Chopstix Noodle Bar in Trafford

Rude staff! Feeling rushed picking the toppings and then your food sits on the counter getting cold, for 10 minutes while you wait to pay. Queued for 20 minutes, to find out most toppings were out of stock and we had around 4 options to choose from. Sides also limited due to being out of stock. Don't serve seafood at all, so don't be fooled by the sweet chilli prawns on the menu. Staff (especially 1 guy) rude and unhelpful.

This is nothing special in the slightest, the food was quite dry and looked like it had been sat around for some time. The staff weren’t particularly pleasant and at over £10 for a small box I would avoid and go to your local Chinese restaurant

We had an amazing experience with Chopstix Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly, we had never been to this establishment before but we will be returning soon. Fast fresh and tasty food the brand name says it all

Went to trafford and thought of trying this place . Food was nice and the staff is really polite specially a guy called Waman who served me on that day . He is a really happy and approachable person . He even wished me for my birthday and sorted out my free birthday box .Great customer service Waman . Keep it up .

Had to settle there after nearly everywhere was so expensive. Ordered a mixed rice/noodles combo. What made the food so bad is the flavouring, it's so terrible that you want to forget it but you can't. Not even a drink can make forget how bad it is. Having been to other branches, I can recall how terrible they all are. I'll better pay double for better quality foods next time.

Noodles and rice had no flavour. Chicken was mediocre. Will not go again and would recommend others skip it

Stopped off for a quick dinner and it was great! Only read the negative reviews afterwards so quite surprised. Service was quick, food was good and hot and reasonably priced. Would recommend

Ordered food from this place through Just Eat. It didn't arrive. They could not have cared less. Told us to take it up with the driver or Just Eat. It's their driver FFS but wouldn't share his details. Went hungry that night and would never eat or recommend these cowboys to anyone ever.

Normally love their food and when I come to tc I always choose their food but today was extremely disappointed I have tried all options all have always been made on point but I get beef more than any other as a topping today I got it it tasted so different, so salty and burnt didn't have time to stand in queue to complain. However don't get beef today its not the usual that they serve

Ordered a takeaway, not delivered. Took the cash and couldn't have cared less. Blamed just eat. Wouldn't send the order again. So annoyed. Hungry and angry, not a good combination. They really should care more about the customer.

Sorry to say, but my first time tasteing this food was Yuk, everything lacked taste, the noodles had no flavour, very dry. The topping which i ordered peppered chicken was dry and still no taste. Won't be going back ever.

the service was amazing, all staff very friendly and served with a smile. but the best thing was the food it was hot, tasty a great portion and i truly enjoyed the whole experience this is 100% my go to place now when im shopping in the tc . thankyou everyone at chopsticks it was an amazing experience keep doing what your doing

Been here twice in December and walked away both times.both times no rice available(rice being one if the main bases of the meal) asked how long for rice they said 15 mins when we asked to speak to the manager he just said we have been busy 🤔,poor excuse for a terrible service.most of the dishes were unavailable without a wait. Chopstix is one of our favourite places but this one is terrible and we won't be returning. This place either need a change of management or shutting down.

Woefully slow service, food looks pretty terrible to be fair. The WORST noodle bar I've ever seen Given it 1 star as unable to leave 0.

I took my daughter here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We both had the medium noodle box with two toppings. The food was fresh and very tasty. And you don't need to be skilled with chopsticks as they also provised forks. Highly recommended.

I don't know if this is a franchise or directly owned by the Company but I will be one of the recent customers that will not be queuing up and returning. After going through a long queue and waiting nearly 30 mins for a side dish that none of the staff including the Manager know where it disappeared to, is frankly appalling! Then one of the staff who served the food I ordered poured sauce in an " empty food container". Yes! There was plenty of sauce, but where is the food I ordered?!!!! Surely, anyone in their right mind would know if they are pouring a sauce over an empty food container unless this was perhaps deliberate, hoping that she can perhaps say that she had already given me my order. Luckily, I checked my order before I left the counter to show her and the Manager that it was all sauce and that my food wasn't there. When the Manager asked this staff where my order has gone to she said, she doesn't know! Then adding insult to injury, the Manager had the audacity to say that there was the sauce but they both don't know what happened to my food order! Come on guys, this may not be brain surgery or trying to launch a rocket to the moon, but please, if the owner of this establishment is listening, can you all please put Managers and staff in your food business that could at least do their job and use their common sense and manners to deliver some form of customer service. The food was bad! The service (if someone can call that!) was bad! What else is there left to go back for? Next time I'm in the Trafford Centre. I will be avoiding Chopstixs and if anyone asks including my friends and family, I will be ushering them to another food outlet as in my over 30 years of being both a customer and cooking for others, I have never experienced such an appalling service like this! If people are in the service industry and cannot be bothered to deliver any form of service then I'd suggest, can you please find something else to do instead of ruining your customer's day and inadvertently potentially ruining your employer's business. Oh dear what an absolute joke. We queued perhaps 20 minutes, eventually it was our turn to be served and the time was 7pm Friday evening . Hardly any choices left . Boxed food went along counter towards checkout, ordered 2 drinks which were out of stock.sat down to cold food !!! Literally stood at check out for approximately 10 minutes !!! As walking away a woman to the left of me asked the staff member at checkout how long she was going to have to wait for her order to be complete as the rest of her food was cold too. Get a grip and sort your food and staff out. One young girl cutting chicken with breadcrumbs with scissors and generally pissing about, leaving a trail of food all over the place , floor work top and box.
