The best restaurants serving Arabian food in South East

The doner meat and chips is basically big enough for 2 people. The chips are very nice and doner meat was generous. Chilli sauce was hot! I normally like my doner meat a bit more well done but that is only a mild criticism.

I visited Gourmet Chicken today and overall had a great experience! The place is halal, which is a big plus. I tried the Kofta Lamb Burger – 10/10! It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, even without any sauce. We also ordered the kids' 4 boneless strips – they were freshly made and tasted great, I'd give them an 8/10. We tried the Chicken and Rice as well, but my husband asked for a mix of chicken and beef, which made it a bit less tasty for us, especially with the garlic and gourmet sauce. Still, it was decent and definitely eatable. Special mention to Muhammad at the counter – he was super professional and friendly, which really added to the experience. Will definitely visit again!

Last time I order. Wet soggy chewy nan, small meat portions in cold Rogan j, horrible. I ordered from these guys about 5 times in last 18 months. Last two times have been poor, today last straw.

I loved this authentic food , tried a pides and it was amazing , the bakery is outstanding and food is fresh thank you , cost was a bonus

Orderd a takeaway for delivery on saturday, was delivered when advised and was hot on arrival. Was lovely, one of us had a chicken tikka masala, thought wasn't like had anywhere else. Was very red and more tomato not a creamy orange colour you would normally get, not sure why, please let me know. Will return definitely.

Currently on holiday and craving a kebab—this place did not disappoint! The reviews were spot on. The portions were generous, and both the chicken and lamb doner were absolutely delicious, came hot. I’ve honestly never tasted mint sauce that good! The delivery driver even gave me a call to let me know his ETA, which I really appreciated. If I’m ever back in the area, this will be my go-to without a doubt!
