Tampopo in Trafford

My sister had taken me out for a movie followed by dinner. We went to AUDI on cinema and had a very bad experience of the Cinema I already have written about my review. However the dinner was amazing in this restaurant the food delicious. The variety the choice of the food in the menu was very good however I must comment that the quantity is to small compared to other places. The service was very good miss you see or Messi had served as and it was great experience overall.

Went for late tea in the Trafford Ct after shopping. Food was lovely, cooked to order but didn't take too long. Friendly staff, especially Kelly who recommended the Preston kiosk too :-)

We had excellent service today from Kelly who advised us on the food as it was our 1st. All gd choices! Chowmein better if you aren't into spicy food! £24 spent for a meal and a drink for 2, would go again!

It’s nice for lunch but not as good as I remember from a few years ago. The main meals didn’t seem that tasty. It’s expensive for a casual lunch and not great value for money. For example, rice is an additional cost to the main meal and about £4. The service is great though the staff are so lovely.

I was there an hour ago,food was great Bailey is the best and alex is just amazing.

We were greeted by a lovely lady with blonde hair, very well dressed and such a cracking sense of humour! She asked us if we wanted drinks and then we met our server. Now even though we had our own server, she seemed to be a manager who then also came to have a laugh with! Now I’ve eaten out at many different places and you don’t always get that with restaurants. We noticed that even though it was very busy, she was in control of the place, head honcho I expect! It was a delight to come to Tampopo, In the words of Arnie, I’ll be back!!

Excellent customer service from Jo, so lovely and friendly! The food was unreal especially the belly pork and the chocolate fondant which I highly recommend, great atmosphere and lovely night, will definitely be going back again soon!

Always great food at Tampopo and today's server Shell was really friendly and attentive. All the staff there are amazing and this is one of the reason we return time after time. We have never had a bad meal or experience and would highly recommend it.

Sharing a bustling busy food court space its not always easy to find a seat in Trafford but the food at East Street is served fast! Katsu is to die for at very good prices; but other meals such as the Thai Green Chicken is underwhelming in portion size with only 3 pieces of chicken to a bowl! Drinks selection is great even if pricey. Worth a stop!

Food was great and surprisingly cheap for Trafford centre prices. Bailey was exceptionally helpful and tended to my order in little to no time at all.

I love the satay chicken burger and their other burgers here, the fries are really tasty too, and unique. Just got my satay burger again and it's just as good as usual. The guy at the till, Bailey, was really friendly, so great service too.

Lovely service from Bailey at the Trafford centre

Good service from Bailey but quality of food has gone down since my last visit. Chicken katsu curry no longer has any vegetables in it, just sauce, rice and a chicken cutlet.

Overpriced and bland food. The salt and pepper loaded fries were a bunch of fries in a paper bag with spices. The chicken chowmein was a decent portion but bland and beige.

We came tampopo Trafford today for lunch and were served by the lovely Elise. She was absolutely brilliant, talked us through the menu, gave us recommendations and made our dining experience smooth and she was so attentive. The food was lovely and we had a great experience!

From the minute we walked in we had Fantastic service, the food was beautiful. Our waitress Shell was so helpful & friendly, she deserves a weekend off. Thank you we will definitely be back next time we're in the UK.
