practically burnt. The soup was too salty with cheap ingredients including uncooked chicken. And the spring rolls ... yuk! no fillings and cold. I was fuming.... having paid £10.00 for garbage. Which I REFUSED to finish off. Never will I go to this place again. They have fallen in standards. Remember the time they operated from High Town road. Im surprised locals are still eating here. I guess its a case of, if its cooked by a Chinese person then it must be Chinese. Get a grip Luton. Food standards have to look at this place.

This nice little café, with character, as seating looks like wagon wheel bench's, with swing seating as well. Food is of good quality and cooked to order from a varied menu of take away dishes. Children are welcome and a small bar .

Good value, quick service, not really a restaurant more of a cafe but the food is good and they do take away.

Don't bother ordering from them if you expect it to be delivered as their policy is to deliver to your address NOT YOUR FRONT DOOR, I feel sorry for someone you might be disabled.

Visited lunch time 16 May. The sticker outside gives a revised rating of 3 rather than one. Picture in the gallery. We had duck with noodle soup , spring rolls, chicken with lemon and spicy squid. Good value and very tatsy. Service was good too

Poor! The food arrived cold. It tasted awful with my having to spit out the squid, subsequently it was overpriced. The tofu was so dry it scratched my mouth! This is the last straw and I won't be ordering from them again. When I googled...

Had crispy beef and crispy chicken. Wasn't overly crispy. Egg fried rice was also none too special Tried this but probably go to other places in future

I have eaten twice here if you like noodles then this is the place to go plenty of starters one starter in particular is a favourite is the lettuce wraps

Like another person who reviewed, we waited at least an hour and a half for our food! When it eventually got to us, the food was cold, clearly been on the drivers van a good while. Will not be using again!

We have been eating from here since it opened, they do amazing Chinese food and the best thing is the food is halal! Delivery is often very delayed, which does put you off. I would recommend eating in the restaurant as you are served quicker.

I love the fact that How Cha does halal Chinese cuisine. Absolutely wonderful and cheery staff and delicious food in a reasonable price range =)
