Food ordered, was cold, meat was chewy, messed up order. Over priced with small portions, staff rude and arrogant. Can not recommend

ordered delivery and was told price on looking at the previous cost seem to be quite a hike in price. not as good as KFC but is convenient location. unfortunately will not be using again. they seem to have benefitted from the virus.

Pida doner kebab y se cortó el asador en frío y luego se arrojó a la parrilla. Mientras esperaba, el tío que constantemente tosía y olfateaba era asqueroso. Así que mi kebab resultó duro duro y quemado. Incluso las fichas se dejaron demasiado tiempo y fueron duras. Lugar asqueroso no compre desde aquí

El horrible pollo seco y no comestible nunca volvió a tomar, tardaron mucho en llegar, regresaron con las bebidas olvidadas.

Very good wraps at fair prices AND decent, half-price pizza during the day. Budget comfort food at its best and friendly service.

We as a family have ordered our take out from here previously, the food is ok, little expensive, and the delivery guys are nice and friendly. We had one bad experience and have not ordered from them since.

Used to love this place but it's gone downhill. Foods nowhere near as nice and the last 3/4 times we've ordered its been wrong

I had a wonderful takeaway meal for £7 at this takeaway/restaurant - enough food for two, in fact, as they added a salad and a huge heated flatbread on top of the rice and a vegetable Afghan dish that I'd ordered. Fantastic flavours, freshness and the chance to try Afghan food. Staff were friendly, interesting and helpful. I had an interesting conversation with the person who served me, about the food and about the part of Afghanistan he came from, and where he'd lived in the UK. As I left, there was some confusion, as another customer thought my takeaway was intended for him. The staff sorted it out quickly with humour. I am savouring the thought of a future visit and what dishes I might try!

Used to be good but something has changed, as there now awful. Food quality basically you wouldn't give a dog. Food comes at various times and not together. Think since they've open more shops they've forgotten the quality and service they provided before! One to avoid!

Chicken was greasy and all bones

You get exactly what you pay for usually. But this place has the mist amazing chicken wraps and pics of chicken which is as good if not better than KFC. It's a fast and free delivery service and the chips are excellent !! Thanks Pamir. They have another branch in Charminster and they sell amazing afghani food in there and it's £6 for soup salad main course and drink !! Exceptional value and soooo tasty !

I ordered for the first time from Pamir as I've started to think places like Pizza Hut and Dominos are massively overrated and overpriced compared to cheaper, local pizza outlets. I ordered a simple 10" Margarita which was very cheap, I think it was under £5. It was very thin and small, arriving in a massive box - and there was an awful lot of grease in the box which was slightly disappointing because the taste of the pizza was actually really good. Definitely would be buying again if there was less grease and an ever so slightly thicker base. One of the most flavoursome pizzas I've had so 50\50 review on that. The diner kebab was again a 50\50. The meat tasted much fresher than usual takeaway Donner's, not as fatty and arrived hot. The let down was the measly tray of salad, barely enough for a couple of mouthfuls in the kebab before it ran out and I was just left with the meat, which ended up being thrown away as it was rather bland and dry on its own. Again, with a more generous portion of salad and coleslaw I would order again. I had the chicken and hash brown burger which was the last thing we tried so was cold when we got to it, which is obviously no fault of the restaraunt itself but it did make the burger a bit congealed. Not the worst but not the best, has potential to be a great takeaway with a few minor amendments to detail.

Used to order from here all the time without fail, nowerdays orders come wrong, waited 1 hour and 30 mins for my last order. Had to make two phone calls to chase it up after being told it was already on the way ... Looking for a new takeaway after this.

Every time we order from pamir our drinks are forgotten in the order. Can't be just us having this problem. We have never had refund for forgotten drinks but get told by the driver it's not his fault as he is just the driver. If this happens again we will not order again from here

food cold, chips look cooked 2 days ago

Food was cold. Chips were soggy. The bag was dripping in water? It has not been raining? ?

Although they got lost and were pretty late food was really good

My food order was wrong and took so long to come, my cold salad was sandwiched between the hot food

Normally good but this time took over hour to be delivered .notes added wasn't adhered to and food was cold and dry.very disappointed don't think will use again

Took 1 hour and 10 minutes, ordered from here before and received normally in under 40 minutes, and items missing from food order once it arrived

Always a fast response but we do only live round the corner. Have to say my husband normally likes there chicken burgers but for me the chicken is always overlooked and hard and they put very little lettuce and mayo in so far to dry. A little more care is needed when preparing the burgers

Paid for 3 large chips got 1 small chips and went in to pick up at the arranged time and they hadn't even started cooking

I can highly recommend this place for a fast and happy service. I also can recommend the chicken fillet wrap meal....if you ask they put the chips inside the wrap it's amazing !!!! They struggle done times to understand clearly so better to go through just eat to place your order. I'm never disappointed. Enjoy !!

Always decent food and very fast delivery. The chicken burgers can be a little dry from time to time, but I think that just depends if they havent come straight out of the fryer. Overall very consistent

I order from here a lot and I've never had a problem,apart from today when my food took over an hour to get and then to find out its stone cold and not even the right order really unhappy and when I told the delivery driver he said they would call me and they didn't so I called them and they said I never order from that takeaway it was another one and both delivery drivers said they didn't deliver to me after a long phone call they said they would give me my money back as long as I give the food back what was fine and the same guy who delivered my food took it so they also lied to try and keep the money really angry

I use pamir alot. But really disapointed with my meal. It doesn't say anywhere that the whole chicken is spicy. It was so hot i couldn't eat it. So still haven't had anything to eat. Really unhappy

It was fantastic this time . Delivery was fast and the meal was excellent . Chips were crispy and crunchy . Just how i like them . & the Chicken burger was the best part of the meal .

Good food, good delivery time, not usually where I order from but limited choice on Christmas day, not the best food but good, would order again but there are better places.

My friends had fallen asleep by the time this food arrived, took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive, called twice to ask where it was and the second time the shop had closed! Food arrived cold and went straight in the bin. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would, absolute rubbish, I want my money back really, I feel scammed. So please avoid this place at all costs, you have been warned.

Paid £1 extra for some reason. On my just-eat receipt £11, but on his(deliveryman) £12.

Among my order was a mixed kebab meal, chicken dippers and cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was great, and the dippers were too (and a generous portions) The mixed kebab meal consisted of chips which had been made soggy by being in the same box as the kebab, and the kebab which was put on top of the pitta bread (not in it). This too was just a soggy mess as it was at the bottom. "Meat" was just about average. Wouldn't order a kebab again, but a good price and quick delivery.

Another amazing Takeaway from Pamir!

I have been waiting 2hours for delivery. But ok. Happened just once.

Over half an hour late. rude woman called to say "delivery in car park" several times. Had to go outside and collect it from the car. Food not bad, chicken too salty buy will not order again because of the late delivery and rude service

i left a comment saying: two Legs and two Thai please,no breast , plus include your menu Leaflet too.thanks.but it seems they not read my comment and send me two breasts and no Leaflet menu :(

Chicken wings arent chicken wings they are little chicken drumsticks and has a strange taste not even sure if its chicken

Absolutely shocking food and customer service. Forgot half the order, tried to get out of sending the rest of the food we paid for. I left a review on justeat stating this and received a phone call at 1:30am from them shouting abuse down the phone to me.

Probably the best takeaway service in bournemouth .. and this is a real review! .once or twice in the past year i have had some minor issues with my order but that's just human error ! . I have to say 99.3% of the time the food and delivery service is perfect and tastes amazing . But that is just my experience ! :)

Delivery was 30 minutes late, driver pretty much threw food at me before walking off with out saying a word. Food was well cooked, but bland and tasteless. Not recommended at all.

This was my favourite takeaway however they didn't deliver some of my food time but they did come back with it but i didn't end up eating that because i was scared they might have done something nasty to it as they seemd annoyed on the phone to me ..

food was really bad chicken sandwich was cold, brown meat, roll hard and had to be bought seperatley because they forgot it, chicken pieces were hard and smelt awful, i didnt want to leave this bad review as they have been ok in the past but i phoned shop and was told they would phone me back and they didnt bother.i wasted £18.69 non of the food was eaten other than a mouthful to try it and will not be ordering from there again.

Poor! I've often rated these guys highly for great food, but today it was disgusting and most of the chicken was dry and inedible. Like yesterday's chicken reheated. Really unimpressed.

Food was disappointing on this occasion , The chicken was cold, dry and didn't taste fresh, more like a left over smeared in a very bad tasting source . The rice was oily and overly cooked. I haven't touched the salad as it wasn't what I was expecting. On a positive note the burgers which were my very first order were good.

We use these guys regularly with no problems, so was a shame I had to argue with them to get them to send me out another burger when the first they sent me had cheese it it, despite ordering just a burger and not a cheeseburger. Did agree to send a replacement eventually after much argument. Would still use again but not top of our list anymore.
