We usually buy from Roosters and had never had an issue. Yesterday I ordered wings and fries for my son and he had food poisoning. When we arrived home, I tried the chips and they were not as fresh as usual. I should have trusted my instinct!! He was sick all night and we almost went to A&E. I am never ordering again!

Absolutely appalling. Two hours late every time I order and they don't have an actual number to contact them with, as well as extremely over priced. Absolute dump, don't recommend even in the slightest. Disgusting.

Food was ok, not very good; however, chapli kabab was of good taste. Mix grill is too expensive for the quantity as plater is small in size. Afghani naan is actually roti in Afghani naan shape, lol. Can you believe 3 nuggets and normal chips are of £6, quite expensive. I could not believe when they refused to give us tap water, when I asked for big bootle of water, they advised they could supply only small size water bottle and they charged us £1.99 per bottle, ridiculous. Atmosphere is non-congenial, freezing cold inside, at least they should arrange some heating. However, toilets were clean and staff were friendly and decent.

Never disappoints, staff are 10/10 and the managers and owner take time to talk to the customers. The food is prepared insight and of the highest quality produce. Each element is seasoned and is a flavour sensation. The different sauces are flavour bombs in your mouth. It’s nutritious and wholesome. The restaurant is small but bright and light, the staff joke and smile, the food is prepared with love. Some of the best Middle Eastern food in London for sure. The menu is simple and concise but more than enough options, if your a meat eater you won’t miss meat as the vegetables salad and falafel all assembled as they are leave a feeling of completeness, you will leave feeling satisfied having had a journey of flavour and sensations that will leave anyone with a big smile on there face, especially knowing that the food is healthy and nutritious. I have visited most of the branches and had equally as good experiences at each. Thank you
