Only the biryani was nice. Everything that I ordered was substituted with something else. Very disappointing spent £50 didn’t even end up with the food i ordered!

Had a chicken curry and naan in the restaurant, thought it would be authentic Pakistani food, but it just tasted of tomatoes, and lacked flavour and spice, it was hardly edible, it was like eating tomatoes with a naan bread, cleanliness in this shop was an issue as well as I had a dirty table with hair on it, the man behind the till didn’t clean it when I asked him to , he just handed me a tissue, I wouldn’t eat here again. Avoid this place , there are better food outlets available in the area.

Food had too much oil the lamb shank was inedible all fat waste of money never again.

Not impressed too much sugar not what I expected didn’t enjoy it too much sauce not enough flavour also portions small not enough flavour quite disappointed.

I went in to order a couple of items a vegetable biryani and onion bargie came out got home they gave me a chicken 🐔 biryani no sauce so I had to take it back well upset seeing I told them I was vegetarian 😡

Do you not care when a customer puts an instruction on what not to add or have, do you just do whatever you want, are youvthe one eating the food!! Tandoori roti was too burnt. Ordered tarka daal and it was not freshly cooked today, it was tangy to taste. Not pleased with the order at all.

Ordered full tandoori chicken through just eat the shop didn’t have full portion substituted with chicken tikka. But both the chicken dishes I got was old and flavour less. Contacted the hotel but didn’t get a satisfactory response or any replacement. Complaint raised with just eat.

Haven't tried this place as a customer because when I was a driver here, they don't speak to you, don't let you know waiting times, ignore you when you're next to counter, etc. Not going to waste time and money when the experience has already been bad as a "delivery partner".

I ordered shahi paneer. The taste is pathetic. My whole fingers were coloured with the added colours and i can smell the tomato pury it was smelling very bad not recommended. But the roti was good

Worst tandoori chicken I ever had in my whole life... Their tandoori chicken smelled like fish and it was so disgusting. It felt as if they marinated chicken and fish together which is the worst thing to do. Do not buy from this shop.

The food and service use to be amazing. Since it's been taken over the service is absolutely disgusting and poor the food isn't obviously the same. I wouldn't give a half star. Worst place to eat in West Drayton. Freshbites Pizza and Grill is by far a better choice and it's next door.

Stale chole bhature was delivered, with fould smell and bad taste. Upon asking the restaurant they said, it was prepared at 2am and we were having at 9pm. So it's definitely not fresh food served

This time the driver could not follow simple instructions kept calling me and he was in the wrong address, On top of that 3 items missing from my order.

I have dodged this place fir 1 year just because of how it looked. After work Thursday I was so tired I made the mistake of buying dinner fron here. I had to take Friday off from work and have been sick and have had diarrhoea for 2 days. I will never step foot in this place again. I have since found out it has a 0 out of 5 for hygiene rating. Clearly this is evident in me being so sick after eating here.

Ordered via Uber eats to a hotel and the takeaway told the driver the address has been changed. I rang the the takeaway and they were extremely rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. Never ever using these clowns again…

The food is not very nice too much spicy too powerful for biryani..plus lamb is atfical meat very chewy gritally ...the roll is stale n tough ...one /two strip slice edge onion ...that is all ..not good quality ever ...it was bit cold ...zero for this as long always be like this ....0/0 zero

I asked for no red or green chilli, so instead they flooded it with garam masala and black pepper. The food was disgusting. Chef is obviously only a one trick pony. I've spoken to these before and they assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed again after the last time. Well that was BS. Not happy and would want a refund but I doubt that'll happen. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, its that poor.

As always great service, great cooked food that is tasty and well done, along with great customer service. The prices are good and overall potions too with lots of variations of choices, highly recommended.

I ordered Halwa puri and Lassi, I ordered before 13.00 , and at around 13.50 i received a call that the halwa is finished. When i received an order , the lassi glass was not full its 75% there. The food was good the hotel delivered kheer instead of halwa

Their fresh naan is the best. Nothing beats seeing someone roll the dough and throw it into a tandoori oven. The naan used for their doner kebabs are made fresh after you order. We visited this restaurant twice while we were in the area and we were never disappointed.

Extremely poor service. Delivery arrived over 30 minutes late. Shami kebabs weren't great either, they broke on touch and were dry. The tandoori parathas were ok. Chips arrived barely warm, I received garlic sauce instead of the mint and also received the wrong drinks.

In London for an overnight layover and was looking for a quick late night takeout option. I found a flyer for this place at my Airbnb and decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did! They were very accommodating given they were about to close and despite having other deliveries, we got our food in a timely manner. I didn’t have pounds on hand so they let me use my credit card to pay upon delivery. The chicken biryani and chicken tikki masala were excellent and piping hot when we received it. We devoured both dishes quickly because they were so delicious! Thanks again! I will definitely visit again when we are back in London.

I specifically asked for NO chilli but as usual, there was chilli. I wanted paya, which I was allowed to order only for them not to have any and replaced with lamb karahi which had chilli in it!!!! Why, why, why can the chefs not read and understand allergies?

It's blunt to taste, no presentation or garnish to make it looks yummy. Not good options for Asian. Colour plain and taste is blunt.

Ridiculous service. Not the first time it's been late but this takes the biscuit. Ordered at 16:30, it's now 18:03 and we're still waiting. Iwas told 15 minutes, I called again after 25 minutes and was told another 5 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't there.

My Kebab had raw chicken in the centre. Also when making my kebab and cutting off the raw chicken he used the same knife to cut open someone's just eat burger bun

We are regulars of this restaurant. But unfortunately the chicken briyani today was spoilt and we had to bin it. Rest of the food was good though.
