I'm a university student and this was my go to place for a great meal. Good value and high quality food. I miss it so much now that I'm moved out of my accommodation. I miss it so much I'm taking a day trip to Leicester mainly just to come here again to relive happy memories.

poor customer service didn’t make it clear that they don’t do delivery i called them up and they blocked my number when I already payed for the food my friend called up they say that they will transfer the money back and I still haven’t received the money it has been over 4-5 days I called them yesterday 2 times n received no answer from them.

Used to be our best place for peri burgers. The third time, the order was missing items, and the staff were very rude. We will never come back to this place again.And I advise always checking if u get all that u order.

The restaurant never accept card because they say the machine is broken. They only take cash so they don’t get taxed and this is so annoying and illegal.

Honestly this place used to be the best place ever always wanted to go there for a peri burger. Unfortunately last couple of weeks and even today we order from there the foods gone horrible the chips are refried the peri burger was burnt and hard ordered chicken nuggets for kids they were burnt and very hard so all gone in the bin. Wasted my £30 to the bin very disappointed asked for the sauces with the food and the guy wanted extra for that it’s a joke. Poor service had it this afternoon around 2 o’clock the foods was absolutely rubbish.

I am not a fan of the food in Leicester as I am originally from the northwest of England however this is one of them places that puts love and effort in to their food, peri fillet burger is 10 out of ten perfect balance of flavours and the chicken it self is succulent and juicy hits the spot perfectly.

I literally visit this place daily to eat the peri peri chicken wrap. Best wraps in the locality. Chicken strip burger, chicken tikka burger and chicken zinger burger are also my favourite in this shop.

Even though the driver communicated with me the food was delivered cold the chips were cold and hard and the sauce had leaked from the burger. Not the expected standard.

Food is alright. My last time food was peri peri chicken which was a bit dry. Taste like frozen chicken. Entrance door need to be fixed and inside sitting is not so comfortable.

All ive ever had is the grilled chicken burger with peri salted fries - yum. I've been probably 30+ times now and it's never disappointed.

Delivery service with this restaurant was really bad, I had a estimated time my food should of arrived by (which was over a hour) and waited till the latest delivery time it stated. I waited a few more minutes to see if they would ring or arrive and after 10mins the food or courtesy call hadn’t come. So I then had to call them myself to see where my order was, the guy on the phone was polite and offered extras and said the delivery guy was running late and that there were road works which were delaying orders (I know there isn’t any road works near the shop as I went past it the day before) and that they hadn’t even come to the shop yet to pick up so should be with me in the next 10mins. When my food finally arrived a hour and half later, All of it was stone cold even the extras! It was like it had been sitting in the shop or car for a long time for it to be that cold and inedible! It was not enjoyable eating it like that which I then had to spend another few minutes warming it up again when I shouldn’t of had to! Overall this was very poor service from Peri grill.

I like the taste most, specially chicken, chips and chili sauce is very unique test :) Chips 🍟 use to be very taste before but now they have change it... Friendly Staff and less waiting time...

If I’d of seen your food hygiene rating before ordering I never would have ordered. But what’s hacked me off even more is previously ordering from here I order a certain burger which has never come with salad or sauce…. I’ve waited ages for the delivery and it’s came with salad and sauce which it never normally does so it’s completely ruined my meal. Cheers.

No matter how bad your mood is, you should either put on a good smile or stay off work. That tall huge guy that manage the restaurant is a very rude guy. I think he owns the place. He never says " Thank you" to customers whenever he serves them. He did the same thing last night and I was so upset. Their food is good but a very rude guy trying to ruin the business. All the other lads in the restaurant are very good, friendly and offer great services but that tall, huge guy with beard is not good for the business. Sometimes stood their, telling the lads what to do rather than helping during busy hours. Not going their never again. Your food might be good but you are not the best in town. I've been patronising this shop for almost 3 years but can't take it any more. That guy is just so arrogant. Customers deserves a bit of appreciation. Thank is just one of it, grow up.

30 mins late of the latest delivery time Ring restaurant no answer then food comes cold the chips had been in their paper bags that long the bags had gone soggy and ripped Paid £1.99 for deliver no updates via the just eat app it’s a total joke refund has been requested as food wasn’t eatable

I had doubts when I see the chef was cooking my peri chicken. He took only few minutes to cook. And also I tried fried chicken it was also very hard I think that was old. Only chicken wings and their peri sauce was good.. 2 star is enough

Food was soggy and extremely cold. Zinger was so bland the only seasoning was the burger sauce. All well if the cost of the burger is about half the price that it should be and that would be pushing it. Take any 3 star + review with a pinch of salt, they were most probably off their heads at 2 am

I've been let down over 6-7 times now. Whenever I order 1/2 or full grilled chicken, it tastes raw and of blood. I've always assumed maybe it was the marinade or the batch of chickens and maybe next time it'll be better, but nope; the standard hasn't changed in 3 years and it tastes the same everytime. Honestly wouldn't advise anyone buying grilled food from here. I would rather suggest going to peri peri original which have never let me down with their quality of food since 2015, except their customer service. Burgers/fried chciken and their fries are all good but not the grilled chicken. Peri grill need to do something about this.
