i *wont* reccomend this venue and i won't order again all their "meals" are not correctly advertised and i had to call up and get them to change the order again its not acceptable or good. if your selling burgers don't just auto add cheese

I would have let the 15 minute late delivery slide, had it not been for the delivery driver ignoring the written instructions to call on delivery rather than stand there uselessly pressing a doorbell that doesn't work. No apology for the late delivery, just a nonchalant attitude brushing it off when mentioned. Food was a pizza + onion rings. Pizza arrived hot but fairly burnt, onion rings were fine. 3/5 stars.

Good food delivered early and it was hot and freshly cooked

The last couple of orders have not been nearly as good as usual - bland - not hot - not particularly enjoyable. The falafel wrap was definitely short on falafel!! The chicken doner+ chicken shish had lamb instead of chicken - such a shame

Totally recommend Authentic kebab. I love that they make there dough freshly made for the pizzas. A lovely family run business that takes pride in their food and service. Polite and happy delivery drivers

When you think it's going to be meh, but it's actually incredible. Lamb so soft and flavourful it makes you drool thinking about it retrospectively

First time ordering from here - 40 minutes late even though preordered for 7:10 so should have been prepared beforehand.. ordered a bottle of Fanta and can of Efes but didn’t receive either. Garlic sauce tastes like peanut sauce.. wouldn’t be ordering again

I'm sorry for the mix up in our address on 15th February for some reason the system showed our address as No 3 and not No 1. We are regulars with your restaurant don't know why this happened I hadn't changed any settings will double check next time

The food was hot when it arrived and was good quality. The delivery lady was very friendly. Only complaint is we didn't receive the slice fudge cake. But we did get a free bottle of Pepsi Max so I suppose that makes up for it. Would order again.

No cheese in kids burger as requested, kids meal put in bag with cold drinks, chips soggy, missing sauces, salad for kebab wrong despite leaving notes in the order, took over an hour to be delivered.

This is definitely our “go to” take away for the tastiest kebabs! The chicken kebabs were quite literally “melt in the mouth” delicious - as was the falafel wrap! Quantities are more than generous - staff are warm and welcoming - definitely recommend Authentic Kebab!!

Ordered, rung to add burger sauce to kebeb, told they don't deliver to me after accepting order taking payment spoke to his boss who said they Could, said order would be 45 minutes an hour and 20 minutes later I ring and get told 25 mins food doesn't arrive for another 55 minutes over 2 hours waiting for food and then when it does come the kebab I tried to alter comes dry no sauce. I ring them they send me a pot of sauce 30 minutes later now the kebab is cold! Absolute joke of a place dnt recom

Food was delivered early which was very much appreciated. In the kebab tray the lamb was exceptional, the chicken had a gorgeous seasoning to it and the doner meat was cooked to perfection! No fat or gristle on the meat either. The pita was nicer than any I’ve tried elsewhere recently. All food arrived hot and the driver was very pleasant. Definitely recommend :-)

Absolutely awful customer service and food was awful. He Called us when he was outside asking us to come down for the food because he didn’t want to walk up 2 flights of stairs. I have seen that he did this to another customer on these reviews aswell! He got to the door and called us lazy for making him walk up the stairs even though it’s HIS job to deliver the food to the door!!!! Would definitely not recommend ordering!

Food was not great. Chips were good, dinner meat was grisly in places and the lamb chops, well I think they managed to cut four from one normal size chop!! Not impressed and won’t use again.
