We ordered some food. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly The food was high quality as well

Uncooked chips, wrong flavour sauce on the burger, oily chips seems like they haven’t changed the oil for a very long time.

Honestly this place used to be the best place ever always wanted to go there for a peri burger. Unfortunately last couple of weeks and even today we order from there the foods gone horrible the chips are refried the peri burger was burnt and hard ordered chicken nuggets for kids they were burnt and very hard so all gone in the bin. Wasted my £30 to the bin very disappointed asked for the sauces with the food and the guy wanted extra for that it’s a joke. Poor service had it this afternoon around 2 o’clock the foods was absolutely rubbish.

All I asked was for Mayo from the bottle on my fries and they couldn't even give me that so I let them keep my food, can't believe how tight the shop is. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Giving 1 star after calling explaining I have the wrong order. Told they can't do anything because it's not their driver. Ordered from here numerous times and literally across the road. Claiming a full refund and won't be ordering again

This place never fails to impress. I always go for the peri burger and it is consistently 10/10. Highly recommend. Quite possibly the best grilled chicken burgers in Leicester

Didn't receive chips for both the 4 BBQ strips and chips boxes purchased. I want to get that refunded.

I am not a fan of the food in Leicester as I am originally from the northwest of England however this is one of them places that puts love and effort in to their food, peri fillet burger is 10 out of ten perfect balance of flavours and the chicken it self is succulent and juicy hits the spot perfectly.

I literally visit this place daily to eat the peri peri chicken wrap. Best wraps in the locality. Chicken strip burger, chicken tikka burger and chicken zinger burger are also my favourite in this shop.

Even though the driver communicated with me the food was delivered cold the chips were cold and hard and the sauce had leaked from the burger. Not the expected standard.

Chicken in burger wasn't fresh and neither were the strips. Tasted refried in old oil. Nice driver tho.

Mozzarella sticks over cooked, all the cheese had come out so inedible. Chilli sauce in wrap when I asked for it not to be put on so couldn’t eat that either

The opening hours are not accurate. The restaurant was showing as open on Google Maps and after I placed the order and money was deducted I got a message that it’s closed. I tried to call them and the call was routed to voicemail.

Why does it say delivered when I haven’t received my food after I waited more than hour. Now I’ve wasted all this time I could’ve ordered from somewhere else but most places are closed now

Food is alright. My last time food was peri peri chicken which was a bit dry. Taste like frozen chicken. Entrance door need to be fixed and inside sitting is not so comfortable.

All ive ever had is the grilled chicken burger with peri salted fries - yum. I've been probably 30+ times now and it's never disappointed.

Delivery service with this restaurant was really bad, I had a estimated time my food should of arrived by (which was over a hour) and waited till the latest delivery time it stated. I waited a few more minutes to see if they would ring or arrive and after 10mins the food or courtesy call hadn’t come. So I then had to call them myself to see where my order was, the guy on the phone was polite and offered extras and said the delivery guy was running late and that there were road works which were delaying orders (I know there isn’t any road works near the shop as I went past it the day before) and that they hadn’t even come to the shop yet to pick up so should be with me in the next 10mins. When my food finally arrived a hour and half later, All of it was stone cold even the extras! It was like it had been sitting in the shop or car for a long time for it to be that cold and inedible! It was not enjoyable eating it like that which I then had to spend another few minutes warming it up again when I shouldn’t of had to! Overall this was very poor service from Peri grill.

I like the taste most, specially chicken, chips and chili sauce is very unique test :) Chips 🍟 use to be very taste before but now they have change it... Friendly Staff and less waiting time...

The wraps are nice but the wings aren't nice at all over cooked and dry, no flavour

If I’d of seen your food hygiene rating before ordering I never would have ordered. But what’s hacked me off even more is previously ordering from here I order a certain burger which has never come with salad or sauce…. I’ve waited ages for the delivery and it’s came with salad and sauce which it never normally does so it’s completely ruined my meal. Cheers.

No matter how bad your mood is, you should either put on a good smile or stay off work. That tall huge guy that manage the restaurant is a very rude guy. I think he owns the place. He never says " Thank you" to customers whenever he serves them. He did the same thing last night and I was so upset. Their food is good but a very rude guy trying to ruin the business. All the other lads in the restaurant are very good, friendly and offer great services but that tall, huge guy with beard is not good for the business. Sometimes stood their, telling the lads what to do rather than helping during busy hours. Not going their never again. Your food might be good but you are not the best in town. I've been patronising this shop for almost 3 years but can't take it any more. That guy is just so arrogant. Customers deserves a bit of appreciation. Thank is just one of it, grow up.

Quality and delivery time has improved dramatically!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, DID NOT RECEIVE MY GARLIC BREAD AND DONNER IN PITTA AND THEN WHEN I RANG BACK THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE, I ENDED UP GOING TO THE SHOP AND THEN WHEN I GOT INTO THE SHOP I SEEN TWO MASSIVE RATS IN THE AREA WHERE THEY PREPARE FOOD , DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

30 mins late of the latest delivery time Ring restaurant no answer then food comes cold the chips had been in their paper bags that long the bags had gone soggy and ripped Paid £1.99 for deliver no updates via the just eat app it’s a total joke refund has been requested as food wasn’t eatable

I had doubts when I see the chef was cooking my peri chicken. He took only few minutes to cook. And also I tried fried chicken it was also very hard I think that was old. Only chicken wings and their peri sauce was good.. 2 star is enough

Chips were stale and soggy. Burger was made perfectly though. It was a shame the chips let it down.

Never came, rang and they said it was cancelled as they didn't have a certain item but we never got the cancellation. Wasted an hour and half when we could of ordered something else.

Ordered online, no trace of any food over an hour and a half later- the worst bit is that they don't pick up the phone! So I don't know if the food is even coming

Its okay but staff could be better

Food was soggy and extremely cold. Zinger was so bland the only seasoning was the burger sauce. All well if the cost of the burger is about half the price that it should be and that would be pushing it. Take any 3 star + review with a pinch of salt, they were most probably off their heads at 2 am

Great place to get night time snacks

Was unreal! Bbq sticky wings are to die for and the zinger chicken burger was eaten quicker than a dead body in a pig stye.

Food was dry and burnt such as donner under portioned fries were not the usual and were burnt

I've been let down over 6-7 times now. Whenever I order 1/2 or full grilled chicken, it tastes raw and of blood. I've always assumed maybe it was the marinade or the batch of chickens and maybe next time it'll be better, but nope; the standard hasn't changed in 3 years and it tastes the same everytime. Honestly wouldn't advise anyone buying grilled food from here. I would rather suggest going to peri peri original which have never let me down with their quality of food since 2015, except their customer service. Burgers/fried chciken and their fries are all good but not the grilled chicken. Peri grill need to do something about this.

Ive ordered few burgers and i told them PLEASE NO LETTUCE and ive got only meat inside :D no lettuce is no lettuce but onions and tomato etc i want! Never again xD

Service was very poor and so was the food. Food came way over an hour late chicken and chips was like cardboard, couldn’t eat had to bin. When I rang multiple times they wouldn’t answer. HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend. Just eat needs to remove them from its services. Stay clear. I REPEAT STAY CLEAR!

Chicken wrap was okay, the chicken donner wrap was not good. Doughnuts I thought would’ve been much better, they were just fried in a LOT of oil, did not taste great.

There is a short guy if you speak his language he will give u sauces for free if you don't speak their language you have to pay 30p each this is discrimination. Incredibly oily food! The fried wings were not even fresh, they were just reheated. NOT worth the price! I couldn't even finish eating i because of the oil and wings. The wings tasted really old, at least a week for sure.
