Very clean environment and the staff were very welcoming and attended to me when needed. The food was quality food and very delicious. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality and tasty meal.

Called and booked for 8pm on the phone as I was told walk ins would be difficult despite this I walked in at 8pm and it turned out the staff had given my table to a walk in anyway, stood outside for 10 minutes whilst the staff cleared a different table and then sat at the table for 7-8 minutes before a menu was given, despite the food being ok the service was terrible and it was a shambles from start to finish, had to constantly ask when everything would come, the hot mezes which should have arrived first ended up coming last and they weren’t even warm which makes me think they were just sat downstairs they need to hire more staff and figure out an efficient system as I wouldnt come back again with how it was being run, its all good getting hype from tiktok but you need to know how to handle the success from that if you want it to last

Eyva Turkish Grill in Goodmayes is an absolute gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The grilled meats are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the mezze selection is spot-on — especially the hummus and ezme. The staff are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home. Whether you’re dining in or ordering for takeaway, the quality never disappoints. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Turkish cuisine.

I come here very regularly, staff are kind and care about customer service, food is good, restaurant is clean and has good enough space. Kid friendly, I highly recommend the classic burger and their milkshakes amazing!

Absolutely tasteless, the table next to me had to ask for salt.chicken curry was all mushed coming off the bone , when I returned to my seat I realised all I had was chicken bones. Went really happy , left really disappointed!! They advertised they have many dishes. I counted they only had 7 items!! What kind of buffet is this! A can of coke £2.50! Total rip off stay away!!

The atmosphere was very calm and beautiful. Neil was very helpful and the food was good.

Good Turkish food - good for grills It gets busy at dinner times with families and friend groups which probably is the best way to enjoy this place. The bread is delicious. Quite a few vegetarian dishes but suggest you ask for the Tomato gravy on the side and add to your taste. Good Job

We had a family birthday party this Saturday. Amazing food and very efficient staff. Service and food both amazing. Must try place. Waseem, kabir and Owais all were very kind. Thank you guys

★☆☆☆☆ COCKROACH INFESTATION!!! I attended my cousin's wedding at Colony Restaurant in Ilford on Sunday evening, and it was an utterly horrific experience. The venue was infested with cockroaches, which were blatantly running across the floor and tables while food was being served. It was disgusting and shocking to witness. When we alerted the staff, they casually killed the cockroaches and tried to sweep the issue under the rug, as if the guests couldn’t see what was happening. This restaurant is an absolute health hazard and disgustingly unhygienic. Over eight of our guests fell severely ill afterward, with one relative hospitalized due to an infection caused by a cockroach-related parasite. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of food health and safety standards. The authorities need to be informed, and this place should be shut down immediately. Avoid at all costs—your health is at risk!

Hi yes this has got to be one of my favourite restaurants. I personally am from North London Greenlanes where all the best Turkish restaurants are but a friend of mine who invited me here with his family and I was blown away by the quality of food the freshness of the food and the artistry of the food we had an incredible time and we meet the manager who was so friendly and such a sweet lady she took pictures of us and really looked after us her name was lady HARI that means gods wow what a lady thank you my dear and see you soon 🤩🥰🌹

Very busy. However, that is understandable for being the weekend. We ordered then after another 15 minutes we were told that our food will be delayed by another 20 minutes, adding on the time it took someone to attend our table. Also, the portion sizes for two people - had a lot of bones.

Absolutely filthy place- yuk! Feel sick thinking about the food, was poorly cooked and they take long. I waited ages for food to prep so got to observe them strictly, poor hand hygiene, food crumbs on the floor and surfaces looked like they had seen better days. Ergh! Never again am I stepping foot in this place- am so disappointed, wish I walked out before placing an order!!
