Manoush Cuisine in Harrow

Greedy and terrible owner/manager. The rice was ice cold so I respectably asked the waiter to replace it with something else (bear in mind, only 1/2 spoon was eaten). The manager/owner didn’t think that the rice is cold so he decides to call me near the kitchen to speak with me in a very rude tone saying that I’m lying and the rice is perfectly fine. I cannot believe the horror I experienced on this day when he rudely spoke to me in front of all his men stuff and traumatised me over a bloody rice. The customer service and food is getting worse and worse by day (probably due to poor management aka him). He should really understand the meaning of serving his customer and making them satisfied instead of being soo greedy all the time. Definitely will not be visiting this place ever again.

I am surprised by some of the negative comments and not sure when they were made. We visited it after the lockdown was lifted. This was our second visit to Manoush. The food was excellent with high quality. Better than anywhere in London we tried before. Every food we tried was of high quality. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Because we booked early in the day, we almost had the restaurant to ourselves sitting next to window. Everything was clean/hygienic. Highly recommended if you are looking for good Persian food.

I ordered the food they said 15 min when I got there they said will be ready by another 7 to 8 min I’ve been waiting about 20min they didn’t even say sorry for late this is not good and service was so bad is good to respect sometimes I won’t go to Resturant any more and I was customer sonde 2016 but not any more

I bought kebab from this restaurant I found hair on it then I vomited I think this restaurant food is not clean.

I often visit the restaurant to eat and decided to take my friend to show her one of my favourite spots. We were served by an amazing waiter, I believe he was new too as I hadn’t recognised him. He made us feel very welcome and was extremely polite and very cheeky which kept us laughing every time he approached our table to help us with something. I really hope his customer service extends to the rest of the team in future. I will definitely be back again any evening he is working!

Came to our local Persian restaurant for a post-lockdown treat, the food and service did not disappoint. The joojeh chicken was very tender.

In the past I’ve always had really nice food here, especially when we make orders at home, so I decided to take my friend and introduce her to Afghan food, and I was left disappointed as I had given her such high hopes, the rice was stale and the carrots and raisins didn’t look fresh either, as an Afghan I feel personally let down as I had very high hopes for this place. They didn’t even present the Qabuli like Qabuli, I swear I could have done a better job at home. Safe to say I will save myself the embarrassment next time and pick another restaurant.

We had a very nice food and perfect service specially from Ramin .thank you very much .we love to go there again

WOW WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! The owner/manager is just rude and no customer skills!! We ordered the Momtaz and a couple of side dishes for collection. Once we checked the box at home we saw that there was no rice in the box, fair enough the.chef made a mistake But when we called the restaurant, the guy on the phone seemed obviously shocked. He was like this can't happen bring the box back and i will check the cameras to see if the Chef made a mistake. I took the box back and the guy looked inside. Here I was thinking the Chef will realise and apologise, but the opposite actually happened. The managed/owner told me to come over and showed me '1 grain' of rice and said you ate it all. if you wanted extra rice you should have just told me. He also said I have it on camera. I took him up on the offer to show me the camera, and he said im too busy, while there was no orders and the restaurant was empty. He accused me of lying threw some rice in the box and very rudely gave the box back. IT WAS HUMILIAITING AND STRAIGHT UP OUT OF ORDER. With regards to food, wasn't even great. Couple of doors down is another person restaurant. Will never be going here again.

We waited nearly 2 hours for out food.When it arrived we noticed they mixed our order up and gave all of us the same dish.Eventually we got our food ,the food was ok not the best . One thing that really annoyed me was they gave as cold fries so when we told them to make them fresh they took a very long time so we didn’t get them and took them of the receipt

Ordered a set menu only to be told we needed to pay more for 'extra' dishes that waiter had asked us?!! This would be fine if we actually understood what waiter was saying. Very misleading and quite sneaky!

Visited here for lunch, ordered the chicken skewers with saffron rice. Service was very good, food was excellent and ambiance was equally pleasant. Definitely

I came here for a quick lunch and they offered 3 lunch deal with different kebab, rice and a soft drink. My kebab was a bit oily to my liking. Portion size was very generous. Was charged extra in error but when I pointed it out, the staff refunded me. I also had to place my order at the counter.

Food always is good and consistent. Lovely salads and good service, portions are generous for what you pay. We always end up coming back to Manoush for Persian comfort food. Good service too! Keep it up! Tips pay in cash as apparently it doesn't go to the front of house and there's no service charge on top. Bit difficult to park so I generally park up in the Tesco superstore down the road.

Had a delivery again from Manoush yesterday night. The delivery was quick as usual and the food packaging perfect and clean. We ordered Makhsoos and Momtaz ad main course and Baba ganoush and nan as starter. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions massive. Good prices, good service and excellent food, for me the best persian in Harrow.

I went with familly for lunch,I order lamb with rice as I saw the picture on the menu card.I enjoyed it as much my familly from another order grill very tasty.Balanced not spicy,I dont mind as the staff bring spices on the table separatelly.Food prepared very well,If you like not so much spicy and orginal food,this place is for you.I will take an inspiration from menu like rice with fenel to my cooking habits.Thank you so much for restaurant CHef.

Really good atmosphere and service. Enjoyed evening with family and friends. Catered for every age person in our group. Would go again

We ordered rice, korma Sabzi (meat and spinach) and mirza qasemi.We collected our order. The korma sabzi had very little meat - luckily we had cooked meat at home and added it to the dish! Had we not done this, we would have had to contend with spinach curry as opppsed to rice and spinach curry! Very dissaponting and therefore a poor rating granted.

We eat at Manoush almost once a week. The food is always wonderful, and the service is top class. I recommend you visit!

Went with family to the restaurant for dinner and warmly welcomed and seated by friendly waiters and attentive waitresses.Started with a fresh lemonade and mint drink followed by hummus, iranian round bread, tabouleh(a bit dry) and avocado salad. Followed by lamb and feta cheese sambosak savoury pastry, all nice. Then the sea bass with rice and koobideh lamb kebab with rice. All good. Portions are generous so take your big pants!We finished off with persian tea and turkish coffee.For 4 of us the total excluding service, which is not put on bill and therefore optional, was £74 total. Well worth leaving a tip and recommended.

Work lunch, 25 meals pre-ordered in advance including 7 vegetarian meals. The ‘vegetarian’ aubergine main had LAMB in the bottom! Chunks of it!! This was discovered too late by the vegetarian diners as it was well and truly hidden under the veg. Staff were not concerned, non-apologetic and did not acknowledge the seriousness of this for our Hindu diners. How would their Muslim staff feel it were them served with pork??? Service was appalling and extermy slow, we booked for 12pm and were not served until 1pm, even though we had pre-ordered. Rest of food diabolical. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Worst experience I,d had . Not even know about a persian food. All meet was smelly and old. Rice was oily and I think they warm it up again from yesterday. Very rude stuff.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered food for delivery and found a strand of hair in my food, when I tried to explain it to them on the phone they were being very ignorant and rude and cut the phone. Bad service

Went here with family a while ago and the food quality was poor and very expensive Definitely not a place Id ever recommend

I had the great misfortune of visiting this hideous, smelly empty Persian restaurant yesterday when I ordered the Adana kebab from the lunch time specials which I thought was good value for money. Much to my absolute horror when the food arrived stone COLD and the rice appeared to be ghastly LEFTOVERS from another old plate!! As for the kebab itself, it was as HIDEOUS as it appeared to be: BLAND, CHEWY and OLD REUSED smelly ghastly mince which appeared to be the reminiscence of some kind of meat that was most certainly not lamb and which to my horror contained BONES and subsequently SHATTERED my tooth after the first bite and I didn't touch this most revolting ghastly meal after that!!! It was a lunch experience that was out of a horror movie!!! And to add insult to injury the manager did not have the decency to speak to me in regards to my complaint and was I fully charged for this GHASTLY HORRID MEAL!!! Please fellow readers do yourselves a favour and avoid this most HIDEOUS so called persian dining establishment AT ANY COST!!!!

Ordered lamb shank and rice, and lamb skewers waiter brought the tasteless lamb and the rice was horrible. The lamb skewers had a bad taste to it would not recommend....

We just had our lunch with 8 friends and family members. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Although busy, Abdula the manager, ensured that our party was running smooth. The pricing was reasonable and the tea was the icing on the cake and it was on the house.

Nice decor, traditional Persian music in background, friendly welcome.

I will keep this short. Food very tasty and ultra quick, average price about £11 per head.

I last visited this restaurant several years ago. It used to be called The Prince of Persia. Since then it's name has changed and it's been revamped. No longer dark and dreary. Now it's bright and airy. Good accessibility for prams and those with mobility issues. Washrooms are are clean and bright too. We were a medium sized group of 6 adults and 3 children. We found a large table at the back. The staff were friendly and patient. Food was served quickly and was of a very high standard. We had a bit of everything; starters, kebabs, rice, bread, desserts. Price was reasonable too. I will return and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Visited with my hubby for the pre cinema dinner on Valentines. We could not be happier ! The restaurant was decorated for Valentine's Day staff made a great effort! The food was fresh, delicious and served sooo quickly. My husbands lamb was nice and juicy, my chicken tendered , portions were so generous we barley could finish it, but we have to as it was sooo delish!

I visited with my family. the previous owner took pride in his business and actually made an effort with not only his food, but also the customers.

Had a delivery on saturday evening, food arrived on time and was absolutely delicious. Portion are massive and the price really affordable. The rice and the koobideh kebab are amazing.

Another place that serves Mediterranean food and does it fairly well. Nothing special or outstanding. Food - ok. Service - ok. Value - ok.

This Persian restaurant is really good, decor is very nice and restaurant is clean. We go often here to eat and can assure the food is cooked fantastic. The starter lentil soup is amazing. The portions are big, so you can assure you have next day lunch already sorted.

Amazing food, amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere, all my guests were very pleased with the service and big portion sizes, all the staff went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy. Thank you

Good Food,verity of food choice,generous portion size ,clean place but service a bit slow and need more English speaking staff.

Decided on a whim to order a takeaway from here with my mother and girlfriend - and the experience was rather shoddy, from start to finish.

We went there for dinner , normally we go to the Finchley Road ones , but we decided on a spare of moment to go there .

We went in a large group (30 people) and they catered very well for us.

Ordered some food, was packed very promptly and food was hot. Portions are large and tasted good....

Waited for an hour for our food, kept getting that we didnt order which was then removed from our table to be given to the correct table then when we asked the waitress what happened to our food she said she would find out but turns out she forgot, and only remembered when we called her again for the second time. When we spoke to the manager he apologised and told the kitchen to cook our food and when it finally came, the chicken was raw. Not sure if i'll come back again as we didnt like the experience we had

Best food with good friendly staff been there lots of time .strongly recomended . The manager is very nice everytime you go he welcome you as its your first visit .Food is fresh and portion is big enough with reasonable price .

We all liked the food and enjoyed the company. Huge portions... Very nice staff as well. Nice choices for drinks. Mocktails, soft drinks, smoothies... Highly reccomended

The staff are excellent, the food is excellent and the portion sizes are excellent.
