Burger was abysmal, poor quality, flavourless, chips were cold, wrap was bland & none of the food looked anything like the images DO NOT ORDER "premium gourmet burger" my arse

Great food I recommended chicken wings loaded fries

The chicken deluxe butger with the piri piri chips was absolutely fantastic. It was cooked perfectly smd the chicken was big and juicy. The chips had perfect flavour to it and were not soggy

First timer . Great food and great price. We are back a year later exactly the same quality way cheaper than Nando’s

Tourists here, just finished visiting Windsor castle and hoped to go somewhere to grab some meat. While searching on the maps a while I came across this place and thought it was worth a try. For only 16 pounds we got an entire chicken platter of a full chicken, the portions were massive!!! Mind you we were tourists that wanted to spend modestly and we were extremely surprised by the generosity of this restaurant. The taste is great but I recommend choosing your sauce carefully but this restaurant is a must try for tourists who don’t want to pour 30+ pounds to get a filling meal.

Awful lazy service pre-ordered my food they hadn't even bothered to put it in by time, I arrived asked for salt and vinegar on my chips apparently they don't have vinegar and spent ages looking for salt staff on their phones when I arrived with orders waiting.

Really disappointed, guys working there were nice but Beef wrap had ground beef and not beef strips! Cheap alternative for what you ordered. Guy also forgot to put sauces in our wraps. We got takeaway so only found out once we left the place.

Paid £13.48 for a gourmet grill meal and onions rings to be collected. Got home to a burger and onion rings, no meal

Chicken wings look like they have been chewed up and spat out, bland and flavourless, cold cardboard fries and when I called they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing. Huge disappointment, I've been twice and will certainly never be going back.

Ordered food for delivery whilst staying at Legoland. Food was lovely, hot and fresh when received, flavours were different but delicious. My children were pleased. We ordered takeaway before leaving Windsor the next day. Thank you!

Went in to order had to leave for a phone call came back and my order was gone

We have been eating there for years last couple of times was hit and miss but tonight was absolutely disgusting and horrible the chicken was so stinky that you can smell it through the bag even with all the spices on this definitely will be our last time and would definitely not be recommending it anymore.

It was perfect. I love the chicken and fried egg burger and that the instructions were followed perfectly by the restaurant. The wedges were also fantastic.

It was great but messy lol, sauce everywhere in the wrap and the burger, (lamb and which was amazing by the way) and the chicken was also great and the onion rings.

First time to visit this restaurant, really amazing food , grilled chicken was delicious and juicy, grilled chicken burger was fabulous and juicy , I highly recommend eating in this restaurant and I will try to look for same restaurant in London 👍👍👍

Good food, especially the loaded fries

Food was so cold, & wasn't nice at all ordered extra fillings for a wrap that was charged & wasn't in there. The delivery driver was miserable, clearly the food had been sitting in the carrier bag for a while it had been sweating & was stone cold.

Crooks. Ordered food and chased them three times. A 14 min drive but apparently there was loads of traffic!! The driver was then three mins away and 25 mins later nothing expect the phone being off the hook! So avoid these lying crooks who have no idea how to deliver food!

Believe a couple of bits of instruction were not followed but it was still delicious and the breakfast wraps are to die for.

Whole chicken was delivered 30 minutes late, cold, and the size like a baby chicken (breast 10 cm by 6 cm) Asked for some kind of refund and was told it was not their fault so no money back. They should say in description that they are selling baby chicken size. Really disappointed, first and last time we buy from them.

I order from the place a lot and never had any complaints, its obvious they are trying to cut costs as the food used to come in better quality packaging. The hallumi we received was all bunched up together although it was 2 portions and was so greasy that both bags were soaked through. Sad to say but probably won't be buying from here again

The chicken was under cooked and pink on the inside so the rice box was inedible

I ordered lamb and rice, it usually has a little bit of sauce drizzled over but what I actually received was beef drowned in sauce, it was disgusting and chewy, won't be ordering from here again

Food was really tasty and there was a great choice on the menu. The whole time it was saying my delivery would be on time, but it was only sent on its way at my delivery time. This meant that it arrived 20 minutes late without me being told that my delivery was running late.

Definitely not gourmet. Wet and Soggy wrap and hotdogs and the cheesy fries were cold, hard and stuck together in one small mass. Terrible portion sizes. Unedible so the lot went in the bin, and to top it off the driver was lazy and wanted us to find him. 1st and last time ordering here

The food took a while to come, but it was a Saturday night, and it was delivered exactly when the restaurant said it would be The burgers were delicious, as were the fries and the onion rings. Don’t think I’d order the haloumi sticks again, but I’d definitely order from here in the future. The delivery driver was friendly and polite

Delivery was exactly on time with a very friendly and helpful driver, he was brilliant. As for the food.... AWESOME! the burger was bursting with flavour and a good portion size to go with. The food was still hot and it came from 20 minutes away. So full stars and more as I'll be ordering again.

Chips was cold and taste very hard

Initial delivery time given was over an hour from time of order which was a shock but food came much earlier??! This subsequently meant we ate in between waiting which spoiled our appetite somewhat. Need to look at expected delivery times on app to make more accurate.

Changed stuff from our order and took 2 hours and refused to give any compensation. The food was cold

The driver never dropped off my order, tried to call he restaurant only to get no answer. I also emailed just eat but they told me their mailbox is closed off and I have to go through report. Spent over £25 to receive nothing, no call or text to alert me that he was “outside” Due to their inconvenience I then had to spend £60 on another restaurant (who successfully delivered my order)

It's not the first time this happens. This restaurant always delivers late with the excuse that it's busier than expected. The updates on the Just Eat tracker are false-we have our food marked as delivered when it's not-they don't even bother to send an update about being late. We are left wondering where the food is or even if it's going to show up. Won't be ordering from them again even if the food is good (which it is).

Late and chips and onion rings are stone cold

thought i would give this place another try as it use to be my favourite however it let me down with how it looked and tasted, the place use to be much better a couple months back

I have ordered a whole chix lemon and herb, with chips and salad. To be honest the chicken was done better than the nandos one. Crispy skin, well cooked and tasty. Only one thing which I would change it's a salad. The salad wasn't bad, but I would go with fancy salad if I've got choice. And the delivery time was slightly longer, but after all you did great job there, and I would like to leave you a 5 star for that nicely done food. Definitely gonna order again. Thanks 👍🏻

Food took around 2 hours to arrive and then had toppings that were specifically asked to be removed, a shame because I usually love ordering from here.

Food was very good, just like last time, was not receiving updates from restaurant or the app, had to call. All sorted though and understood the circumstances that day. Will use again of course!
