I ordered from just eat but never received my delivery. I called the restaurant and they said I was to far away. why did just eat take my order and my money if they couldn't deliver. very poor service and will I get my money back? Will never use again and advise others not to. much better others out to use .

The order was late, when it did finally come the driver I watched her going round in circles in my road looking directly at my door and then going round again. I had to stand outside in the freezing cold and wait for it. When she did finally see me and stop she stopped outside my house so close to my car when she opened it I had to grab her door as she swung it open hard nearly hitting my brand new BMW.. what is going on.. is there no common sense or expectation for delivery drivers now?!?!?!

We have been eating here for years when the mood takes. Their chicken shisk is the best I've ever had so no reason to change. Has all you expect from a local kebab, minus the enubriated clientele you would get in a town centre establishment, so I'm happy to collect with my 11 year old and chat to the boss. Food is great, delivery is fast and prices are fair. What more could you want from a local kebab shop.

I had chilli sauce not yogurt as requested so really struggled to eat my kebab. Meat was dry and overcooked and chips obviously double cooked as also dry and brown. Disappointing for the money paid

Cold drink in same bag as hot food = warm drink and partly cold food 🤷🏻‍♂️ sorry I don’t get it. Tastes nice tho, good chilli sauce in chicken doner wrap.

The Golden Kebab House is very good and the kebabs delicious. It is my 'go to' takeaway as I know the quality is always good, the shop looks very clean and the staff are very friendly.

great kebab meat, not massive for a large. large chips!!! makes me wonder what the standard chips are like.... these were an average size portion. All tastes nice and would use again

In the area for a few days. We had a Lamb Shish and a Chicken kebab. Was amazing, as were the staff. The taste of the meat was great. No greasy/oily mess in the bottom of the pitta bread. Loved it. Highly recommended.

The donner and lamb shish was tasty and well cook. The rest of the food looked good and all got eaten. The chips weren't the normal soggy mess you get from places. Delivery was spot on as well.

Large lamb sheish kebab was very poor. Very Small amount of meat and it was full of grissle. Packed out with lettuce and cabbage. I've had my first sheish kebab here not so long ago and that was totally a different experience. A bit scetchy!

We went to holiday to Bognor Regis and we tried this place it was the best kebabs I have ever eaten and the customer service is brilliant many thanks to golden grill team.

This is the first time I've ordered a Kebab from here and I have to say best one ever. Good portion of chips and kebab, kebab meat thin and tasty as it should be. Delivery person very professional. Will order from here again and will advise friends and family. Well done Golden Grill

No idea how this place has the reviews it has. Ordered here as staying in haven holiday park and the reviews and online pics looked decent. Have to say it was the worst kebab we’ve ever had. Soggy chips and awful awful quality meat (even for a kebab!) salad looks like it was found in the bottom of a bin .. £9 for two boxes of the worst salad wouldn’t even give it to my rabbit. My mouth has already shrivelled up from the salt intake … do not recommend.

Burger bun was hard and chips not fresh

Arrived at reasonable time but was freezing cold when got here. Pitta was like charcoal, and the kebab tasted very very strange. At first I thought it was the sauce but my partner had a different sauce and hers tasted just the same. Shame as had from here before and was lovely but this has put us right off not only this shop but kebabs in general. Was Disgusting

Put ketchup on my lamb donner when I asked for mayo ! Gave me a small instead of a large it was tiny.

Normally decent but recently it's been shocking chicken donner is either dripping in oil or burnt and hard to chew. Fries and the same sort of stuff used.in the fryer are soggy and rubber. It's a shame as I've had decent food from these guys before

They are my go to for local Kebab Delivery, always make lovely food and delivery on time. One time I got my order wrong through Just eat and was able to phone up and amend it. Man on the phone was very helpful and was all sorted within 5 minutes. great food and great service, would recommened

Total rubbish ordered a large and an extra large. The extra large was no larger than with the large and the pita was burnt.

Lovely food, nice delivery driver

I don’t normally review, however Unfortunately the food was Luke warm, part of the order was not as ordered and the lamb was very chewy and over cooked.

The second time we have used the golden grill and never again as it’s the second time our order was wrong. I called them and they offered to cook the correct food but despite this yet again the wrong food was delivered.
