Really good food at amazing prices The zereshk polo comes with 3 chicken pieces for 1 person at around £8 and that’s absolutely amazing. Koobideh is 10/10

The food is alright, though I wouldn’t call it particularly tasty. It’s somewhat overpriced for the quality. Additionally, the prices on the menu didn’t match what I was actually charged, which was higher. Aside from that, the customer service is decent. Worth a visit just to try it once. If they address a few issues, it could be a fantastic restaurant.

Amazing food but recently their koobideh has gone downhill. It’s not cooked long enough and it’s far too fatty resulting unpleasant chewy bites.

Excellent, the food is always piping hot and fresh. I have to say this is one of my all time favourite restaurants, I recommend the Makhsus, Momtaz or Baghali Palau. It's consistently good, two photos, two separate days, same great meal!

Always consistently excellent. It’s unsurprising that this restaurant has been a mainstay in Harrow. Everything I’ve ever ordered on the menu has been a minimum 8/10. Service with a smile and nothing’s ever lost in translation. We really like going here. Solid! What’s more - you can order through delivery couriers and still expect the same level of quality. These guys really know how to pack food for delivery.

Can't fault the food, it was very nice but the service was awful. I was the only person in there but it took more than 10 minutes for me to get a soft drink. Food was delivered and I never saw the guy again until 10 minutes after I'd finished and wanted the bill. Almost the first time ever I've left no tip at all.

We ordered “meal for 4” which included starter + main course, great mix of veg & non-veg options, good portion sizes, ideal options for large group of people. The kebabs are always a hit❤️

The service was pretty poor! Food quality was good, but waited around 15 minutes for a glass of coke to be brought to the table after ordering. I prompted the waitress and was met with a relatively rude response. I decided to not order a main course and left after the starter and coke.

A wonderful experience. Very attentive staff and the food was phenomenal. I have never tried such brilliant Persian food. A gastronomic delight.

I visited this establishment on Saturday for my husbands birthday. I was very underwelmed by the customer service i recieved. When we arrived a small group of 6 people also arrived ( approx 5 mins after). We placed our order and proceeded to wait, the small group placed there order 5 minutes after us. It was a very long wait or the drinks we ordered but we waited patiently. We waited 40 minutes for our food while the larger group recieved their food quite quickly after they ordered ( and before us I may add). When I questioned the length of time we were waiting, I was taken aback by the response that ' it was no ones fault' and that they didnt inform us of the delay because ' we didnt ask'. I can honestly say that the food is lovely but the whole establishment is let down by the lack of customer service and the atomosphere as staff were walking around eating and drinking without checking in on guests. My annoyance was more the length of waiting and the customer service as they were not welcoming at all and this was on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Will not be returning even though they are so close to home and the food was pretty decent.

I ordered a dish which says lamb and chicken but in fact there was one piece of lamb but the rest was chicken and liver or it didn’t taste like lamb at all . I was very disappointed with the food . I have been there before but I think the food and the service has gone down since last time I visited. Never again!!!!

We had a delicious meal at Manoush last night. Zaynab was so helpful and gave us some good recommendations and her cheerful manner made our evening very enjoyable.

Really lovely staff who explained what different dishes consisted of. Food portions are of a good size but I would say some dishes do include more rice than meat. The rice on one dish could easily feed two people.

Food is authentic and delicious with the staff being nice too. It's reasonably priced and they will happily pack up food for you as the portions are huge and hard to finish.

Probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service was absolutely horrible and the food was not tasty at all. The drinks did not taste nice at all either. Before booking, we called and asked if there was a prayer room and they said yes and after when we were there they said there was no space as the room was taken. I will never visit this restaurant again and there reasoning for the bad service was because it was “iftar time”. Save your money and do not come here.

Excellent food and service. Spoilt somewhat by the rude owner telling us "you have to leave" very shortly after being served tea. They should have told us not to order the tea if we were not going to be given time to drink it

Was a bit quiet, so we are a little sceptical at first. However the food was really good, well cooked, seasoned and full of flavour. We got the mix grill platter with starters. Had the mixed fruit cocktail which was very nice. My only complaint would be the lack of a children's menu and that the majority of other drinks were unavailable.

I have been going to manoush for quite a while as it is my first choice restaurant in harrow. My favourite dishes are koobideh chicken and rice and manoush never fails to amaze me. The owner is very professional and when i order the delivery is always quick and never fails to satisfy me.

We usually go to other Persian restaurant just down the line which was unfortunate closed yesterday for renovations. As we were out to have persian food we went to Manoush Express instead to give it a try. We ordered Momtaz along with dough jug. When the food came we noticed that the rice were dry and one could easily tell that they were reheated and not freshly. Chicken was a bit raw and smelly. We could not finish the food despite being hungry and left straight away. The service on the other hand was very good. There was one waitress serving everyone. She was very polite and quick. Overall food was 2/10 Portion size 8/10 Service 8/10 I would go again to try the food and see if they improve it.

I asked for a recommendation between quabli rice and lamb neck. The waitress said take the lamb neck and she will substitute the plain rice for the quabli rice which has rasins and carrots so I agreed. The rice was dry and hard and clearly heated in a microwave and the lamb lacked any flavour. Upon payment she asked for another £4 for the rice. I challenged her and said you never said this at the time of ordering but she was just rude. I will not be visit again or recommending this place. Total thief's and the food quality was awful.

Food quality became really horrible. Inedible food and the restaurant full of flies. Never again. We had food poisoning because of their smelly raw kebab. Their food ruined my stomach for a week. Avoid!!!!

Nice food, definitely going back there again. it was crazy full so service was very slow and also it was a hot day and no working A/C which didn't help but other than that, it is a great place for a good price as well.

Ordered zheresk polo which on their description supposed to be broiled and with salad. Instead of this I received a mountain of rice and a bowl of chicken BOILED in tomato soup. No salad. How extremely disappointing. My first and last time.

Lovely place new taste for food

Bought this food for £12 today and the food is disgusting. They put the price up but put the food quality down. The kebab looks absolutely awful. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone

We had dinner here with family and ordered kofte, wings and rice. Food was yummy as usual. They served food within 15 minutes and staff were courteous and helpful. We have been eating here for quite some time and as any other place the prices have risen. Will be visiting again soon.

I was very impress from the Customer Service specially from Maryam. who is utterly professional and she deserve more then 5 Stars and I think and she is a great asset to the restaurant. Rubbish Service from Daisy, ordered Mumtaz got a complete different dish. They would not change it or accept their mistake. Stay away from this place it is rubbish customer service.

The best Iranian restaurant in London. The food was authentic and very tasty. Super service and price reasonable. Parking can be an issue but the Debenham car park can be used with a little walk.

Terrible service We got to the restaurant and were informed that there 30 min wait for the food. We agreed and asked for starter to be served which came promptly. Almost 45 mins later food arrived with one main dish missing. After being ignored by the waitress who Carried on serving the others tables that order a lot after us said that the order was not placed. This is the second time this has happened to us at the restaurant. Instead of apologising the waitress stated the others have got their orders and there’s noting she can do except place the order now. Very disappointed with lack of customer service and care. Will not be visiting the restaurant again!

Greedy and terrible owner/manager. The rice was ice cold so I respectably asked the waiter to replace it with something else (bear in mind, only 1/2 spoon was eaten). The manager/owner didn’t think that the rice is cold so he decides to call me near the kitchen to speak with me in a very rude tone saying that I’m lying and the rice is perfectly fine. I cannot believe the horror I experienced on this day when he rudely spoke to me in front of all his men stuff and traumatised me over a bloody rice. The customer service and food is getting worse and worse by day (probably due to poor management aka him). He should really understand the meaning of serving his customer and making them satisfied instead of being soo greedy all the time. Definitely will not be visiting this place ever again.

Food was not bad, nice selection on the menu and food is hot and fresh (non spicy). Made a few mistakes with the drink orders and gave us rice which wasn’t ours but another tables. Other than that nice for birthdays and have different room to host a event. Clean and nice bright lights
