why can't the delivery person understand simple direction, even when I called the restaurant to explain. really expected better, not able to understand to look opposite a house number or left to give directions.

Cold from fridge without souce when I order souce never again

Food was stone cold when it finally came and I ordered a large lamb donner and a mixed kebab I got the smallest lamb donner I’ve ever seen a a mixed kebab I paid extra for large I expect it to be large not smaller than the actual pitter it came in!

1 star food safety rating inspected 21 may 2024 . Avoid.

Very disappointed! Ordered large chicken shish. only about 5 pieces of chicken. Lots of sad looking salad. ordered hummus, not sent. 3 quid in a bag and a piece of pitta! So charged me £1.50 for a pitta with no hummus to dip it in! And to top it off it was lukewarm. We only live 5 minutes away so no excuse. Very below standard so won't be ordering again

The man who works behind the counter has an absolute vile attitude. He has zero respect and is extremely rude. First he used foul language when we asked about an missing item in the order and he then physically assaulted us. Please do not eat from here. That man is awful!

If I can put a negative review I would. This is kust my experience. Others might have a different opinion. So, ordered through Just Eat. Large cheesy chips mixed kebab and chips meal and a drink (coke zero) when the order arrived, the delivery guy said call the restaurant, upon calling the restaurant and mentioning that there are no chips or drinks on the order, the man in the shop started shouting. Please stay away if you can. Let's say delivery man ate the chips, still no way for the shop owner to react to customers. Edit: we opened the whole order it was the wrong bag. None of our items arrived. All different food instead.

not all items are received.. when we called the restaurant, the one answered the call is shouting and shouting already.. without thinking of a solution or what may happen.. never will order in this restaurant again.. staffs are very arrogant!!

Very poor tonight with apparently large sheesh🤣🤣 a joke! I have used this place many years ago & on a couple of occasions I’ve called Mick! Sadly he has long since passed but he was always fair with regard to what was offered & charged for. No longer the case, poor portions of not great food! The man that started your take away in a van outside Whitehall School would be shocked at your service

My order was over an hour late, arrived stone cold, I called and was greeted with an attitude and the excuse of the drivers being on strike, told to call the company and claim a refund and then told “I’m busy!” Before having the phone hung up… if you can’t meet your orders don’t except them! £4.50 for 4 slices of cold halloumi?! Won’t be ordering from here again

We did not receive the regular peri peri chips and we found 2 long, dark hours in the mixed kebab with Mick's chilli sauce. Only 2nd time ordering from here as we were visiting family, probably won't order again after this experience.

Wrong item was delivered. A lamb kofta was delivered in place of a lamb shish. Very disappointing.

When ordering at Mick's kebab house, you will need a microwave, food usually needs warming up.

They never delivered the food, in the app it showed delivered, while we're waiting. It was the worst disappointment. Please do not trust this company

The meat was very small although I chose large and it was extremely spicy in the meat. Nothing like a Turkish kebab… I really didn’t like it…

Every month they are increasing the price of food it’s started for 6.5 and then 7 then 7.5 and now it’s 8 for very less quantity of food and I had bought food yesterday and was not satisfied. If they keep increasing the price in keeping recession as an excuse then there will be less customers and students from Brunel don’t buy from here instead go to kokoro which is much more hygienic and with the same price they will give very good quantity .

Absolutely one of the best Kebab shops we ever been to. Everything is lovely and fresh , the meats are delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff are very accommodating to add your own twist. I rarely have a kebab but mine was delicious Chicken with tomato & cucumber . 5 *****

Avoid this place, ordered on uber eat an 45 mins later order cancelled 50 quid later and all the restaurant could say was they had no food. Still accepting orders and taking people's money. Staff are very rude! If I could give 0 stars it would still be too many! Will never use this restaurant again. Food hygiene rating also shocking! They also use iceland pound bag chips!

When I ordered from Uber eats I got someone else's food through deliveroo. The delivery driver made the mix up but yet this restaurant sorted it out, they personally delivered my food and also apologized for someone else's mistake. Very professional, when my actual food came, it was still hot and very tasty. I recommend the chicken and lamb Donner, no faults with this place and I look forward to ordering again.

Sauce was terrible. Rice given instead of chips. Food was ok by chicken was dry.

Okay the double cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic. I cannot fault that that was just so good. However the cheesy chips would be a lot better if you substituted grated cheddar so you could go to Costco and get them big bag instead of the American cheese that was used because it made it quite vile hence why I was in two minds for the food Quality

This is a family go to for a kebab but today was awful. Firstly, the food that arrived was all stone cold the chips and all the meat. The bread they the kebabs were in were stale and hard. The choice for salad was very poor. I only had one half of a slice of cucumber and no jalapeños. The flavours of the meat was not there like it usually is. Very disappointed and don’t think I’ll be ordering again!

First and last time. Ordered for collection two lamb donner kebabs with chips....no salad, no garlic sauce, no pita bread. When I asked at the counter if he could provide a small tub of garlic the elderly man was rude and abrupt. They clearly do not care as they are busy. Kebab drenched in chilli sauce, cold chips...wrong drink was sent. Puzzling why this place is so busy - no nearby competition i guess. King Kebab on Uxbridge Road is 10 times better as their level of care that goes into preparing the food is levels above. I highly recommend you order from there! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Fish Batter was soggy and also didn't seem fresh, Salad in Doner also didn't seem fresh either.

The chips and the sausage in batter were the horrible I don’t know what sort of batter was used but it’s not like a battered sausage felt like a corn dog. The burger however was lovely although I didn’t see the cheese and I did order a cheeseburger. Probably would not use this again

It’s still took nearly a hour for food to come. They missed a salad portion and both large kebabs come as baby portions. Far from what we are used to, as I’ve been eating from here for over 20 years

Good place to get kebabs, burgers and shawarma for reasonable prices.

The burger was absolutely gorgeous the battered jumbo sausages was just a jumbo sausage sadly No better which was a massive shame. But they are very tasty nonetheless
