It is tiny. Beware! However the food is good (quite spicy) and the staff are quite friendly.

Food is great but this review is simply because they are false advertising their breakfast and state they do breakfast from 9am-4pm but never happen to be open during these times… little things like this can let you down

Not a very nice pizza EXTREMELY greasy and hardly any pepperoni on a pizza that was supposed to be double pepperoni

I dined and the table was not clean upon entrance. I ordered a spinner wrap, which gave me food poisoning and left me with an upset stomach the entire day causing me to vomit multiple times. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Only upside was the service and the man at the till who was very friendly and helpful

Yes the food looks nice but hair was found in drink and immediately after eating the waffle me and my friend was unfortunately sick. Wouldn’t recommend going to the one in shirley

They have lost their taste. Its not worthy for the food they charge. Very expensive. They make us wait for 20 minutes for chapli kebab and then 30 an hour for a baby chicken karahai which was £27 and in their menue they didn’t mentioned.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Nando's Luton Town Centre on June 11, 2024. During my lunch break, I ordered a Mediterranean salad, 1/2 avocado, and chicken thigh to go. Upon returning to work, I discovered mushrooms in my salad, to which I am allergic. This ingredient was not listed on the menu, which is a serious oversight. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who advised me to come back to the restaurant for a refund. As I had already taken my lunch break, this was not possible. He assured me that the mushrooms were from the olives (something not mentioned on the menu) and that I would receive a refund. Despite my efforts, including visiting the restaurant twice and leaving my contact information, I received no callback or refund. When I visited the restaurant again to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme rudeness from the manager, Jay. He accused me of lying about the mushrooms and was dismissive of my concerns. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risk involved. If I had consumed the food, I could have been seriously ill, possibly requiring hospitalization. The lack of concern and poor customer service at this branch is appalling. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

We had a mixture of side dishes and a wrap. Fine food. Fine service and friendly staff. As we were the only customers in the restaurant at lunch time, we were given a lot of attention. A return trip is on the menu for sure.

A great food restaurant, however its main problem is the size and long waiting lines. The inner atmosphere is usual. The food is of a great and authentic taste, the portion is fair.

Ordered food for my family, and didn’t get a pizza, call to restaurant and they was really not nice,no refund-no pizza :( never again from this place

You’re made to wait for long when restaurant has empty tables! After 30mins of placing order you’re informed that such and such things in Menu aren’t available because they have run out! Service is slow as hell! You’re sitting and nobody comes to take order. You have to endlessly call one after the other waiter for order!
