Love coming here for coffee and cake but the service is always so slow! Staff aren’t particularly friendly but luckily the treats are so good, we keep coming back!

Friendly staff and quick service. Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch date here. Would definitely recommend.

Met a friend here for a catch up before a family baby shower, great coffee do my friend said, I had tea which was equally as good, lovely friendly staff and clean place in a great location!

I went to get a coffee and snack and I was greeted with the worst treatment from one staff member in particular. He was rude, abrasive and dismissive and made it a point to give me the impression that serving me was a waste of his time. I left feeling very frustrated, for I was expecting a nice coffee break like usual and I was instead treated like an idiot for asking for my food to be takeaway. I have worked in hospitality before I understand bad days but this unbelievably rude behaviour.

Upon ordering we were told they would not accept cash. As a customer I'm not prepared to be told how i spend my own money. Buying 2 coffees & cake on a card is ridiculous. So we went elsewhere, their loss.

Soho Coffee Co Highcross Shopping Centre Leicester, provided a rest from shopping, The ladies serving were very friendly. The only issue I have with this coffee shop is, dirty trays. A lot of coffee shops use those horrible black plastic trays that always seem to be filthy.

The girls serving customers are very rude and were even mocking us and smirking, we even witnessed them being rude to other customers. The food was also bland and not worth the money.

Drawn by avoiding Starbucks across the road to a hopefully specialist indy coffee house. Unfortunately it was the same mix of the chains and not what I was hoping for. That said coffee panini and salad was ok.

Me and a friend went to the high cross one and both had a chicken ceaser sandwich and a cold drink. I enjoyed mine but my friend said hers tasted old and not fresh. Everything else was okay and it’s possible that she just picked a bad sandwich as mine was fine. Would come back again.

Popped in whilst Xmas shopping. Found a table that required clearing and cleaning. Saw waitress passing and pointed at dirty tables, she looked at me with distain and simply walked away. My wife brought the drinks and cake. As people finished, there were more and more dirty tables and there was NO attempt by staff to clear and clean. I was so mad, I went to the counter and asked to see the manager. In fairness he apologised when he saw all the dirty tables and accepted it was unacceptable for staff to ignore customers . He immediately came out and cleared and cleaned the tables, however the waitress/staff didn’t? Would possibly return as the location is good, but certainly not first choice. And yes the manager was ok, but really when the place is busy he should ensure some of the staff are dedicated to clearing and cleaning tables.

Dropped in to the Fosse Park branch whilst xmas shopping. Regular black Americano£2.35. Coffee was weak and only just above Luke warm. Spoke to a member of staff who said " if you want it stronger, I will give you a bigger cup but you will have to pay more" we said " as long as we know that, we won't be coming again" she just carried on tidying up behind the counter. Very rude, poor customer service, poor customer experience.

I would just like to say after visiting this shop for the first time doing my Christmas shopping with my family in such a busy period I was so impressed with the service and the atmosphere from the staff, I had to leave this comment, which Is rare for me to do.

The whole team is great and cheerful people. I will definitely come here for coffee more than once. It was great to meet you. Thanks

Had the mumbai masala chai which was just a latte abit disappointing not much taste. Muffin was nice and coconut smoothie was overpowered by banana.

Called in for a coffee this week. The place was filthy. I hadn't been in for over 2 years because it wasn't very clean then. Nothing has changed. My tray was disgusting
