WORST SERVICE, NOT RECOMMENDED. WE ORDERED THE FOOD, BUT THEY DIDN’T TAKE THE ORDER PROPERLY AND NOT RESPONDING.

NOT RECOMMEND FOR THIS PLACE. I faced the worst service in my life, very worst customer service, they didn’t take order. We called the waiter again and again only they come, we ordered 5 items, only they served 3 item and rest of the items not prepared. We wait for 30 mins for that remaining 2 item and after 30 mins simply they say kitchen not prepared the remaining foods. Food price very high for their quality.

Waterfall restaurant is a very nice place for family and friends to get together. The food was very tasty, we ordered ( Keema biryani, fish finger, Barbeque chicken, Garlic chicken noodles), and enjoyed the taste. The ambience of the restaurant is nice, chill and calm. People working are polite, friendly and respectful. I recommend this restaurant,in this surrounding it is the best. Kindly maintain this quality,taste and hospitality in future also, best wishes.

Went for a team lunch here based on a feedback received from one colleague. Pros- food was good. We had both vegetarian and non vegetarian groups. Ordered few veg and non veg platters. It was delicious. The interior setup was also good. They have some artificial falls setup. Though the location is somewhat interior near vadapalani.. they have space for parking. Valet parking is also available. Cons- the forest n falls theme makes the interior so dark. I am a kinda of person who expects bright light for dining. There was no corporate discount for such a huge group. Better Order food in advance otherwise you need to wait for a long time.

Celebrated my son's first birthday here.. Restaurant is soo accomadating ,Food is yummy ..vibe is amazing ... Couldn't have found a better place for the celebration

The dishes are good. We bought a non veg platter which had two pieces each of six dishes and all tasted good. Then we got naan and malai kofta. The naan looked like parotta and tasted like that too. Malai kofta is a disaster. I don't know whether Nadikai kofta is originally like that(creamy and sweet) or not good here because this was the first time we had malai kofta. The ambience is good with the lights little gloomy but I think it is intended. Enough parking available. This place is good for friends, family and couples.

Only good for atmosphere and vibe. If you are looking for tasty food then this place is not for you. Worst biriyani they served, rubbery mutton pieces and saltless chicken. Falooda was full of pieces of ice cubes. The fun part is their presentation of food, they didn't even have one pot to serve biriyani. WASTE OF MONEY. Highly not recommended.

We arrived an hour late for our 8:45 PM booking. The staff asked us to wait for an hour, which we did. Mr. Suresh took our order and was very patient, even though we were the last couple at midnight. He also helped us take photos. The place looked great, and the food was very good. However, the receptionist's communication could be better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The place and the atmosphere at night was kinda dim but still its visible enough The food was good but their mutton is not proper or well cook . The service was poor it takes alot of time to even serve water it seem the day i went to had dinner with my friends was the day there were no ligit no waiters ,but while ordering for bill the swiftness 🤣, though if they make a little more lighting it would be a very pleasant and by upgrading their service it would be very nice

Very late response inside the dinning

Located in an interior place but did not have difficulties in locating it with the help of maps. The place had a valet parking facility for cars. The ambience was good. The waterfall theme seemed flawlessly made. The place was dimly lit though. The table service was good. Food was on time. Food taste was average and did not have any wow factor to it. The cost was below our expectations. Overall a decent venture to dine and spend some quality time with friends/family.

The atmosphere was quite pleasant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in some aspects. By 1:30 PM, the mutton biryani was already sold out, and by 2:00 PM, all types of biryani were unavailable. A meal without biryani feels incomplete, so we had to settle for keema biryani, which was disappointing in taste. The delivery time was also longer than expected. While the food we managed to try was decent, there is significant room for improvement in crowd management and ensuring better availability of dishes.

Excellent place for a calm and peaceful dine in options. Starters are good but main course was not as expected. Ambience is good. But poor response when we complained about sweet like juice. They just ignored it and added it in bill.

Food comes very late which increases your hope that you are going to have a tasty food freshly made but tadaaaaaa, there cones food which is ice cold, iam not talking about icecream here but iam telling about Biryani. If u complain then they take back the food heat it in oven and bring back, same thing happened with all 4 of our dishes. Moreover taste is below average 2. Service people are always in hurry doesn't care about ur needs 3. There is this icecream sizzler which fills the whole room with smoke chokin everyone and this happens every 10mins as someone or other order that thing which doesn't suit for this hotel 4.minimum parking but they have valet parking but that guys will ask money at last Overall its not worth the money u spend here

To celebrate New Year lunch, took my family to this restaurant. Bit crowded due to it being a holiday and had to wait for about 15-20 minutes to get a table for 4. The service was sort of okay initially. The guy who was topping up the tissue paper in the holder did by mistake pushed a glass of water which fell on us and he didn’t even bother to say sorry and not even had the courtesy to get the place cleaned for us to sit. Really got very upset with the behaviour. After complaining another person came and did the cleaning. Food was okay and not that great. Had valet parking which is one of the good things with this restaurant.

Had an amazing night here due to the atmosphere, it was very breezy and had the waterfall ambience inside. But the service was horrible they at-least take 1 hour to serve a single table which is kinda frustrating. But price wise it’s affordable but the food is very average. You can visit here for maybe once to just chill and experience this atmosphere maybe.

Location is in a bit interior bylane, you'll surely miss it if your not familiar with that area. It's a theme based restaurant following a tropical jungle with bamboo and waterfall. Food was good, but slightly higher on the spiciness, which was manageable. Waiting time for food was high...about 30 mins, so used that time to take photos of interiors and exteriors of the various themes. This place can definitely be repeated. I do recommend it.

Food is very good and tasty. The plus point is the hotel ambience which is unique and different. We had Tandoori chicken and chikken tikka which was very tasty.

Starters I had were amazing. Barbecue (baashah) fish and Laham Makli (sliced thin mutton ) Large portions. Biriyani and shahi thukda were okay. Dishes takes some time to arrive.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I recently visited this restaurant and had an awful experience. We ordered a non-veg platter costing ₹800+, but the meat served was completely raw. When we pointed it out, the staff prepared a new platter but forced us to eat it, even though we clearly said we didn’t want it as we were with a child and had already lost our appetite. When we requested a fair compensation for the inedible food, they only reduced ₹100 from the bill—a meager amount given the situation. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer preferences and satisfaction were shocking. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Spend your money somewhere that respects its customers and serves properly cooked food.

Uncooked chicken was served as part of the platter that we ordered, there was no refund nor proper compensation was done. They just reduced 100 rupees. Rate was also very high. Only the ambience was good. Will not suggest for any of my friends.

It is a very good place to celebrate birthday parties rather than choosing a buffet. The foods are not awesome but it's good. We had many dishes everything was freshly prepared and it was soaring hot. The atmosphere was pleasant with some melodies. I felt need to increase the AC temperature. Must try is non veg platter, sizzling brownie with ice cream and corn cheese balls

Service is decent enough. Food is good. The signature dishes are worth trying. Birthday celebrations are good. They play music and also provide a small cake with candle if requested. Only downside is it is a very small place and tables are very near to each other. They don't allow photography in the private party hall which doesn't make any sense. So we didn't prefer to celebrate our daughter's birthday party. We didn't dine here.

We were 22 in number. We were placed upstairs and not near the waterfall setup. We were so noisy but yet the staff never complained. Food was very tasty but I feel more staff are required during weekends. Ample seating space. Nice place for a family get together too

We visited with our friends for a farewell. Non-veg food they served was good and worthy where as the veg foods that they served is not good and tasty. They delayed a lot and served the main course dishes instead of starters. When we asked them, they responded like we missed. Later we informed about the issues that we faced. They confirmed that they will rectify it.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. Arriving with a small infant, the staff refused to seat us because only part of our group had arrived. The staff's lack of empathy and rigid policy enforcement, even considering the situation, was appalling. They did not offer any flexibility or solutions, which left us feeling disregarded and frustrated. This kind of customer handling is unacceptable and has made us decide to never return.

Food taste was not good. I expected Hyderabad style biryani but it was like normal one with raita and brinjal gravy you can't eat. Service was also ok ok only. Did not have a satisfactory lunch.

Ambience is very good, food is okayish but the very worst thing is their service we ordered butter roti with mushroom gravy and waited more than 40 mins and the staffs are not even care about it. Biriyani and starters were good but still needs improvement in taste to match their prices
